One of the best universities in terms of faculty, good placement, infrastructure and design.

Placements: About 28% of UG students are given good placements for the year 2024 - 2025. For PG students, it was 90%. The highest package is 13.5 LPA for PG. The average package is between 4 and 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Accenture, and Google.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided by KJU are excellent and satisfying. And the infrastructure is well-maintained. The library is scientifically designed to maintain focus and eliminate distraction, the computers are functioning and have good Wi-Fi. All the sports are treated equally. Good canteen and staff. Well-maintained medical room.

Faculty: The teachers are interactive, smart, and always punctual. Makes learning fun and sweet. My course and the teachers' teaching make us industry-ready after completing our degree. The semester exams are mid-level difficult as the teachers are excellent in teaching.

Other: I chose my course because I wanted to learn how businesses are done, how they are maintained, how a manager works, how a leader makes a business grow, and later start my own business with the knowledge I learn from my course. One thing I wish to be better at is the timing of the classes. One day classes are conducted in the morning, and on other days, in the afternoon and so on for the coming year. I like everything about the extracurricular activities. We are encouraged to participate.

The reality of college life is candid review of my experience.

Placements: Around 60% of students who opt for campus placement are selected. The highest package is around 15 LPA, and the lowest is 3.6 LPA. The top recruiters are Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Target, EY, Walmart, etc. The college does not provide internships. Roles offered are Finance Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, and HR Analyst.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is really good, with a lot of blocks for different departments, several auditoriums with ACs, and a lot of canteens. The college is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, and our campus is called the green campus because you see greenery everywhere. Classrooms are spacious and have projectors. I stay at home, so I don't really know about the hostel facilities, but I have heard from my friends that there are good hostels and PGs. Hostels are clean, but they have time restrictions, and the mess food is good. The college has all medical facilities and all kinds of sports.

Faculty: Most teachers are qualified, but some are not qualified to teach a particular subject. But, if you object, the college might make changes. Some teachers lack communication skills, and their vocabulary is not up to par. In a nutshell, teachers are average. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does make students industry-ready. Exams are moderate, depending on the course, and the pass percentage is 35% for each subject.

Other: I want to pursue management, so I took BBA. I also want to learn additional skills, and the college provides Business Analytics, so I chose that. The best thing about my course is that we learn Business Analytics from the Institute of Analytics UK, and external faculty teaches us. I wish my course had more in-depth and industry-related information and topics to learn about. Our college has fests throughout the year. The crowd is okayish, though there are a lot of Malayalis. Surroundings are also okay, with restaurants and malls around the college. Scholarships are also provided, both internally.

Comprehensive review of Kristu Jayanti College as of 2024.

Placements: Placements were very bad this year due to the broader macro economic conditions of 2024. Only 5 students out of 55 managed to get placements this year. In my course, around 10-12 students got placed. Majority of jobs were that of sales, marketing, calling service, and operations. Very few roles were offered for finance and HR. The highest package was from ICICI for 6.8 LPA, however, 2.5 lakhs out of the amount is the loan reimbursement. The average package is probably around 4 LPA. The lowest package of 2.5 LPA was offered by Arvind fashion for a role of sales boy. Some companies that visited for recruitments were EY, Amazon, Target, Walmart, Arvind fashion, and Deutsche Bank. Internships are totally the students' responsibility.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college was excellent and constantly improving. All the classrooms had Wi-Fi and had interactive classes for subjects like Power BI. The library was well stocked and had a vast number of books and research papers. There were three canteens in the college and the food was decent along with being very affordable. However, food options outside the college were quite limited.

Faculty: Teachers were quite knowledgeable and took great effort in making the classes interactive and interesting for the students. The course was also well updated and focuses on recent topics like power Bi, Python, etc. However, these subjects were taught at a basic level and were focused upon to made the students industry ready. The exams were of medium difficulty level with a very few students failing the exams.

Other: I have chosen this course as I believe that this subject would be more focused on Data analytics, but we only got an introduction to the various components of data analytics and not it was real world usage. There were a lot of fests and activities which were conducted by the college as well as the departments which were quite helpful in developing the students skills.

All round Kristu jayanti college is very good in academics as well as co-curricular activities .

Placements: So our college, kristu jayanti college is one of the best colleges in Bangalore for commerce and mana, its NAAC rating is 3.78 out of 4 and it has a green campus. If we talk about college placement, it has got some good top companies coming like jp morgan, infosys, wipro, accenture, deloitte and many more for their respect fields and students here have very good packages. I have seen some of them having an average package of INR 5.5 Lacs as a fresher and its good for a fresher to boost himself.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, it has some good ratings regarding the infrastructure and has good green campus. It has three cafes, the food here tastes very good and ultimately this college has a very good environment which influences the students to study in this college.

Faculty: We study through online LMS content and I think that's pretty good because this has a vast knowledge and content and we can go through it to prepare well for our semester exams. It also has different quizzes, so we can test our knowledge to prepare well for the exams.

Other: As business analytics has a demand in future and I had interests in this field so I thought to choose this.

A College which will build you.

Placements: Our college has a dedicated placement cell which does its best to help students to crack the interviews. Few days ago, I talked to the assistant director of corporate relations. He is very supportive and they gave me a brief of how exactly interviews and placements happen.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is something which can't be explained just by writing it here. Just come here once and see it with your own eyes. Because then only you will believe. We have 3 buildings and 1 is under construction. Main block, administration block and MBA block are present in the college.

Faculty: I don't know much about the exams as our classes have just started. But the teachers are too supportive and helpful and caring. At the end, it depends on you. If you want to grow in your life and achieve something great then KJC is made for you.

Other: Here we have many event, fest and many more things. Our seniors are the best. Our seniors are the best thing in KJC. All are ready to help and guide us.
