It is a study oriented college having very less fest and extra curricular activities.

Placements: Internships are given to many students in IOT and embedded systems. Top companies visit and recruit the students from out college with the highest package offered being 1 crores and the lowest being 1.5 Lacs. Very less percentage of students got placed last year. We’ll know after two years whether the packages improve or not.

Infrastructure: Labs in the college are good. Wi-Fi available is also very good. The classrooms are quite big and the library has a very good collection of books including spiritual and devotional, sports and every other type of books available. Magazines are also there. The canteen provides good food and games are often played during tournaments.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but they are a little less helpful. They just teach and leave the classrooms. Passing the semester is not really tough because the exams are not too tough. The passing percentage is 33% and students usually get an average of 65%.

Other: Events and fests are very nicely organized and scholarships are provided by the college. The surrounding is very natural.

Life at Lakshmi Narain College of Technology Bhopal.

Placements: I have taken admission through the Madhya Pradesh DTE counseling process. In my batch, there was a recession, but I am happy to say that approximately 50% of people got placements, and many had more than 2 offers in hand. The highest package, as I remember, was from Cisco at 17.5 LPA, selected by 15 people. The lowest package offered was 2.5 LPA. top recruiters were Cisco, VMware, LTI, Mindtree, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. I do not remember anyone getting an internship, but once you get placed, the company offers internships in the 7th semester and boarding in the 8th semester. The top roles are Software Engineer, Support Engineer, Network Engineer, Sales, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was limited; you will not get Wi-Fi, and sometimes your own mobile network will not work, but they do this because they don't want you to be distracted from studying. Labs were good, classrooms were good with limited occupancy, and the library was very well-equipped. You can study during college open hours, like 9 am to 6 pm. The quality of hostel food was average. Sometimes you will get good meals.

Faculty: No doubt, the teachers were very supportive, and the lab instructors were very knowledgeable; they will guide you. Whatever course you are studying, whether it is mechanical, electrical, civil, electronics, or computer science, you will mostly get opportunities from IT companies during campus placements. There were some core companies, but fewer.

Other: If you did not get into IIT, NIT, or a top government college and you are aiming for a B.Tech degree or a placement in the 5–10 LPA range, then without any doubt, you can take admission. In the end, you will surely get placed. If you are talented, then you may also receive higher package offers.

Absolutely satisfying and comfortable because teachers are very good and kind nature.

Placements: This time, due to the recession, the placement rate decreased by up to 80%. Most of the bright students did not get the opportunity to be placed on campus. Except for ten percent of students, others are currently jobless. The highest package this year was 19 LPA, and the lowest package was 1.25 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA, which is very less compared to previous years' placements. Top recruiting companies at LNCT are Wipro, TCS, and DXC. 5% of students got internships, which were unpaid. Top roles are tester engineer, application engineer, and framework engineer.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good, and there is a very friendly environment. The quality of the hostel is 5-star; there are no security issues, and the food is also good with 24-hour Wi-Fi and hot water facility. Medical facilities and sports are free for hostel students on campus. Also, wardens are very supportive, and they live with students 24 hours every day.

Faculty: Teachers are good, but most of them seem not interested in teaching. The curriculum is relevant. Libraries are also very good and organized with free Wi-Fi. The difficulty level of exams is quite easy. Anyone can pass exams by reading 4 or 5 days before the exam.

Our college provides placements for every student.

Placements: The percentage of placements is very good in our college. They provide basic salary packages to high salary packages to students. Major job roles offered are software engineer, IT engineer, core roles, etc. Many students get internships in MNCs and build their careers in big companies.

Infrastructure: Hostel life is good. The infrastructure of our college is very vast and has a playground for sports, etc. The quality of food served is good that include food items from different states to explore new items regularly. There are many extracurricular activities like carrom, cricket, etc.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good and help students. The course curriculum is very relevant to the industry. Students should get practical knowledge about the course and try to understand the basics of the course. Exams are easy if students study well.

Other: The best thing about our course is its practical use in different fields and technologies. All the subjects are good to enhance the quality of the students.

For placement opportunities, I think it is quite better for you to join this college.

Placements: The percentage of placed students in our college is 78%. The highest salary package offered in our college is 1.12 crores per annum this year and the recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, and many other companies. As I am a first-year student, I don't know much about it. The average salary package offered is 5.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs in our college are neither so good nor so bad. It is fine to study in that infrastructure. There are better hostel facilities for hostel students. As I am a day scholar, I don't know much about the hostel facilities. But I heard that it is fine to stay in the hostel.

Faculty: Teaching quality is fine in this college. There are so many knowledgeable teachers as well as so experienced. The semester exams are not so difficult as they are so easy to gain a good score. To be industry-ready, students need to improve their skills. They provide some facilities to be industry-ready but the students need to make more efforts.

Other: I chose this course because I find more opportunities in this course as if I want I can go for enhancing my skills in a core company as well as in an IT company. Campus surroundings are so good. There is greenery everywhere in the college and the environment is so soothing.
