The Kirit P. Mehta School of Law considers three entrance exams for BA LLB (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law) (Hons.) admission: Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), aw School Admission Test (LSAT), and National Law Aptitude Test (NLAT), and the cutoff will be different for each exam. The latest Common Law Admission Test cut off for BA LLB (Hons.) program is minimum of 65 marks to get into Kirit P. Mehta School of Law.

Eligibility

The candidate should have passed in the examination conducted by a recognised University leading to award of LL.B. degree (minimum 50% aggregate marks). Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations may also apply

Candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from recognised University are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines.

The candidate shall have passed the Common Law Admission Test for LL.M. (CLAT PG) / PGCETL for 2023 with valid score or will have to appear for Entrance test conducted by NMIMS (Deemed to-be-University).

The fee for UG course b.des for batch of 2023 was about 455000 per annum and for next year it will notified. The fees also varies depnding upon the course. For B.Des course in NMIMS School of Design it was 17.8 lakh pa. UCEED is the major exam to be conducted by the univeristy for admissions here and NMIMS DAT is the internal exam by the college.

In NMIMS School of Design, Mumbai is famous college for its B.Des. Program and college takes admissions on the basis of entrance test. All  Admission to B.Des. (Humanising Technology) is through NMIMS- Design Aptitude Test. B.Des course has intake of 30 students admission in this course is quit tough. For applying in college minimum 50% marks in HSC and NMIMS-DAT score is compulsory. After the exam there is  Portfolio Presentation and Interview for selection. Because the institute is affiliated with NMIMS, and the institute accepts the relevant scores of NMIMS LAT for admissions to the BA LLB course, therefore, CLAT is one of the accepted entrance exams for admissions to the BA LLB course, but it is not compulsory.
