Review on why students should take admission in the MBM University, Jodhpur.
Placements: The average package is 7 LPA, so we can say that placements are good as compared to other colleges of the REAP. Placements of core branches are better than those of the tech branches. Here, the highest placement percentage is in the mining branch, which is around 80-90%. This year, the highest placements are in mechanical, with a package of 18 LPA, and for the CSE course, it is around 11 LPA. Some students got higher packages than this, but from off-campus. The training and placement cell provides opportunities and information for internships.
Infrastructure: All necessary facilities and infrastructure are present in labs and classrooms. As everyone knows, MBM is an old college, so the infrastructure is very outdated. But after it got university status, the college administration is trying to upgrade the infrastructure. The construction of the new library and examination halls is an example of that. The university is also working to improve sports facilities. Hostel's condition is decent. The mess food is good.
Faculty: Since teachers are qualified from top colleges and universities, professors are very supportive when we show interest in subjects and learning new things. Whatever is taught in the class is very helpful and relevant to the exams. The university also arranges industrial visits for students to let them understand how work is done in industries.
Other: Since all branches are doing well, but when I talk about my branch, which is mechanical, it is doing better because it is one of the oldest branches of the college, so it has a good alumni network. All necessary facilities are present here, but the condition of labs can be improved and upgraded according to the modern world. There is no certainty about the fests and events. Last year, no fests or events were organised by the college except for sports fest Khelo MBM. Here we can avail scholarships awarded by the central and state governments.

Placements: In the year 2024, about 40 out of 60 students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 16.64 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7.70 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Adani Group, L&T, TCS, Honda, Vedanta, and Infosys visit the college for placements. Every year about half of students get internships. Students get internships in various companies like Adani Group, Halliburton, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my department is not so good. Classrooms condition is very miserable. There is no Wi-Fi in the department. There are many labs in the department and they are in good condition. There is a huge library in the college. The campus of the hostel is not so clean. Mess food is good. There are no medical, sports, and games facilities in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and highly qualified. Some teachers are teaching for 20-30 years. The method of teaching is soft and heart-touching. The course curriculum is very relevant and according to the syllabus. It really aids students in giving skills. Semester exams are not so tough. If students read at least one month before the exam, they can easily pass exams. Approximately all students pass exams.
Other: I chose this field because there are many opportunities, creativity, and career progress chance. The best thing is after completion I can easily grab a job anywhere across India. I think I should emphasize my skills in automation, communication, and robotics. The number of fests held in college is less but many events are held frequently. The college is old, but the networking of this college is very vast. Scholarships are also provided by many government and private organisations.

Honest review of MBM college Jodhpur.
Placements: In core branches like civil, mechanical, or electrical, we can see placements, as in every batch maybe 70% of students get placed. The average package of the mechanical branch is 6 LPA. Companies that visit are Vedanta, L&T, or some less renowned companies. But in our college, the placement of the computer science department is very low.
Infrastructure: The college was made very long ago. Some old departments are very dusty and vintage. Instruments in labs are old-fashioned and broken. The hostel is average, but some hostels suffer roof leakage, especially on the first floor. There is Wi-Fi on the campus. Classrooms are dirty and need cleanliness.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members are experienced, but some are newly admitted, mature, and inexperienced teachers. Exams are not conducted timely, and there is nothing according to the timetable. Even the result is unannounced 5-6 months after exams. In the first year, exams are a bit difficult to clear, but later on, it gets sorted out.
Other: The campus is surrounded by all the necessities like bus stands, railway stations, and tourist spots. There are very few college fests and cultural programs. The courses are good.

The best college for getting your overall development .
Placements: In Mechanical Engineering college, more than 80% get placed every year, and the packages are decent like the highest package for 2024 was 18lpa and the average package was 8lpa. Most of the students got jobs in government sector in railway offices and rto offices.
Infrastructure: The classrooms and labs are well furnished. The most interesting part is the mechanical equipments like there are so many machineries and equipments related to mechanical engineering. The classrooms are big enough for 150-200 students. Talking about hostel, the rooms are decent but very spacious, the food quality is best, If you are a sports maniac there are so many sports facilities like you can play any sport you want there. Many events organized in which students compete with IITs or BITS students .
Faculty: The Professors are very well qualified as well as the lab assistants. Most of the professor have atleast 20-30 years of experience. The main focus is not about getting job or passing exams. The university focuses on the overall development of the student. The semester exams are pretty much difficult. 70-80% students pass .

MBM University Jodhpur is a good college .
Placements: Almost all the students are placed in the mechanical engineering branch and the highest package is 17 LPA and the lowest package is 7 LPA. Many companies come to the college for placement like Adani, Tata, etc. Almost all students get internships in different companies or government departments. The top role offered is that of graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: Facilities are so good in the department; there is much greenery in the department; there is a library; the professor teaches us on the smart board; and the hostels are very good. The mess is average; there is no such medical facility in the hostel; there is a ground you can play on.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They teach us on a smart board with real-life examples. Teaching quality is very good. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate to tough .
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in mechanical engineering. From this college, mechanical placements are very good. If you sit in the placement drive, you get placed in no such things to improve the things in this course. There are so many events held here every month. Encarta and Anant are two technical and cultural fests. There are also many clubs here, and scholarships are also provided by the college .
