No, the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) only offers admission basis of candidates' performance in the NIFT entrance exam. Conducted by NIFT Delhi, the National Institute of Fashion Technology entrance exam is the only accepting exam for admission to NIFT Delhi for several UG, PG and UG Diploma courses. The final selection is based on Situation Test and Personal Interview. 

The National Institute of Fashion Technology offers a two-year full-time MFM course at the postgraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to the MFM course need to appear for an entrance examination comprising of a General Ability Test (GAT). Shortlisted candidates of the entrance examination are then required to appear for a Personal Interview (PI) round. 

According to India, Today Ranking 2022, NIFT Delhi is ranked 1 among all campuses that is followed by NIFT Mumbai and NIFT Bangalore. However, it is to note that NIFT has a centralised placement process across all its campuses. Companies can employ NIFT students from any course or campus through On-campus placement and Pre-placement offers.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi MFM fee is INR 5.86 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Apart from the tuition fee, candidates also need to pay a one-time fee of INR 21,300 which includes a refundable security deposit and registration fee. • Bachelor's degree and mark sheets (for PG courses)

NIFT Application 2026 is closed now. The registration started on December 08, 2025. NIFT 2026 Application forms and Notifications can be out anytime now for B.Des, M.Des, B.F. Tech, M.F.Tech, and M.F.M programmes. The application form will be released at  @nift.ac.in. The NIFT entrance exam application form is the same for all courses. The application fee for NIFT is INR 2,000 (INR 500 for SC, ST, and PwD categories). NIFT Application forms can also be filled with late fees. The late fee is INR 5,000.
