No, an applicant can choose a maximum of 10 courses of each university for the CUET UG test. The application fee also varies according to the number of programmes selected. The different slabs of CUET UG 2023 application fees are three programmes, seven programmes and 10 programmes. No, there is no offline method of application at Maitreyi College. All the candidates must apply through the centralised entrance exam's official website, i.e., the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG exam. After the COVID years and after the introduction of CUET UG and CUET PG for admission to Maitreyi College and other DU-affiliated colleges, the application process has shifted full-time to the online mode. Candidates can register on the official websites of the respective exam, fill out the online application forms, pay the course-wise application fee and appear for the exam to become eligible. For final admission, shortlisted and pass-out students of CUET UG and CUET PG are required to register on the CSAS portal for final admission and seat allocation process.  

Admission to all the Maitreyi College courses is entrance-based. While Maitreyi College accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, admission to all the PG programmes will be subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. The seat matrix for the BSc (Hons) courses is as follows: there are 55 seats for BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, 52 seats for BSc (Hons) in Botany, and 45 each for the rest of the BSc (Hons) courses in Chemistry, Physics, and Zoology. This can be counted as competitive intake for the college, which aims at high academic standards in imparting quality education in the sciences. For such limited seats, the candidates have to secure very high marks in the CUET.
