Good faculty and sports.
Placements: The placements are good. The package is also high, and it keeps increasing as you work there. Internships are also easy to find, and most of my friends had them since 1st year. The placement cell also helps with internships and placements, which is helpful.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, but overall the library is really nice. Students work there, so there are no distractions, and even the course material is easily available. The food is also good, especially the hostel canteen. Sports are taken seriously.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and supportive of the extracurricular activities too. The curriculum is set for the future especially for Masters. Semester exams aren't that hard so most of the people find it easy to pass even if we study for a week.

College life at KMC and North Campus.
Placements: Internships are available for many students, and even our placement cell helps students when they ask. The package offered for some courses is very high because of the course and even the college name being a good one in North Campus, and companies are interested.
Infrastructure: The library is quite nice, equipped with AC and almost all the study material required for the courses. The food is also good enough for the money, being so cheap. Sports are a cherished aspect of our college, so that's good too, with basketball being my favourite.
Faculty: The course is somewhat relevant, and it does help with the Master's. The faculty I would say is quite nice and knowledgeable. They try to help children in whatever ways they can and they are strict when it comes to studies but the exams are relatively easy.

Good college. Faculty is nice.
Placements: Most students get placements in B.Com (Hons.), Economics (Hons.), or Statistics (Hons.) because they are the most in demand courses. However, other students also get placed because of the college name and its location in North Campus. Internships are also offered pretty easily.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is alright. The classrooms are also getting renovated now, so they are getting better. Some classrooms have AC, which is really nice during summers. The canteen food is quite good and available at a very low price. All in all, I would say the infrastructure is good. There are also sports to play.
Faculty: It's easy to pass the exams. Teachers are really helpful too. They understand extracurricular activities and support them. The courses are nice too. Teachers are knowledgeable in their fields. So, the classes are both fun and educational.
Other: Fests are okay. Only the DJ night is fun, though.

Our college is great study-wise. Placements are great, but students need more.
Placements: There is not a great number of students getting placements. I have seen even talented students who couldn't get placements due to a lack of seats. It's totally a heartless competition. Companies like McKinsey, Brain, BCG, etc., come for placements. As for the History Hons course there is no such specific recruitment company.
Infrastructure: In this aspect, Kirori Mal College is better. There is a great library with thousands of books readily available for our course and others as well. Labs are available, but the air conditioning in classrooms is only through fans, which sometimes gets unbearable during hot and humid times. The food is average, not too good not too bad, in the hostel canteen and mess. Medical facilities are not what I have seen till now. However, a sports ground is there with competitions going on.
Faculty: Teachers are great, qualified and knowledgeable about the topic they teach. Teaching is really interactive and happening. The course curriculum is totally relevant to the present needs if taken in the right way, also there are many other subjects to study, such as skills development and vocational skill enhancement, which is totally great for present day needs. Semester exams are fair, to be said, not too hard not too easy. It depends on the one if he can score properly.
Other: I like studying history, that's why I chose it, and I see a great future through my eyes in it. I wish our classes had AC we would have gotten more excited to study than we are today. Events and fests are great, the management sometimes gets overwhelmed but it's still pretty nice of them. Surroundings is peaceful and extracurricular activities are included as subjects in courses as well, and that's great.

The most polite representation of KMC.
Placements: Being a student of history, I have no hope or expectations from the placement cell of my college or any college of DU because ultimately this is history honors. If you actually want a corporate job right after a bachelor's will have to start working hard and get internships to build corporate or industrial skills.
Infrastructure: According to college authorities, college is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. But apparently the Wi-Fi has a mind of its own so it will only work when it wants to. The quality of canteen depends on the vendors which change from year to year. But as per the analytical studies by my previous seniors and by myself as well, it has been constantly regrading.
Faculty: I love my course without doubt because there is no other reason. I would pick History honors as such there is no employability. But otherwise, the professors are nice. Most professors are actually wonderful and really knowledgeable. Until you have bad luck, because in that case you will get the worst possible professor who knows nothing about their paper and then in that case, you will have to beg your seniors for notes or go to YouTube.

This is the most polite way I could articulate.
Placements: Being a history student, I have no hope from the placement cell or any person, only myself, in terms of an internship. Though without doubt, history is great but if you want to build real-life corporate or industrial skills. Try to find internships yourself, and try to supplement your education with the skills.
Infrastructure: Although the campus is Wi-Fi equipped. It has a brain of its own and will work only when it wants to. Quality of canteen changes from year to year, though, through the analytical study, we can see there has been a consistent decline. Medical facilities are available only if the nurse is there.
Faculty: The teaching quality largely depends on the specific professor assigned to the course. If you are fortunate, you will get a professor who is genuinely committed and takes the paper seriously. The learning experience can be excellent. Most of the faculty members in history department are well-qualified and knowledgeable in their respective areas. Many are also approachable and willing to help students beyond their assigned papers. However, there's always a possibility of not getting the professor you hope for, which can impact your academic experience.
Other: The cultural SOCS are good, apparently the nicest in the whole DU circuit (surprisingly no).

Why to choose Kirori Mal College for history course!
Placements: In this course, no such placement is offered. It gives you the opportunity to learn, which you can apply on your own. As I already told you, there is no such placement for a history course or any other course except the commerce program and other science programs.
But
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is excellent and is available for boys. You get snacks and all meals of a very good quality. You can get vegetarian and nonvegetarian food here. Most important is the infrastructure of the hostel.
The hostel is well equipped with all facilities like sports, mess, canteen, etc.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers here are one of the best, especially in the 2 and 3 years. You get to learn more as their teaching style is unique and you relate to them.
The course is according to the curriculum set in NEP 2020 by the du.
The semester exam is not difficult as you know what questions will be coming by assessing the PYQ and with teacher guidance. Pass percentage is 33 percent.

A decent exposure to the campus life.
Placements: No such placements were entertained or offered by the college to the students enrolled in our course. In fact, there is a minimal chance for humanities students to get recruited by a company. However, those students who have experience and exposure through past internships have a decent chance of getting placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is above average overall. The classrooms, especially the department room, are not well maintained. Wi-Fi is only accessible in certain areas. Though science labs are quite profound and well maintained,. The food in the canteen is average and the only thing you would want to eat would be samosas. Infrastructure for sports is good with availability of boxing bring, volleyball and basketball courts, cricket and football fields, badminton court etc.
Faculty: The faculty for the course is well qualified and knowledgeable. Apart from some professor, most of the teachers are helpful and generous. Semester exams are quite easy and don't need rigorous preparation. Nearly 95% of the students can clearly pass these exams.
