It has an average infrastructure, an affordable course fee and poor placements in 2020.

Placements: During my tenure, our college claimed that reputed companies visit here for placements. But at the end of the year, not even a single company visited here to offer placements for civil engineering students. After 2-4 months of completing the degree, our college has suggested a small company to do an internship with a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month.

Infrastructure: Our college has decent classrooms, library and canteen. The library is available just for namesake, and there are no other facilities like Wi-Fi, medical, hostel and mess. There is some open space to play some games like football and cricket, but it is not maintained very well throughout the year.

Faculty: The faculty members available here are somewhat below average. I suggest you not to expect much knowledge from this college. Mainly about 50% of practicals are not performed due to not working instruments. There are very less technical visits like road construction, industrial construction, etc.

Other: The cultural festival and sports fest organised every year are good. I think, mainly the teachers should be improved. The location of our college is in between undeveloped villages. I have chosen this course just for a B.Tech degree certificate. The campus is near to the city.

The college is maintained and has good infrastructure.

Placements: There is a chance in our college that 50-80% of the students get placements in well-know industries and companies in your area, but it varies from the batch. The highest salary offered would be around Rs. 30,000 to 40,000 per month, while the lowest salary offered would be around Rs. 8,000-10,000 per month. Academically average students can easily get a salary of Rs. 15,000-18,000 per month depending on skills. Companies like L&T also visit here for placements. Our college also organises a job fair in which over 80 companies visit for placements. So, it is easy to get an internship even if you are average in academics.

Infrastructure: Our college is fully-equipped with practical labs of civil, mechanical, computer and electrical department. It also has a physiology department. There is a huge ground for sports, and the library and classrooms are maintained. Food quality of hostel is great, and the canteen area has designated with all kinds of food-related things like juice, fast food, snacks, etc.

Faculty: Faculty members here are extremely helpful, friendly, qualified and knowledgeable. They take care of every student that they understand what they teach. The course curriculum is relevant as per externals. The college makes students ready for the industry as it has practical labs though students need experience for every field.

Other: I have chosen civil engineering because it is my passion. It makes me feel lively to work in this sector and to dedicate my career towards it. I think college organises everything related to our field. Our college conducts industrial and site visits so that students can get experience. Events and fests are organised from time to time.
