I am dissatisfied because of the teaching methods and bad placements.

Placements: Out of 60 students in my batch, only one is placed in an MNC. The highest package offered for my course is 8 LPA. The only MNCs that are top recruiting companies for my course are CTS and Cognizant. None of the students from my course secured an internship. The top role for my course is production engineer. They didn't provide any placement training to the students.

Infrastructure: In my department, all the facilities are good. They provide good equipment in labs and smart classes in each and every classroom, but the Wi-Fi facility is very bad. I don't know about the hostel facility because I am a day scholar. The canteen facility in my college is good. For medical facilities, there is a nearby Nandha Ayurveda and Siddha college. In case of an emergency, we can go there to take medications. The sports and games facilities are really amazing. Our college and department encourage our students to participate in all events, both technical and non-technical.

Faculty: Teaching quality from the faculty is average, and the courses that students study are not relevant to making them industry-ready. What we learn in college is not helpful for the industry. After college, we have to learn extra courses to prepare for placements outside the campus. The semester exams are very difficult to clear, and a maximum number of students are appearing for backlogs.

Other: I chose this course through counseling. I'd like to see more placement training that is relevant to making us industry-ready. This is the only improvement needed for my course. The events, fests, campus, and crowd are all really good. You can explore many things and participate in every non-technical and technical event, as well as the amazing extra and co-curricular activities.

The college facilities, infrastructure, faculty members are really great.

Placements: Placements are awesome in the college. Opportunity level is very high to place in the good jobs. The students are places in many high level companies like TCS, INFOSIS, TATA etc. , Many of the students form EEE, ECE, MECH, IT, BME, CHEMICAL are placed in the companies with high position.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very beautiful. The is very useful to the students and you already know in present and future EEE students has always scope for many jobs. The library is attached with the EEE block it has the great infrastructure and digital library facilities. Hostel is placed Southwest side of the inner campus that had been attaches with gym.

Faculty: Facutlies always help the students to understand the lessons. They also help the students individually Also the faculty members explain the lessons based on our industries to ready for that. The exam will be conducted at medium level with a little tough and with little easier. The pass percentage is above50%.

Other: There are many events conducted by our college like annual day, symposium, innovation day etc.

Review of NEC - Nandha Engineering College.

Placements: At the Nandha Engineering College, almost 90% of students get placed in the electrical and electronics engineering branch. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are KAAR Technology, Virtusa, etc. Almost 80% of students got internships at KAAR Technology, etc.

Infrastructure: In our college, facilities and infrastructure are average. Wi-Fi, labs, canteen, etc. There is only one library and one canteen in our college. Hostel rooms are decent but not comfortable. Hostel food is very bad sometimes, the taste is also very bad.

Faculty: In our college, faculty members are averagely talented and also most helpful in placements and teaching. In our college, the teaching quality of faculty members is average, but some faculty members are good. They are good character-wise. The course curriculum is relevant. It is difficult to pass the exam. The pass percentage is 35%.

Not bad but a good place.

Placements: In our department only 35/60 were get placed as placement training was not good. Highest package in our department was 7LPA and the lowest was 1.8LPA. Only two students got internship from our department till now. Top recruiting companies are MNC's like TCS, CTS and Accenture.

Infrastructure: In our department, the classrooms are maintained properly and it provides a peaceful place to learn but labs are not upto today's technology. But the hostel is good with good food and snacks provided. They provide north Indian food.

Faculty: In our department, the staff is not at all friendly and they are rude to us. Their knowledge level doesn't meet the expectations. The course curriculum is not enough to meet today's world. Semester exams are easy as the syllabus is very short. The pass percentage for our course is 50%.

It is a decent college with good facilities and moderate placements.

Placements: Nearly 70% of students got placed from our college. But the important point to be noted was that 70% less than 3% will be of tier 1 companies. The remaining all were placed in BPOs, etc. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month and the highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. Tech Mahindra, Maverick, and Temenos are top recruiting companies. All the students need to do internships in our college. The companies varied from SVS paper mill to TNEB substations.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure concerning the labs is good. The library is top-notch with a huge reading area and a wide collection of books. Classrooms were also modernised. Although Wi-Fi is present, it was very slow that it was almost non-usable. Facilities in the hostel and its food are decent. Canteen is also good. Facilities for games are also decent.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The curriculum is changed regularly to remain relevant which makes students industry-ready. Semesters were moderate in terms of difficulty. The pass percentage will be around 70%. Very few students had arrears of more than 30 in our batch.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. There are no particular things that I wish to improve in our course. Science experiments were conducted annually. Symposiums were also grand and conducted periodically.

Good college in erode which is next to KEC. It has really good and natural campus.

Placements: Good placement. 90% of students will be placed confirmly. Coaching class also been allotted for the placement students. Placement cell is been there for the college. The highest pay will be 6 Lacs per annum and the lowest of 10k per month. And some of the companies are CG, Tec Mahindra, TCS, CTS, and other core companies.

Infrastructure: There is jio Wi-Fi around the hole campus and also normal Wi-Fi is also given. For students and staffs the id will be given to use the Wi-Fi. And there is an high class labs and library. Classrooms pretty good. Our college won championship in cricket and its been awarded by cricket legend RAVI ASHWIN. Canteen is to good and outstanding environmental around campus.

Faculty: Teachers are very kind they will help you and also encourage you. Max staffs are done Ph.D. According to EEE staffs they have very good knowledge in the subject and also helps for final year project too. Monthly once or twice staffs will go for core companies and they will learn current things form there and that will be teached for students.

Other: Yearly once there is an annual day and culturals. In this college there are many camp activities are there.

Good infrastructure with moderate placements.

Placements: I think the placement was not as good as expected because they will only give you 3-4 MNCs and other than these, the rest are BPO companies. I advise you not to expect for a core company because they will never arrange anything like that. On coming to the final part, there will be a lot of partiality inside the placement cell so do not expect anything from them if you are not kind to them. Companies like Tech Mahindra and I-Gate are the MNCs which visit frequently once in a year. The highest salary offered will be 3.5 lacs per annum and the lowest will be 8,000 per month.

Infrastructure: According to me, the infrastructure is far better than the other colleges in our surroundings. There is also Wi-Fi in our college but the speed is not good. Recently, our management has altered every classroom with a projector because of that, nowadays, my juniors are having smart classes always. Sports are not that good because the management will not give you permission to play because it supports studies only. The library facilities are good enough and we are having separate blocks for all departments. The canteen section is clean always and you can spend a lot of time in the canteen. The Wi-Fi strength is far better in the canteen than the other parts of the college.

Faculty: The faculty members are good enough to teach what is engineering theoretically but they are not good in practical teaching. They are really helpful in the theory part. The industry exposure is not good. Smart classes will be really helpful for you. 10:1 is the student: teacher ratio and I hope that the ratio will increase in the future.

Placements: Above 30 students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 1 LPA. Our college provides software and government job opportunities. Infrastructure: Our college is good. Our college has good atmosphere. The hostel is good. The food served in the hostel is good.
