Excellent faculty support for the students and good placements.

Placements: 100% of the students were placed. The highest package was INR 17.5 lacs, the lowest was INR 5 lacs, and the average was INR 6.5 lacs. Nestle, Pantaloons, KPIT Kantar, Infobip, ITW Chemins, Varun Beverages, Kirloskar, Aditya Birla, Dpcon Solutions, Bajaj Finance, CD, Kent Ro, etc. are the top recruiting companies. All the students got internships.

Infrastructure: The faculty at the Mitcon Institute of Management is very supportive; we always feel free to ask questions and have doubts. The college provided us with digital marketing certificates and advanced Excel certifications as well. The food in the canteen is also good. The facilities provided by the college are also good.

Faculty: Excellent faculty members in the Mitcon Institute of Management, very supportive and helpful staff, and ready to clear the doubts. They also provide us with good study material and presentations. While we were on placement, faculty helped us make and edit the resumes.

Placements in the year 2019 were not good, but they were average in the year 2018.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students in PGDM agriculture business management got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. Almost 100% of the students got internships. It is an average college of management because good companies are not visiting here for campus placements. There are no top recruiting companies for any courses.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are available for PGDM agriculture business management are Wi-Fi. Hostel facilities are not good, and canteen and mess are not available here. Medical facilities are not available, and sports and games are not good. All infrastructure and facilities are available.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified and good. Teaching quality is very good. PGDM agriculture business management, pharmaceutical businesses management and business administration are the courses available in our college. The course curriculum is good.

Absolutely satisfied by taking admission in MITCON. Great faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Around 30 students are already placed for summer internships in different companies, both MNCs as well as domestic companies. Around 95% of the students are going to take internships from the college itself. The students who passed out in this year are already placed. Only 8 students are yet to be placed. The salary package offered was approximately 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered was around 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA.

Infrastructure: All the required facilities are made available here. The library is kept open for 18 hours. Facilities like Wi-Fi, computer labs, smart classrooms and sports facilities are also available. All the rooms are air-conditioned. The quality of food offered is good. They also provide elevator services. Students here can avail any facility without any problem. The college has an auditorium which can accommodate 650 to 700 students. Parking facility is also available. The whole campus is under CCTV surveillance.

Faculty: Faculty members here are highly trained and experienced. All the in-house faculty members are very co-operative. Faculty members consist of directors, deputy director of respective departments, students welfare deputy directors and librarian. The curriculum is a trimester pattern with six subjects for exams and 2 to 3 subjects for personal development.

Decent infrastructure and average curriculum.

Placements: Placements are average in which students get 3 to 4 lakh packages. In that, on an average, 20k- 25k comes in hand but the placements are getting good year by year. Many brands are coming for placements like Axis bank, Ujjivan Financials Ltd. etc.

Infrastructure: No dedicated hostel is provided. Students have to manage their own stay, which is pretty expensive in the area of Balewadi, Pune. The college rooms are average. 2 to 3 classrooms have dedicated ACs and others are well equipped with projectors and sound.

Faculty: Faculty members are mostly visiting faculty members. The visiting faculty members are very good in their teaching subjects. But a major problem with most visiting faculty members is that you have an unpredictable timetable. Your timetable can be changed with the availability of the faculty. But you get to be mentored by the faculty members who have current industry knowledge and not just theoretical knowledge.

Worth the fees. New emerging college.

Placements: Placements are not so good if we compare to general MBA category but if we look at MBA in Agri Business, the placements are good. Placements average is Rs. 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annum. I called it average because the course fee is also less which is around Rs. 400000.

Infrastructure: Wifi facilities are good. The speed of 5 Mbps is guaranteed. The library is not big as such but all the main books regarding agriculture marketing, finance supply chain are covered. Speaking about the canteen, the college has 2 private canteens in the campus. They provide snacks and afternoon lunch. The quality of food is average but value for money.

Faculty: The college does not have a large number of in-house faculty members. Only 1 in-house faculty member is assigned to 1 class. All the other subjects are taken by the visiting faculty members. But they are good. Almost all have PhD in their teaching subject. But less number of in-house faculty members is still a major concern.

Other: This is a very good college. The placements are very nice. College gives all facilities like providing good faculty, library with 16 thousand books, playing activities, Wi-Fi campus, hostel, mess etc. The college gives different personality lectures to students for their improvements and motivates them. Seminars of experienced personalities and motivational lectures are provided by the college. However, the fees are huge. Overall, the college is good.

Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination upto June, 2025 can also apply. It might be low if MIT offers such a course because the main program cutoffs are around 75%tile. So, the ABM course might come around 60 - 65 percentile or even lower.
