My honest review of my college.

Placements: The placement and job opportunities were good at this college. The placement process was also not too difficult, as you should had complete knowledge related to your studies & have sufficient skills. The big companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, IBM and Airtel offered the highest salary package, which was approximately 40 LPA. The college gets above 95 percent placement. They provide internship to the best student.

Infrastructure: The course curriculum was very well studied and well managed by the management. There were 2 years post graduation in Pharmacy which covers the areas of research concerned about pharmaceutical education with 1 complete year of project work so designed to meet business needs. The exams of the semester pattern for the masters students and 6 months periodic electronic presentations on the research work done by both masters students and Ph.D. students. The syllabus was very practical and research driven. The course fees per semester were very low and cheap as the fees were taken by a DD form.

Faculty: My opinion of the faculty of NIPER was great. The faculty in NIPER were very responsible and were closely tied to the central functions of higher education. All faculty members were highly qualified in their field. The faculty of the institute had distinguished itself through awards for educational activity from national as well as international organizations. Our curriculum was designed in such a way that it always motivates students to surpass their limits to nurture them as professionals. The course also provides us with dual specialisation which we can choose between analytics, finance and marketing.

Placements: Placements and job opportunities are very good and up to the mark in our college. Several companies like Cognizant, Ranbaxy, Biocon, Zydus, Alembic, Lupi, etc., have recruited students from our college. Our college itself conducts several recruitments for posts such as junior project assistant, research associate, research officer, teaching, and non-teaching positions. The placement rate is more than 80% per course, meaning more than 80% of the students get jobs through campus selection in each and every course.

Infrastructure: The course curriculum is very well designed, which includes in-depth subject knowledge and practical knowledge as well. The exam structure of our course is semester-based; that is, the 2-year course is divided into 4 semesters. Rooms are spacious. First-year students have to share a room, but from the second year onward, they are free to decide whether they want to continue sharing or want a separate room. There are plenty of rooms, and there has never been any type of shortage. PG's average rental during my time was 1200.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good and very well qualified and trained in their respective fields. They have immense subject and practical knowledge, which they deliver to students effectively. They also give us career guidance. It is similar to the MBA curriculum all over India. We have a two-year course with 4 semesters, and each semester is equally important to score well in the finals. Each semester, we have 8 papers, and passing all is important.

Good platform in career perspective.

Placements: Torrent Pharma, Gufic Biosciences, Brillex Clinical Research, and Sun Pharma were the recruiting companies that hire students specialized in Pharmaceutical Management with a beginning package of 3.2 LPA and extend up to 14.8 LPA. So the assistance of them for placement was supportive.

Infrastructure: College wont allow the students to create any nuisance that disturbs the study of other students. Colleges were well described as a pleasant environment, known for its aesthetics. The zone of the canteen was highly occupied by the students in all the intervals, with limited seating.

Faculty: Years of experience in teaching made them present attractive and catch lessons. This course includes two years, only a specific set of lecturers was scheduled for all the semesters. So each set of lectures was aimed to provide the highest semester results.

My honest review about my college.

Placements: The placement cell of the college work for the final year students in fetching good and reputed jobs in popular and good brands. Many of my classmates were hired by Ranbaxy with a high salary package, and some even worked in the hospital. You name it, we have it. FMS rejects many internship requests for big companies because it's a small batch to place. I had a good experience overall and was offered around 30 grand as a stipend.

Infrastructure: I was in a hostel, and trust me, everything about the place was good. The food and the safe and secure environment, along with this, the college was not that far from the hostel, so the computing issue was never faced, which made me focus more on my studies. The best in class hostel for around Rs. 1200 rent and Rs. 1400 food per month, if you need more.

Faculty: The course curriculum is a bit loose, but the gaps are filled via interaction with other department students and faculty, of course. The courses were vast and carried practical sessions, and the lab classes required 100% attendance. Throughout my course, I learned about Enzymology, Protein Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Cell Signalling. My professors were well-trained and carried a good amount of knowledge regarding the subject, and helped me to gain a better overview of the subject, whether related to practical or theoretical aspects. Both the parameters were carried brilliantly by them.

Placements: I opted for an internship at Sun Pharmaceutical. As this is my first exposure to the corporate world, we got the experience to work. Internships offered are mostly with a stipend but there are a few cases where there is no stipend given. The placement rate is more than 80% per course, i.e., more than 80% of students get jobs through campus selection in each and every course. Also around the year placement drives are conducted so as to remove the fear from us. Top companies ZS, GSK, Indegene, IMS Health, Pharmacy, Novartis, DMV, etc., visit the campus for placements.

Infrastructure: Students who live far from their native place are lucky enough to get basic preparation and save their computing time by availing of the hostel. There is a separate hostel allotted to boys and girls with good infrastructure as well as amenities like hygienic washrooms, and 24x7 water facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are marvelous and have an immeasurable knowledge regarding the subject. They are great at delivering lectures. Their way of introducing a topic is very impressive. Apart from this, they are very helpful. My professors are well-trained and have helped me gain a good understanding of the subject and a good overview of the topic with practical, or theories. They carried both parameters smoothly. They also help us to get a good job in the reputed companies. It is similar to the MBA curriculum all over India. We have a two-year course with 4 semesters and each semester is equally important to score well in finals. Each semester, we have 8 papers and to pass in all is important.
