Candidate passed with mentioned aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the Master's Degree with Economics or MBE or equivalent eligible to apply.
Candidate who has completed 1-year/2-semester master's degree with Economics or MBE or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree is also eligible.
If an institute has conversion factor of 9.5 then CGPA of 7.5 will not result in 75% marks and hence such a candidate will not be eligible.A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC or ST or OBC (non-creamy layer) or Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
Candidates completed 4-years/8-semesters graduation/bachelor's degree with 75% aggregate marks from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply. If an institute has conversion factor of 9.5 then CGPA of 7.5 will not result in 75% marks and hence such a candidate will not be eligible.
