Other: Good college, few faculty members are bit biased towards the Karnataka students but on an average faculty members are very knowledgeable. Has got good infra, labs of core engineering departments are very good. Most of the faculty members have good experience and few are having Doctorate degrees as well which shows their proficiency as well, nice way of teaching which goes along with this Criteria for admission is good. Over all placement is ok.

Other: Quite far away especially for north east students, also not that good that you can travel that much distance to peruse be degree from biet. Campus now a days is also very poor and only some of the faculty members are good enough. You have to be very regular regarding attendance.

Other: Classes at BIET are interactive with a mix of lectures, case studies and presentations. Internal and external exams get equal weightage. Tests are conducted regularly. No handouts are given to students but most faculty members share their presentations, class room is good, teaching is good, campus environment is good.

Other: The first thing one is sure to notice when he/she enters the campus of BIET is the college impressive academic building. However, something about which students often crib is that the placement is less as compared to other top engineering college of Karnataka. There is ground for outdoor activities such as cricket, football, basketball and volleyball. The college has comfortable classrooms. The professors are strict when it comes to academics and students are permitted late admission up to five minutes post the commencement of the class. The college canteen is small. BIET is usually visited by around 30-40 companies during its placement season.

I am satisfied with the college infrastructure and excellent education.

Placements: BIET is the most ranking college of the Davanagere and has several branches in Bangalore and Mangalore. More than 85% of placements take place every year for the students.

Infrastructure: It contains a mess and hostel facility for the students from other places. Medical and hospital facilities are there in the college itself and have well-ventilated areas. The library is huge and can't describe in words, it is a 5-floor library. The staff is very polite and friendly. The campus is huge and located in the city and has a good connection with the roads and highways. More choices of courses are available and you can enjoy your engineering study in this college.

Faculty: All the faculties are very well qualified, friendly, and experienced, faculty members. This course makes the students' industry ready, but those who have skills and hardworking can come forward for those industries, and MNCs are ready to take them. It is right because those who have the ability can come forward in their lives.

Other: The college crowd is a bit large. Because of its popularity, many students from other states and other countries like Afghanistan and Nepal have come to our college. It conducts many events and sports which makes engineering study more enjoyable. It also holds esports that as the BGMI tournaments which are organised on the 9th of June, can participate.

Good and satisfied by both faculty and placements.

Placements: There is good placement facility. Placement is based on the student's CGPA. There will be a special training for placements. All facilities in every branch will support student for placements. Companies like TCS, Bhel, Wipro, Byjus and many software companies come for placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and all the classrooms are good. All the instruments are there in laboratory and there is a lab in-charge for each lab. They guide the students as well. There is a big auditorium in our college for cultural activities. There are 2 big grounds for sports activities.

Faculty: Each branch has good facility in our college. Faculty supports every student in both theoretical and practical way. Faculty to student ratio is 1:10. There is an industrial visit in 6th semester for the students to get practical knowledge.

Other: Every year, 2 big programmes are held in our college, one in odd and the other one in even semester.

College is good, teaching is also good, very strict, but lack of placement for students in branch.

Placements: I have not yet completed my coarse but in our electrical branch placement percentage of students is below 5% and TCS is the only company which visits our college for campus selection. Good marks is compulsory for campus interview then written test and management skills.

Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi, labs are good upto some extent, classrooms are very good, library is awesome, sports facility is also good with 2 playgrounds and awesome environment. Newly built auditorium, college canteen is also good which provides veg. good only. Overall is good.

Faculty: Teachers are very skilled, highly qualified. Method of teaching is also good. Teachers help more out side the class room if we convince them to clear our doubts. Practical labs are very good place to ask doubts which teachers responds us in a good way.

Other: Campus is awesome.
