Good infrastructure.
Placements: Last year, 91% of students got placed from our Nandha College of Engineering. The highest package is 44 LPA. The lowest is 1 LPA. TCS, Wipro, Zoho, Mahindra, etc., are recruiting companies. In the cyber security department, this is the last batch, who don't know about that place, which means the staff are very good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided for our course and hostel is overall very good and meets most of the essential requirements for students. The academic facilities, such as classrooms, seminar halls, and laboratories, are well-maintained and equipped with the necessary resources. Classrooms are spacious and fitted with projectors, which help in effective teaching and learning. The laboratories provide sufficient equipment for practical sessions, although at times the availability of advanced instruments can be limited. The library is a great support.
Faculty: The faculty, curriculum, and exam system in my course are well-structured and provide a balanced approach to both academic learning and practical understanding. The faculty members are knowledgeable in their respective fields and put in genuine effort to ensure students grasp concepts clearly. Most of them are approachable and willing to clarify doubts outside class hours, which creates a positive learning atmosphere. Some faculty also integrated real-life examples and case studies into their teaching, making lessons more interesting and practical.
Other: I chose this course because I have always been interested in how things are designed, built, and maintained. The idea of learning both theory and practical applications in my field motivated me to join this programme. The best things about my course are the balance of classroom learning, practical lab sessions, and project work. The faculty members are supportive and try to explain concepts in simple ways. The curriculum also includes industrial visits, workshops, and seminars, which help us understand how the subject is applied in real life. These opportunities make learning more meaningful and enjoyable.
