If you need placement, you can definitely choose KIOT.

Placements: 3 above and 12.5 above package. Wibro, TCS, Zoho, and all core companies like Tech Mech, Kone, Bosch, Siemens, VVDN, etc., in the electrical sector are recruiting. I have learnt about various subjects and have completed a mini project. I need to do a final year project, which is compulsory.

Infrastructure: There is good Wi-Fi everywhere. Each subject has a separate lab, and there is a separate mechanical lab with machines. There are labs for Robotics, Siemens, etc. The classrooms are very comfortable for studying, equipped with five convenient fans, good working projectors, and windows. All sports facilities are available here.

Faculty: The teaching is good and lively. All courses are relevant for choosing a course, and we learn deeply about them. It was quite easy because most of the questions were asked in the internal assessments only, allowing us to earn a good CGPA. We have undergone many internships and industrial training.

Our college provides good placements.

Placements: Placements are very good. More than 150 companies visit our college for recruitment. Top recruiting companies are Zoho, Virtusa, VVDN, etc. Almost 96% of students got placed in this course. Our college focuses on academics, and they also provide skill development training.

Infrastructure: Our campus has good environment. The infrastructure is average. The food served in the hostel is excellent. We also have a food court in this college. We requested to improve the taste and quality of the food to the principal. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and the speed is upto 50 Mbps.

Faculty: Faculty members are friendly. Principal also meet students to discus about their problems.

Other: Fests are not conducted in this college.

The infrastructure is good. They will also give guidance for entrepreneurship.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students were placed. The highest one is 10 to 20 L per annum. Many students have been placed in TCS, CTS, Bosch etc. , They have also got internship in CTS, HCL etc. The students will be given the role of representative, Contast in charge, IV incharge etc.

Infrastructure: The classroom atmosphere is good. Smart classes are also available. Labs are fully equipped and we can utilize as much as we can. Staff will also guide for all kind of projects and they will support us, not only in academics but also in extracurricular activities. Good quality of food is given and also proper hygiene is present. Hostel rooms will be cleaned frequently.

Faculty: The staff are really knowledgeable. Many faculty members were from Core background so they teach in a very understandable way. Everything they taught is relevant to the course. Not only that they will teach everything required for the industry.

Other: I have chosen this course because of my own interest and several events are conducted. Though there are many tech fest but if some kind of relaxation like sports etc. is provided we will be very happy.

Satisfied with faculty members, training programme and Lab COE'S. Dissatisfied with placement.

Placements: Compared to last year, 2018 placement is low. They will place you in a tier 2,3 companies. Maximum salary is 4L per annum. They won't allow the students for the second opportunity. Even the placed students facing difficulties in job. But they are advertising as 100% placement college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise KIOT is poor. They don't have a high number of buildings and playground. But the available facilities like lab are very nice. They have many COE'S. More number of labs are tied up with MNC companies. But hostel facility is poor. College is located outside the city. So they can develop more n more. Their vision is to top 500 institution in this world at 2050. But this infrastructure wouldn't help for that.

Faculty: Faculty's are very good and friendly. Only thing with faculty is each faculty will be engaged in many incharges. So for each faculty they may have more work. Course curriculum is Anna University only. They won't allow the students to select the elective paper. Faculty itself select the courses.

Other: For name sake they are conducting symposium. It may not bring the students talent outside.

My college and my department is a really a place where we can change our quality of life.

Placements: Our college is providing excellent placement opportunities and we have placed 90% of students for the current year. Every year we are moving ahead. More number of companies are arriving every year. We have domain based placement. We have n number of routes to get placed.

Infrastructure: We have enough infrastructure. The quality of labs are more than the curriculum based education. We have more number of coe in our college. The labs are well established and Wi-Fi can be connected everywhere. We have many journals and magazines in our library. We have nptel and mooc courses. Also we have a digital repository.

Faculty: The course content deliver was beyond the curriculum. Industry based teaching was being going there. All the faculty members are very friendly in nature. So we can have an very good interaction. More over we can have self learning based on our interest. Pedagogy method of teaching was being used. The quality of teaching was good and best.

I'm not fully satisfied, but still, it's a good one for getting a degree.

Placements: In my course, more than 150 students are getting placed in various core companies. Our course fees are based on our 12th marks and cutoff marks. Top companies are Infosys, Infotech, Mahindra, etc. In our course, they can help us go for an internship.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all over our college campus, inside the library and labs. Hostel rooms will be neat and clean; every day they will clean our hostel and bathroom. Everything, including food, is also clean in preparation. Sports and games are a little bit lagging in this college.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-trained staff; they are friendly with students. They are qualified with ME and Ph.D. degrees. Semester exams are conducted as per the Anna University pattern. For every year, two semesters will be conducted, and for each sem, they will give and test us by internal exams.

Other: I chose this course through family discussion. From this course, you can build your skills through some clubs such as the robotics club. For every year, scholarships are provided.
