The institute has six hostels: four for boys and two for girls. Chaitanya, Change Masters, Takshashila, and Kshitij are the boys hostels, of which twin-sharing accommodation is available for Chaitanya, Change Masters, and Takshashila. While for Kshitij, accommodation is available on a twin-sharing/four-sharing basis. For girls, Oddessy (twin-sharing) and Kaveri (twin/triple-sharing) are available for accommodation.
MDI Gurgaon hostel rooms are airy and spacious and have basic amenities, including a bed, a study table, a chair, a cupboard, and the usual fixtures. Takshashila hostel is also available for executive graduate programs (PGDM-BM). The rooms for the PGDM-BM students are semi-furnished, with reception halls and air-conditioned dining halls. For Management Development Programs, Parthenon and Nalanda hostels are available for the executives. The rooms are air-conditioned and are fully furnished with modern amenities. All the hostelers have the mess facility.

MDI Gurgaon offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostels Chaitanya, Change Masters, Takshashila and Kshitij offer twin sharing rooms; however, Kshitij hostel also offers four sharing rooms. The girls hostel blaovk is known as 'Oddessy'. The rooms are furnished with a bed, a study table, a chair, a cupboard, and the usual fixtures. The students may bring their own mattresses, bed linen, toiletries, and locks for almirahs and hostel rooms. These are also available in the student-run cooperative store 'MART'. The executive rooms are air-conditioned and fully furnished with modern gadgets. The rooms have an internet connection to facilitate extended study hours for the participants.
