College is good. There is low quality of infrastructure, but faculty, placements, etc. are good.
Placements: I'm pursuing English Honours in Kirori Mal College. Around 20% of students are placed in my course. The highest package in my course is 13โ€“14 LPA. The average package in my course is 7โ€“8 LPA. The lowest package in my course is 4โ€“5 LPA. Around 60โ€“70% of students got internships from my course.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities. Infrastructure is bad, but all other things are good. There is a good environment in the library and also good Wi-Fi facility. Canteen food is also good and available at reasonable prices. Medical facilities are good, and sports and games facilities are excellent.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is excellent. Passing marks are 40% in each paper. Semester exams are not that difficult and are understandable. The English Honours course curriculum is highly relevant and respected.
Other: I took this course because I'm interested in English literature. I'm also interested in writing.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure but definitely love the lifestyle here.
Placements: The highest package, I guess, 24 LPA of a Maths Hons student. The best placements are there for the role of data analyst, and many just delve into Actuarials.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are available in my college. A library too is there for studying, and for sports and games, KMC is known for it. This has been one of the coolest things about the infrastructure of the college. Even if we have a break in the college between two classes, there's less scope of boredom.
Faculty: Faculty is nice and qualified. They are seldom strict, seldom too lenient, but overall, they are supportive. Some are too conventional in their way of teaching, for example, bring your notebooks, complete them, and also get them checked, otherwise, this or that.
Other: It is not my first preference, but no regret for sure.

Great campus life, diverse crowd, good placements, supportive faculty.
Placements: Maximum kids were placed, with the highest package being 26 LPA and the lowest being 12 LPA. Top roles offered in my course involve working in the finance sector. More than half of the students got internships, and the average package is around 18 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Blinkit, Paytm, etc
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is below average, recently, the ceiling collapsed and risked the lives of students and teachers. The heavy rain ruined the weak infrastructure even more. The classrooms of the Science department are way better than the Commerce ones. The food available is quite delicious, and the medical and sports facilities are good but have room for improvement.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, they are very supportive and encouraging. Our Algebra sir tells us to balance extracurriculars and not just be invested in studies, the semester exams are averagely tough, and the pass percentage is quite high. The teachers could be a little more understanding, but itโ€™s fun to sit in classes.
Other: I chose Maths Honours due to my great interest in Maths and my choice to pursue Actuarial Science, I would love for the workload of the curriculum to be lessened, as the subjects are very tough. A balance must be struck in each semester.

The underrated north campus college, which is premier in world-class facilities.
Placements: Almost everybody gets placed in this, there is rarely a possibility that no one gets placed. Placement cell is very active, always seeking opportunities for placements and internships for the students. Various companies approach here, like Google, Deloitte, etc. recruit
Infrastructure: College hostel is well-equipped with air conditioning, ventilation and furnishings. There is a hostel canteen along with the hostel mess. The food quality is unmatched, considering both veg and non-veg. Also, sports facilities are available to every student, like equipment and sports ground.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and great guides and mentors as they provide their own insights to some lessons for the students. It is very much relevant in the current job markets. The semester exams are neither very hard nor very easy, but with practice, everyone can increase a lot in the marks.
Other: This course boosts reasoning ability and analytical thinking, and the best thing is that it is applicable in every field or career domain. More interactive sessions with practical applications could bring this course to its ever high interests. The fests, crowd are always engaging and very much appreciated both by students and the audience. It is well connected by the Delhi metro, the yellow line Vishwavidyalaya metro station and also there are scholarships for various weaker sections.

A perspective of a mathematics student about Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
Placements: The placement cell is active. Proc DNA was one of the top recruiters for our department. The overall placement range is between 4 LPA and 35 LPA. Top roles are in finance and business analysis. B.A. Eco (H) and B.Com/B.Com (H) are among the courses with top placement.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is decent. Wi-Fi is enabled across the campus. Classrooms are large in size (but the building is quite old). The computer and science lab are well-equipped. There are two canteens and 1 stall-type cafe. All are budget-friendly. The opinion of taste may vary from student to student.
Faculty: The mathematics department faculty is top-notch. Professors are highly qualified, although the curriculum is the same throughout the group of colleges under Delhi University. The curriculum is designed to make students industry-ready, but sometimes it lacks due to various reasons.
Other: Mathematics has been my favourite subject since childhood. The curriculum of core subjects is pretty complex. Although manageable for me since it's my favourite subject, if someone is not that interested in mathematics as a subject, then instead of this, go for B.Sc. (H) Statistics.

KMC is definitely worth taking admission in, as it has a wide range of courses.
Placements: Overall, KMC placements are over 50%, and companies like M&M, ITC, and others are the top recruiters from here. The highest package so far from the KMC campus has been 20 LPA. Our department placements are a little slim, but courses like Economics (Hons.) and B.Com (Hons.) have close to 80% placements.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is clean and nice, with seven buildings in total. The best part of our infrastructure is our Ashoka Lawn, where gatherings keep happening. It is also where top personalities, including our former Prime Minister Late Dr. Manmohan Singh, who was an alumnus of our college, have held sessions.
Faculty: All the teachers are either Doctors or Masterโ€™s degree holders, and as teaching in DU means you have to be among the absolute best, my college faculty members are definitely the best. The kind of knowledge and experience that KMC faculty members have is hard to find elsewhere. Exams are difficult, as it is DU after all.
Other: This is a course for which the CUET cut-off is 758, so only knowledgeable and highly intelligent students can get admission. Some students have come through the sports quota, but even for SC/ST categories, the cut-off for our course is 722.
