Only CS and IT students get placed from our college, while there is no scope for mechanical, civil and electrical students.

Good placements for IT/CS/ECE, average for mechanical and civil.
Placements: Overall, college placements were good, especially for branches like IT, CS, and ECE which saw the highest placement rates. However, placements for mechanical and civil branches were quite poor, as very few mechanical companies visited for these streams. The positive part was that students from mechanical and civil could also apply for IT company roles. In terms of packages, they usually ranged from 3.5 LPA to around 11 LPA.
Infrastructure: Department was somehow equipped with modern classrooms. We also had projector facilities, and dedicated computer labs. But machinery for partical knowledge was not up to the mark. Library was spacious, with a good collection of course books. The mess food was average. Sometimes repetitive but manageable. Canteen provided additional options, and was a good alternative for students looking for variety.
Faculty: Most teachers were qualified, helpful, and explained concepts clearly. Teaching quality was decent. Some even guided us with projects and career advice. The curriculum was relevant for IT/CS/ECE and made students industry-ready, but mechanical/civil could be updated. Semester exams were moderately difficult. If you attended classes and studied regularly, it was manageable. Pass percentage was generally high, so failing was rare unless you completely ignored studies.
Other: I chose this mechanical course because of my interest in technology. The best thing was the practical exposure through labs, projects, and internships which helped us become industry-ready. It could be better to update the syllabus for non-core branches like mechanical and civil. The campus life was good with fests, cultural events, and active clubs. The crowd was diverse and friendly. Connectivity was fine, and the surroundings were decent. Scholarships and extracurricular activities were also available.

The college is absolutely satisfactory and well-managed.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is quite good. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS and Wipro. The percentage of students who got internships is approximately equal to the number of students who got placed. Top roles offered are sales, developer, and intern.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college are good, including advanced-technology computer labs and a library with books for all relevant subjects for the course you have chosen. The quality of facilities in the hostel and the food quality is also awesome. Additionally, canteen and medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers on campus are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, and the quality of their teaching is also very motivating and understandable. The course curriculum does not make students industry-ready, but the college provides industrial trips for the students to make them so. The semester exams are easy to pass.
Other: The purpose of choosing this course is due to the advanced technology coming in the world, where technical skills are far more in demand and valuable than non-technical ones.

It has a declining placement rate. Transportation is imposed on everyone.
Placements: Not many students get placed in my course. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS and Infosys. The package offered in the current year is 4 LPA. The average offered in my college, according to students and not paperwork data, is 2.5 LPA. A maximum students got better internships, but they did not have jobs or offer letters.
Infrastructure: The college has an average Wi-Fi speed. Only labs are air-conditioned, and not all the classes. It does not provide any coolers or AC in the summer. The college provides a simple board. The performance of computers is very slow in labs, and they use slow processors and old versions of RAM. Labs are not in very good condition.
Faculty: Faculty members are generally considered helpful and well-qualified. They don't know how they deliver knowledge to students. Many faculty members hold advanced degrees like a PhD, and have practical experience in their fields. The pass percentage ranges from 80-90%.

For students who want 100% placements with package above 10 LPA, then this college is not for them.
Placements: The data science course is new, and not all students get placed in my course. I have seen my seniors' placements, and about 50% of students have been placed. The lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA, and the highest package ranges between 6-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, etc. For internships, we have to apply ourselves as the college does not provide internships. Roles like data analytics, data scientist, etc., are offered here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so big, not so small, and average. Labs and the library are available. In the hostel, faculty members are average. The quality of food is also average. Medical faculty members are available for students. Sports and games are also available here.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant because the future is bright for data science students. The course curriculum is relevant, and students become industry-ready after this course if they work hard. Semester exams are also average. If students put little effort, they can achieve good marks in the semester exams. The pass percentage is 30 marks and above. Faculty members are also average
Other: I chose this course because I find it attractive to me due to future demand. The best thing about my course is Maths. If students are Maths lovers, then it is quite an interesting course for them. I wish new books could be provided in our libraries, then that would be very useful for students. Fest is organised every year, and events are also organised. The campus crowd is okay and not very crowded. Scholarships are available for OBC, SC, and ST students. Extracurricular activities are also held in this college.

Dissatisfied because of faculty.
Placements: Placement is not good, it's average. Campus comes but do not place because all the time students improve their attendance, not skills, because of the college criteria. For placements, you have a lot of skills like programming and web development, so you can easily get placed, otherwise, you won't.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is very poor. Lack of cleaning in the entire campus. Mess is so dirty, it's very hard to survive. Washrooms are so bad, not cleaned properly, so the college mess and canteen are only a waste of money. Surroundings of students in college are not like those of an engineering student.
Faculty: The faculty is so bad that attending class is not worth the time. If you want to work hard and learn any skills, you can't do it because college wants only attendance. A lot of assignments are provided by the college only to pass the time, it doesn't help to improve your skills.

Placement and infrastructure need improvement.
Placements: Approximately 300 students out of 1500 are placed every year. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Cisco, Tech Mahindra, and Capgemini. Most students were placed from the computer science course. The highest package is 72 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package is up to 5 to 6 LPA. Only 30 percent of students get scholarships.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average, but according to the fees, they are not satisfactory. The infrastructure is also average. Wi-Fi is available in computer labs. Classroom facilities are also average. The library facility is good. The hostel facilities are not good, and the mess food is bad. Three students have to share a room, and the food is not worth it. Game facilities are average, but the college organizes sports and games events throughout the year.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but lack teaching experience. The course curriculum is relevant. Placement cell teachers are good; they teach very well and help students become job-ready. The college is affiliated with RGPV University, and RGPV exams are tough, but college mid-semester exams are easy. A 7 CGPA is mandatory for placement.
Other: I am passionate about and interested in this field. There are many job opportunities in this field, but in my opinion, AI is the best. However, AIDS is not available at this college. The college needs to improve its facilities and invite many other companies. Events are also organized, including bike stunts and many more.
