Best college for engineering student, and I am a second-year student.
Placements: MBM University is best for engineering in B.Tech. In branch of electrical engineering, 100% placements for dedicated and disciplined students. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Vedanta, Larsen, Havells, Adani Group, and many companies are recruiting for an electrical course.
Infrastructure: At MBM University for electrical branch has separate department facilities. Library facilities are available. Electrical lab is available. At MBM University hostel facilities are best. All sports are played in college ground. Mess and canteen facilities are available with the best quality food. Classrooms are available.
Faculty: All faculty members have more than 15 years of teaching experience and best knowledge about electrical branch. Teachers are helpful in solving doubts. In my college best benefits are 2 mid-terms before yearly exam to prepare for yearly exam, and paper level is neither easy nor difficult.
Other: In my college, core branches like electrical and mechanical have the best study material and best placement. In my college, many types of scholarships are provided. Campus crowd is best and select fest in 4 months.

Inside MBM University, Jodhpur.
Placements: The percentage of placement is quite good in core branches like electrical and mechanical, and almost all students with no ATKT or no backlog got placed. The average package is 6 LPA-7 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Havells, Adani Vedanta, and Mini Range.
Infrastructure: The electrical department is one of the oldest and quite good in the college. In the hostel, the quality of food in the mess is average. The hostel fee for a year is Rs. 12,000, and the mess fee for a semester is Rs. 17,500.
Faculty: The faculty members are experienced. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester exam in this college is moderate level, the passing percentage is a minimum 35% and the attendance criteria is 75% in both theory class, labs, and practicals. The faculty members are very experienced and full of knowledge.

College campus is good in winter and rainy season. The study is average. Placement is average.
Placements: In electrical engineering, around 70% of students are placed and other goes into the government field. The average placement package is 7 LPA-10 LPA. Almost all students got internships except for back students. Many recruiting companies like Vedanta, AADANI, etc., visit here. I like this field.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in classrooms and labs, but is available in the library. Campus cleaning is too good. I live in a room, so I don't know about hostel food. Sports include many games like all board games, football cricket, etc.
Faculty: Mostly, teachers are good and helpful. Exams are good, and the paper level is good, not too easy or too advanced.
Other: I have interest in electrical field work. Co-curricular activities are also conducted in many clubs, such as planting, singing, poetry, etc. Campus is good. In winter, it is very beautiful.

Rajasthan's no. 1 state government engineering college - MBM University Jodhpur.
Placements: As we talk about the 2024 pass-out batch of the Electrical Engineering department of my college, the official data shows that 47 students are placed out of 60 students. The average placement for the branch is 8.1 LPA, and the median placement is 6.8 LPA. The highest package from my branch is 13 LPA in 2024. The Training and Placement Office (TPO) helps out a lot of students in getting placements and internships.
Infrastructure: This course is one of the best in our college as it is a core branch, which is hugely supported by our talented alumni network. There is no Wi-Fi available, labs and classrooms are average, and a library is also provided by the college. Also, our seniors scored well in many government job exams and in the GATE exam. If we talk about the hostel infrastructure, it is average, and students with a higher percentile or CGPA can get a seat in it as the boys' hostel has fewer seats. But the girls' hostel has enough capacity for the girl students.
Faculty: Faculty members are good enough, and most of them are postgraduate or Ph.D. in their field. The course curriculum is too old as it's a B.E. Course, but it can make students ready for the industries. The semester exams are tougher, as we have given our 12th class board exams. Almost 80% of students pass in semester exams.
Other: College is definitely good for a Rajasthan candidate if he/she is not getting any IIT or NIT, as it is the No. 1 state government college in Rajasthan. I wish the college could improve its infrastructure much better. There are many scholarships available for the students, but there are negligible fests in the college.

Overall I'm satisfied, with the fees I'm paying and the learning and connections I got.
Placements: 60% of students are placed till March. The highest package is 7 LPA plus other benefits and the lowest lies between 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The reason behind this is for core branches the dream slab is around 4.5 LPA only. Top recruiting companies are Adani, Havells, ArcelorMittal, Secure Meter, DCM, Shri Ram, and Clean Max.
Infrastructure: As this is a very old college going to complete its 75 years in 2025, infrastructure is not very good. Labs are available in all the departments, there is a library also in which books are available for the courses. Hostel facilities are also quite okay.
Faculty: In the electrical department for many subjects, senior faculty members are there. Their way of teaching is very good. For some subjects college is hiring guest faculty members, and their teaching is fine. If someone is studying properly the subjects then they will be industry-ready, especially after an internship. Semester exams are not very difficult if you study properly you will score good marks. Also twice mid-semesters are conducted in a semester.
Other: I chose electrical because I wanted discipline. The electrical department was also awarded with the best department in 2023. Sports infrastructure needs to be developed, there is no badminton court (working) in college. Fest are conducted in a year or alternate years. Sports week, cultural programs, there are many active clubs in college for dance, theatre, singing, and photography.
