Real truth about MBM University.
Placements: In my college, out of 60 students, 23 were placed in the last year. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is 5.9 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Miniorange, Accenture, and Deltax. Internships are provided in the 2nd year, but there are fewer chances of getting internships,so go for off-campus internships. The top roles offered are Software Engineer,Assistant Engineer, and many more.
Infrastructure: In-depth labs are too old, they need to be renovated. Our computer labs, available library, also Wi-Fi available classrooms are good. Some classrooms have access to AC. Hostel life is good, not bad. Mess food is normal, not as good as, but you can survive, and quality is medium. The hostel rooms are old and need to be replaced with new hostel rooms for boys as well.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, they help students with academic problems. They are qualified with the best skills and knowledge, teaching quality is the best, as same as IIT. The curriculum is not relevant as of now days they are like history, there is no practical knowledge, and they need to be changed for a better future of students. Semester exams are timely conducted, and the difficulty level is medium to high, so prepare from the start.
Other: I chose this course because the IT branch is widely used in today's industry. MBM has built a strong alumni network over the past 50 years. I want to create a new pattern for practical knowledge and industry expert seminars. While college events are limited, some are organized by students.

The oldest engineering college.
Placements: 66%-70% of my course and other branch students have got placements. The maximum on-campus placement this year is 20 LPA, while the average package is almost 8 LPA-9LPA. The highest package offered off-campus has a whopping 51 LPA from Microsoft. Nearly all the students got internships at various reputed tech companies. Many successful founders also have connections with the college.
Infrastructure: One of the oldest engineering colleges in Rajasthan, its infrastructure is similarly old. The library is well-stocked with a decent number of books. The boys' hostel is old, while the girls' hostel is newly built. The mess serves average food. There's a government dispensary right in front of the hostel campus, and sports grounds are also available.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, and in the technical branch, most of the teachers are guest faculty. The course curriculum is very relevant, as it is quite close to the syllabus of several competitive exams, such as GATE, DRDO, banking, etc. It also has a focus on placement, thereby making it very effective and beneficial for students.

Average college with plenty of free time. Good for self grinders.
Placements: In the IT branch, almost 50%-60% got placed each year (many go for the GATE option, so that's one reason for the low placement percentage). The highest placement last year was 20 LPA, the lowest was 4 LPA, and the average in 2023 was 7.1 LPA, and in 2024 it was 6.5 LPA. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of MBM is outdated and subpar. The CSE department has Wi-Fi, high-speed Ethernet, and well-established computer labs. Classrooms are an okay type. Now talking about hostels, hostels are average and old, girls have good and new hostels. Mess food is good to average. There is a government medical dispensary outside the hostel. Sports and games facilities are available, but are limited.
Faculty: Most facilities are guest facilities, and in this college, you are on your own; you can't rely on any teachers. The course curriculum is old and outdated compared to IT, but it can be helpful for the government. Exams and the GATE exam. Semester exams are not very difficult for the CSE department. If you study properly, you can get a good CGPA even if you study 4-5 days before exams. There are no attendance issues in the CSE department, but other departments have some minimum criteria, typically around 60%-70%.
Other: I chose BB. E. in I.T. engineering because I am a little bit curious about AI and the tech field, but also a reason for good placements. The best thing about my course in this college is that I get lots of free time. There should be the latest course curriculum and better teachers. Events and fests are limited, if you want to enjoy college life, then this college can not provide it to you. If you want to take admission, only take admission if you can grind on your own with very limited college life and exposure.

Best college in Rajasthan.
Placements: Around 65%-70% of students got placed from my course and other courses. The highest on campus placement is 20 LPA this year, and the average is around 8-9 LPA. Off-campus placement is 51 LPA this year, offered by Microsoft. Almost all the students got internships in good tech companies, and most of the founders are related to college.
Infrastructure: College is the oldest engineering institute in Rajasthan, so its infrastructure is old. A library is available with huge books of numbers. The hostel campus is also old for boys and new for girls. Mess food is okayish, there is a government dispensary inside the hostel campus, and sports ground is available.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, and mostly in tech branch are guest faculty. Course curriculum is relevant because it covers all the exams syllabus, like if we are preparing for exams like GATE, DRDO, banking, so it is very similar to that, also placement-focused, so it is good enough.

Good placements, supportive faculty members, and excellent campus facilities.
Placements: Around 85% of students got placed in my course. The highest package is 18 LPA, average is 7 LPA - 8 LPA, and the lowest is 4 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and Accenture. About 70% of students also get internships in reputed companies such as TCS, Infosys with software development and system analysis. Overall, the placement cell is supportive and keeps updating opportunities.
Infrastructure: The department has well-equipped labs, fast Wi-Fi, a digital library, and classroom. Hostels are clean with electricity and water, decent mess water, there is a medical store in center, sports facility, etc. Labs are equipped with updated software and hardware. Classroom are spacious with smart boards. The hostel has good accommodation facilities with 24X7 water and electricity backup.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, experienced, and focused on practical learning. The curriculum is updated and relevant to current industry needs. Exams are moderately difficult but with regular study we can clear them easily. Pass percentage is above 90%, and continuous internal assessments help us improve before final exams.
