Good to learn the way of life, but not great for placements when compared to past 2–4 years.
Placements: Well, we got average placements. Only known companies like Pennant and Infosys (for women) were seen for placements. I would say only 50 percent of students were placed (on-campus and off-campus). I don’t know about the highest and lowest packages of the college. The average package is around 4.5 LPA (CTC).
Faculty: Faculty is supportive irrespective of the subject they teach. They help you learn what you want to learn and what you want to do in your career, and I find it soothing. Academics is something I didn’t worry about because I understood that skills, a good academic CGPA (around 8.4), and proper hands-on experience with different technologies are what we need. I am really happy that I got that.
Other: There is a club I know, MVGR SLC (I think now it is in the IT department). Whoever is interested in doing projects and learning the way of life in a work atmosphere. It should be a starting point. The course was okayish. I wish there were more practical learning courses where we do hands-on work for everything we learn. It would be much better. We ended up mostly learning theory alone (not for all courses, but for a few courses like Data Analytics, etc.).

Pace sounds like the rain at MVGR.
Placements: I get placed in a startup with a really good package as a software developer. It starts with an internship and is converted to a full-time role. Even at this phase, software jobs are seeing a decline. The highest package is 20 LPA for the academic year 2025–2026.
Infrastructure: The college has very good amenities and a central library. The hostel I live in is hygienic and has 2-sharing rooms with common washrooms on each floor. It has a gym, projector rooms, labs, and a beautiful garden where evening walks feel pleasant after having snacks.
Faculty: I find the best teachers in the college, who are helpful and motivating. Almost all of my course curriculum is relevant to what I am targeting. Regulations and syllabus keep changing regularly to keep up with emerging technology. Semester exams are easy enough to attempt.

Good placements in 2026, along with nice infrastructure and campus culture.
Placements: About 70% of eligible students get placed in my CSE branch. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 3.4 LPA, and the average package is 3.6 LPA. I think Infosys hires more students, mostly girls. Companies like NDMatrix, TCS, and others also hire many students. Almost all eligible students do internships during their third year.
Infrastructure: In my branch (CSE), the infrastructure is good, with labs, placements, and friendly faculty members. Our branch has separate classrooms, labs, and a seminar hall. During the first and second years, we have sports periods and library periods. After that, we attend T&P classes.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and help us understand everything. They also guide us regarding our plans. Some courses or subjects, such as Biology, seem irrelevant to us. However, every core subject includes practical labs and detailed explanations. I think the semester exams are of moderate difficulty. The pass percentage is around 90%.

Absolute mix of pace and productivity. A resourceful campus for those who use it.
Placements: So a 55% of students are placed and have offers in their hands. The highest package is 22 LPA at Amazon, the lowest is 2.8 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Penant, Cognizant, Infosys, Ndmatrix, Eldaas, and Ready.Io, etc. Top roles are full-stack MERN, Java stack developer, SDE intern, Network engineer intern, etc.
Infrastructure: The labs contain systems with Wi-Fi, and anyone can use them freely whenever a lab is not occupied by any class members. For a computer science student, they have unlimited software resources and courses, coding platform to work on. The library contains a vast collection of books, and every few days, book giveaways happen (for old books). The hostel is a big and free building with two blocks, one for boys and one for girls. They have organic farms in MVGR. The snacks facility, the canteen, all have healthy food, budget friendly. Sports, music, and dance are all encouraged.
Faculty: Highly qualified staff in all parts of the curriculum. They teach in such a way that we need not opt for GATE preparation separately. I've qualified for GATE on my first attempt. The semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is like 37%.
Other: I chose this course out of my own interest. I loved coding. We have all kinds of resources in our course. The invaluable experience you get here, apart from courses, is friends and connections. Events and fests are a great thing. A lot of hackathons, events, and Aadhritha fest are the legacy of MVGR.

Absolutely satisfied, good and friendly faculty, good placements, good infrastructure, and greenery.
Placements: All students get placements. Recruiting companies are Google, Infosys, and Tata. The highest package is 80 LPA, and the lowest is a 3.5 LPA package offered. Above 600 students got placed in Infosys. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, and in coding and programming, almost all students got internships.
Infrastructure: Nice infrastructure, library, classroom, labs, computers, provide quality food, available medical facilities, sports, organic farming, good environment, clean and hygienic hostel. Clean rooms and washrooms, provide healthy food, a clean and hygienic mess, and clean surroundings.
Faculty: Faculty is knowledgeable, qualified, and friendly. They clarify doubts based on academics, provide skills and placements, internships, and find it a little bit difficult in semester examinations. In each subject, the passing mark is 25. Excellent teaching quality. Faculty suggests studies.
Other: Interested in and popular placements, internships, labs, problem-solving skills, scholarships, events, and fests are conducted.

I feel very good at this college.
Placements: As per last year’s record, more than 50% of students have been placed. The highest package is about 35 LPA, and the least is recorded as 4–5 LPA. Most of the companies are MNCs which have given decent packages to the students, which feels the best.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very much healthy and student-relevant. The infrastructure of both classes and hostels is tidy and maintained in a classical manner. Labs are very well-equipped, and the quality of the food is the best, as for MVGR College.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very much student-supportive. They share knowledge in a well-detailed manner other than from books. By learning through their easy techniques, the semesters feel very easy. The pass percentage is about 30%, so this was easy.
Other: By the time I joined this college, the course Computer Science Engineering was the best of all ever seen. For every topic, the faculty gives the best examples and minor projects to build self-learning through implementation of the learned topic. Most of the weekends are celebrated with flash mobs.

The top roles offered are software-related, the highest package is 22 LPA, which is from Amazon, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. About 70% of students got internships from Computer Science in companies like Hexaware, Deltax, etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms include projectors, CCTV cameras, and Wi-Fi, facilities like library, Wi-Fi, labs, cabins, canteens, and sports complex are available. The quality of the hostel rooms is good, and the quality of the food is also nice. The classrooms are also arranged individually for each section.
Faculty: In our college, the faculty members are well-educated, knowledgeable, and very helpful, the teaching quality is excellent, and they provide quality education to us, the course curriculum is very relevant, and the students are industry-ready. The difficulty of exams depends on our preparation for the semester examinations. The pass percentage is 27%.
Other: I am from the Computer Science department, I chose this course because I am interested in software engineering. The best thing about my course is coding, and to improve in my course, I keep practicing. In our college, they conduct events, freshers’ parties, and farewell parties.

It is an excellent college for every student.
Placements: 70% of students are placed in my course. Top companies are Pennant Technologies, Prolifics Corporation Ltd, Cisco, and Constituent. Top roles offered are full-stack developer, software engineer, etc. The highest package offered is 25 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and average is 11 LPA. 88% of students got internships at AVK Technologies, Tanasvi Technologies, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good and environment is nature-friendly with a lot of trees. The classrooms are very structured with projector classes. Wi-Fi is available only in labs. We have a big library in our college. We can read and write, and we can also rent library books. I am not a hostler but as much as I know, the quality of food is good. Medical facilities are available anytime during college hours. Sports and games are encouraged depending on the interests of students.
Faculty: Teachers are more helpful. Every teacher who teaches us will be well-qualified. Everyone will be minimum M.Tech completed or Ph.D. The curriculum is R23 which is relevant to our course. It makes us industry-ready if we complete it properly. The difficulty depends on individual learning interests. In my opinion, there will be average difficulty. The pass percentage is above 70%.
