Dissatisfied with faculty members.

Placements: Placements in this college are very good. More than 25 companies are coming and hiring students. 85 students got placed from electrical and electronics engineering branches. The highest package in our college is around 6.5 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3.6 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not there in campus. Labs are very old fashioned as there are no proper equipment available. Classrooms are nice. Library is good but the library staff is not up to the mark. No medical facilities are available in the college but has a tie up with KLE Hospital. Food is not edible as we don't get the quality for what we pay. Hostel rooms are good. Sports activities are not acknowledged by the college.

Faculty: Faculty members of electrical and electronics engineering branch are not good. They don't know how to teach and how to clear the doubts of the students. They are after only course completion. They don’t know anything about the subject. While the faculty members of other branches like mechanical and civil, are top class.

Other: In extra curricular activities college is awesome. Our college organises national level tech fest. Overall, the college is below average for the price we pay. There is no proper parking space and no Wi-Fi in the campus. Mess is below average but the cafeteria is awesome.

Other: Overall, it is a good college and with the new Principal College atmosphere is improving towards co- circular activities. TCS comes as a mass recruiter so be prepared .Hostel life pretty good. EC, CS, Civil, E&E and Mech are the good branches in this college.

Other: The college is located in Belgaum. Belgaum is famous for its climate. As far as KLE Dr. M S Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology is considered it’s an average college. Other: It’s a nice campus. Every teacher appreciates the students in their work. Overall, good college. The hostel mess is quite boring, means not good food. Library is good. They provide minimum 3 books per students for each semester for studying and we have to return it after the semester.

Other: KLE Dr. M S Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology is quite better compared to most Engineering Colleges in Karnataka. Infrastructure and quality of labs is quite good. They have good number of experienced faculties who have remained with the college over the years. Apart from that, there is scope for all round development- i.e. seminars, research, sports, and college fests. College transportation is also good. The hostels are just opposite college which is a huge bonus for out-station students. Then maintenance of hostels and canteen facility is also manageable. They have a dedicated team of faculty and students for tying up of placements. At least top 80% from CSE, E&C, E&E would be selected in good companies with reasonable packages.

Review of KLE Dr. M.S.Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements in our college are good enough. They offer less salary package for students, but every student gets the job. Placement officer is very interactive with all the students. Placement training is also conducted in our college. Good companies like Microsoft will not visit our college, but the college provides better campus placements.

Infrastructure: There is a good apple garden in the centre of the college with good content service. But content service needs to be improved. Washroom facility is good, but some washrooms are not good enough. The college provides good bus services, and only 7 buses are provided

Faculty: Faculty members are graduated, and they teach well. They have good communication skills. All the 6 courses which we have during the semester are well arranged by our college. They are taught in very easy language by faculty members.

Other: Every college is not good enough until they provide the best infrastructure, faculty members and other services.
