The college's faculty and placements are good.
Placements: Last year, 60-70% of students were placed. The highest package offered is 16 LPA, the lowest is 5 LPA, and the average is 6-7 LPA. Top recruitment companies are L&T, M&M, Adani, Hindustan Zinc, Jindal, Tata, and others. The most common roles offered are Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE), Site Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, and Production Engineer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel. The lab conditions are average, and the classrooms are good. The library's condition is not very good. The quality of food available in the hostel and canteen is average. Also, the medical first aid kit is available, and the sports ground is also average.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and some not, they are qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is good and relevant for the government exam, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult in this college, and the pass percentage is 85-90%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in automobiles. It relates to thinking. More technical work improves my course. Some events and fests are conducted by the college, and the campus crowd is good. Scholarships are also available.

Review on why students should take admission in the MBM University, Jodhpur.
Placements: The average package is 7 LPA, so we can say that placements are good as compared to other colleges of the REAP. Placements of core branches are better than those of the tech branches. Here, the highest placement percentage is in the mining branch, which is around 80-90%. This year, the highest placements are in mechanical, with a package of 18 LPA, and for the CSE course, it is around 11 LPA. Some students got higher packages than this, but from off-campus. The training and placement cell provides opportunities and information for internships.
Infrastructure: All necessary facilities and infrastructure are present in labs and classrooms. As everyone knows, MBM is an old college, so the infrastructure is very outdated. But after it got university status, the college administration is trying to upgrade the infrastructure. The construction of the new library and examination halls is an example of that. The university is also working to improve sports facilities. Hostel's condition is decent. The mess food is good.
Faculty: Since teachers are qualified from top colleges and universities, professors are very supportive when we show interest in subjects and learning new things. Whatever is taught in the class is very helpful and relevant to the exams. The university also arranges industrial visits for students to let them understand how work is done in industries.
Other: Since all branches are doing well, but when I talk about my branch, which is mechanical, it is doing better because it is one of the oldest branches of the college, so it has a good alumni network. All necessary facilities are present here, but the condition of labs can be improved and upgraded according to the modern world. There is no certainty about the fests and events. Last year, no fests or events were organised by the college except for sports fest Khelo MBM. Here we can avail scholarships awarded by the central and state governments.

Honest review of MBM college Jodhpur.
Placements: In core branches like civil, mechanical, or electrical, we can see placements, as in every batch maybe 70% of students get placed. The average package of the mechanical branch is 6 LPA. Companies that visit are Vedanta, L&T, or some less renowned companies. But in our college, the placement of the computer science department is very low.
Infrastructure: The college was made very long ago. Some old departments are very dusty and vintage. Instruments in labs are old-fashioned and broken. The hostel is average, but some hostels suffer roof leakage, especially on the first floor. There is Wi-Fi on the campus. Classrooms are dirty and need cleanliness.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members are experienced, but some are newly admitted, mature, and inexperienced teachers. Exams are not conducted timely, and there is nothing according to the timetable. Even the result is unannounced 5-6 months after exams. In the first year, exams are a bit difficult to clear, but later on, it gets sorted out.
Other: The campus is surrounded by all the necessities like bus stands, railway stations, and tourist spots. There are very few college fests and cultural programs. The courses are good.

Decent placements and campus life, but needs improvement in infrastructure and curriculum.
Placements: MBM Engineering College offers decent placement opportunities for Mechanical Engineering students. Around 60%-70% of students from our batch were placed. The highest package reached 12 LPA, with an average of 6 LPA-8 LPA, and the lowest is around 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters include L&T, Adani Group, JSW Steel, and Havells. Internships are secured by 30%-40% of students through platforms like BSNL, Railways, and Tata Projects. Core roles include design, production, and QA engineers, while non-core roles involve IT and consulting. Though the infrastructure is average, students with strong skills and internships have good chances, especially in off-campus and PSU placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the mechanical engineering department at MBM Engineering College is below average. Classrooms are mostly traditional with limited smart facilities. However, I wish the course included more modern and industry-relevant content like CAD/CAM, robotics, and hands-on training. MBM has a decent campus with a historic vibe, but the infrastructure and cleanliness need improvement. The college hosts several events and technical fests like TechFest and Aagaz, which are enjoyable. The campus crowd is diverse, and students are supportive. Extracurricular activities exist, but could be more organized and promoted across all departments.

Placements: Placements have been good for my department for a very long time. About 70-80% of students got placed in the previous years. But as the recession is taking place, this placement session was not as promising as the previous ones. The maximum package offered for the department has been about 17.5 LPA in previous years.
Infrastructure: Hostels are not good, especially for the 1st year. It has very bad facilities. The infrastructure is also damaged. The mess food provided is just a disaster. Old labs and classrooms have not been maintained nicely, and a very high negligence can be noticed. The library provided has a great number of books, but sincerity is not maintained and imposed by the staff members.
Faculty: The course curriculum is very old-fashioned. The scheme of the exam has been changed and hence is better than the previous scheme. Teachers can be helpful if we are very obedient and disciplined towards our assignments and practical files. They hate negligence in studies is much that they can ignore our whole existence.
Other: The campus is not even that clean. Infrastructure is just rubbish in the older departments. A lot of corruption is going on in the administrative system. But yet this college has a lot of reputation due to its old age and strong alumni network.
