Jayantian Achievement Scholarship (JAS): JAS offers a sum of INR 10,000 every year to students who are excellent in their academics. To avail of this scholarship, BCom /BBM / BA /BSc students should secure at least 75 per cent aggregate and students pursuing BSc (Life Science)/ BCA programmes are required to obtain at least 80 per cent aggregate.
Jayantian Talent Scholarship (JTS): To encourage students to outperform in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, the college offers a JTS scheme that provides INR 10,000 to the students who have represented the college and won at least one prize at the University/ State/ National level competitions. The minimum eligibility criteria for this scholarship entails securing at least 60% aggregate & a minimum of 85% attendance.
Jayantian Upliftment Scholarship (JUS): Students are required to obtain a minimum of 60% aggregate, & 85% attendance to avail of this scholarship. Each eligible student shall be awarded INR 10,000.
Jayantian Determination Scholarship (JDS): JDS assists Divyangjan students for INR 20,000.

Review of Kristu Jayanti College.

Placements: The highest salary package from our college is around 14 LPA. The average salary package is 6.5 LPA. Almost 79% of students get placed from our college every year. Students get appointed in many IT companies like HCL, Oracle, Amazon, and Cognizant as project managers, web developers, cloud architects, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides all the necessary resources that a student wants. Hostel rooms are very clean and have attached bathrooms. Other facilities like modern classrooms, computer labs, sports courts, lecture halls, big auditorium, seminar halls, high-speed Wi-Fi across the campus are also provided by our college.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very knowledgeable and helpful. Students require atleast 78% attendance to sit in the exam. Teachers also hold doubt sessions before exams to solve students' exam-related problems. As a result, every year almost 88% of students easily pass the examination with good marks.

Review of Kristu Jayanti College.

Placements: Out of 60 in our class, almost 20 students were placed (only 35 students went for placement) at GT, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Indigo Airlines, etc. Almost 40 to 50% were placed in our class, 35 went for placement sessions and 20 got placed. There are campus interviews and selection and many senior students secured good placements. As for me, I am going to attend next year. The stipend related matters I would be able to furnish once I have passed through.

Infrastructure: It was the toughest course I ever attended or heard of. Every mark earned there in 3 years is hard-earned. A lot to learn. Professors there set a very high benchmark for students. Industry-level assignments are done in the course curriculum. Professors are not allowed to heat or copy internet-available assignments. I am a daily scholar, and many of my friends stay in PGs, so I don't have any idea about the hostel and mess food, but there are many shops in the food court and outside the college also, and they provide good food. Every time it's overcrowded.

Faculty: I have chosen this course because it provides students with amazing placements, it's affordable as its fee is Rs. 18,000 per annum, and it has an amazing coding culture. Teachers have completed PhDs. They are very good. All the exams are done timely and the curriculum is according to the latest coding guidelines. This college has notable alumni and has amazing network. Excellent faculty members try to deliver the maximum of their effort. There are also feedback sessions after each semester faculty members do their maximum because they will be kicked out if they don't get a good rating as feedback.

Review of KJC college life .

Placements: This is my second-to-last year, and so far I have seen many companies come to this college for the placement, and in the previous batch, around 70% of the students were placed, and the package was decent and good. The highest package was 14 LPA, which is good, and the 6 LPA was the average package, and the lowest is 3.3 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Blue Sprint Technology, and Wipro visited the placement drive. Around 85% of students got the internship, and project managers, SDEs, interns, etc., were offered.

Infrastructure: KJC is known for its beautiful campus, and I was not wrong; the classroom has Wi-Fi all the time, and all the classrooms have installed projectors and are well maintained. KJC has around 10 hostels combined for boys and girls separately and has a library, labs, seminar halls, and an auditorium on the campus and a very good canteen and sports room.

Faculty: Faculty and their teaching experience are very good, and teachers are friendly towards the students. The teachers are well qualified for teaching. The course is updated and relevant to the industry standards. The exams in the college are a bit difficult. The student can pass with the materials provided in the college, and the pass percent is 80%.

Other: KJC has one of the good campus lives and it has 3-4 events every week.

The comprehensive review of KJC college life.

Placements: My personal experience with placement is 5 out of 5. The college has tie-ups with many companies for campus hiring. A few are Syncron, Datasemantic, Deloitte, IBM and Abzoba, which are regular hiring companies. I suggest trying both on campus and off campus; most of the placement part mostly depends on luck. In 2021, our senior batch of below-average students will get a good package but for our batch, we do struggle to get jobs, so luck plays an important role. Talking about internships, getting a good internship is difficult. The college invites companies to hire interns, mostly for free.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure I personally like calm atmosphere and we have green campus. I think the main improvement is needed in the sports department. College is very strict, and management personally urges you to cut the bear and long chair. There is no personal freedom. Even for silly reasons, they levied a fine on us. The college library has a lot of reference books, even comics and investment books. The college has its own hostel but there is a student group that dominates other students; they are very addicted to smoking. College food is tasty, and some days they prepare special food.

Faculty: Teachers and even management, are very strict. Teachers help with projects and study; most teachers are M.Tech CS qualified for recognized institutes. If attendance is low, you can not sit for any exam, which is a strict rule. The MCA course is trending, and my brother suggests I do it also. The college has a good syllabus with five subjects for every semester so a total of 20 subjects need to be cleared in 2 years. 85% is the pass percentage.

It is a very good college to study in.

Placements: The quality of placements depend on the students. Around 75% of students got placed in 2022. Every year top companies visit our college to recruit students. Faculty members guided students in preparing for the interview. Top recruiting companies were Oracle and Microsoft.

Infrastructure: Our college was rated as a green campus by AICTE. Its infrastructure was very good. There were three cafeterias. Our college had an amazing library and good computer labs. There were computers in labs for every student to practice.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were friendly. The quality of teaching was the best and understandable. The course curriculum was up to date as it included all the needed information.

Other: I had a good experience in this college.

Excellent infrastructure, good teachers.

Placements: Most of my friends are placed. The highest 8 LPA in CTC, average 4-5 LPA in CTC. Data semantics, HashedIn by Deloitte, Integration, Synchrony, Sysfore. Most of the students are placed with a good package. The job role depends on the course which we studied and our talent.

Infrastructure: Excellent facilities, good computer labs, smart classroom, all classrooms have a projector, well-maintained campus, echo-friendly campus. About Wi-Fi facility students have different connections, teachers have different, labs are different, for guests are different.

Faculty: All PG teachers are Ph.D. holders. The syllabus is up-to-date. So we can understand what's happening in the industry. Internal marks are a major part, we have to complete presentations, seminar assignments, etc. About exams, it's not that tough and also depends on the paper.

Other: My ambition is to become a techie, so I chose MCA.
