Each course might have number of students varying from 30 students to 100 students each . Courses like manipuri, education, commerce, economics etc. have more concentration of students.

The latest MIC BSc placements have not been released yet, According to the data given on the official website, the highest package offered to the students at Manipal Institute of Communication was 13 LPA. The average package which was provided to students during the placement drive was around 3.5 LPA. The placement packages are decent. Many good companies like BBC, India Today, CNN, and Times group visited the campus for the placement drive. For UG courses,62 out of 135 students were placed. Step 1:  MIC Admission Process

Candidates willing to be admission to BSc in Animation at the Manipal Institute of Communication must submit an online application form along with a registration fee of INR 1500.

Step 2: MIC selection round

For BSc, candidates need to appear for the Department test (DT), conducted by the Manipal Institute of Communication. 

Step 3: Final Seat Allotment

MIC releases a merit list of selected candidates for final seat allotment.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

The selected candidates in the MIC released list must make course fee payment within the given dates to lock their seats.

Manipal Institute of Communication BSc programme is a three-year undergraduate degree course, divided into six semesters. The total fees of the BSc programme involve multiple components, such as tuition fees, hostel fees, application fees, and others. The total tuition fee for the BSc at MIC is INR 4.6 lakh. Students can pay the tuition fees either semester-wise or annually. Apart from tuition fees, hostel fees for MIC are INR 4.3 Lacs (fees for three years). 

For admission to the BSc course at Manipal Institute of Communication, the college accepts the scores of Department Exams conducted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. This entrance test is basically an in-house exam that MIC conducts annually to select candidates for admission to BSc and another course. Additionally, the official website of the college clearly mentions that for admission to the BSc course DT examination is a must. Therefore, candidates are not allowed to get admission to BSc courses without the Department Exam test.
