Satisfied with the teaching methods and the faculty.
Placements: 80% of students got placed. The highest package goes up to INR 12 lacs p.a., and the lowest is INR 3 lacs p.a. Nestle was the top recruiting company. They provide an INR 14 lacs p.a. package. Marketing students get priority for internships because there are so many companies in marketing as compared to finance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. There is Wi-Fi on each floor, and each classroom has smart boards. A hostel is not provided by the college. The quality of the food is not so good. The canteen facility is provided by the college, and it is neat and clean. There is also a sports room near the canteen, which includes a pool table, table tennis, and carrom.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is better. Every teaching faculty member has a Ph.D. in their respected field. Yes, the curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are tough, if you do not study well. The passing percentage is above 90%.

Other: Classes are unattractive in nature and healthy mix of formal lecture, case stations and presentation. An equal weight age of 50? Given to both internal and external exam. Test are conducted on regular basis which can be both planned and as well as surprised in nature. Although surprise test are very common. Students are not given handouts during lecture.

Other: A wonderful experience of learning with the people from all around the Nation. Not only the learning of Management studies but also the cultures. Placements are good if the students are hardworking, it depends entirely on their capabilities. As it is correctly said that nothing comes easy. We have to take pain for good future! The profiles basically for the job belong to the Sales stream so, I suggest if you really wish to study sales then only take admission. Frankly, do not expect much from the institute. Canteen food is fine.

Other: The college environment is good but there are no proper placements support from college. The skills and knowledge development is not up to the mark. I suggest everyone to prefer any other college than MITCON especially for Pharma graduates. I hope that this information will be needed for choosing a good college.

Other: Batch size for each course is 60. The entire curriculum is revised in every 2/1 year so that students remain competent against change in the skill-set. The lectures are very interactive and students are also encourages to take part in the extracurricular activities like sports. A special focus is given to improve the soft skills of the students through integrating individual or group presentation done by students for every subject. The case-study method could also be incorporated in the future. Recruiters who visited the campus during my PGDBM are ICICI, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Novartis, GSK, Emcure etc.

There are 60 seats only. Students can now attain an in-depth knowledge regarding the industry of their choice by opting for an MBA with specialisation in Human Resources, Marketing, Financial & Accounting, or Operations Management. ALL THE BEST.
