Absolutely pleased with this college.
Placements: Almost 75% of the final year students got placed at the right time. This college also provides good internship programs ad tours to various companies to help students shape their careers. Many national and multinational companies like Tata, TCS, IBM, and Bosch have been the regular recruiters of this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good. Hostels are available for both boys and girls inside the campus. The canteen for hostels and college is very good as they provide quality food and maintains hygiene. Transportation facilities are available for day scholars. Top laboratories, Wi-Fi all over the campus, smart library, various clubs like (music, robotics etc.), garden, playground, and an open gym are also available.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are highly educated (PhD holders or having Masters in the respective subjects) and highly experienced. This college is a constituent college of BPUT (University). A student who studies regularly, as guided by the teachers, can pass the exams easily with a good percentage. Apart from regular studies (theory and practical classes), this college also provides classes like spoken English and communication skills, seminars, motivational classes, industry tours to make students industry-ready and also motivates students towards business and entrepreneurship. The pass percentage is 80-85%.
Other: The location of this college is good. Many fests like an annual fest, Ganesh puja, Saraswati puja, Vishwakarma puja, Republic and Independence days are celebrated. I chose B.Tech mechanical engineering because of my interest and also job opportunities. Events like blood donation camp, and motivating nearby people, students and other faculty members to keep the surroundings clean are also organised by this college on special days.
