I am satisfied with the college. If you study hard and build skills, then you will get a job easily.

Placements: The number of students who get placed in college is about 75 percent. Some of the students go for a Master's degree so they don't take the placement. The roles that are offered by the companies are software development, website development, and data science roles

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are good. The classrooms have air conditioners. Every classroom has a digital smart board that helps the students to learn quickly and effectively. The college also has a central library so that the students can study.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They have good teaching capabilities. The semester exams are not too hard. The college is affiliated with Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The college is an autonomous institute affiliated with KUK.

A good college for B.Tech.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is very good. All the teachers are kind and helpful. There are many other technical classes that help us for clearing technical round for placement. There are many companies that come for placement. The highest package is 58 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. All buildings are new and beautiful. The building is good and large. There are two hostel of boys and two hostel of girls in our college. The infrastructure of the hostel is good. The food of hostel is good.

Faculty: The faculty of our college is very good. All the teachers are helpful and very attentive. The exam system of our college are bit strict. The exam pattern of our college are bit hard. The exams in one semester are taken three times, with two sessional and one final exam.

Absolutely a good college.

Placements: The placement cell is too good, but students don’t want on-campus placements. I think it is because of lesser CTC offered by the company. The highest package is 42 LPA. The average package is 5–6 LPA. Once, Google also visited the campus, and a student got a job for 42 LPA.

Infrastructure: Everything is good, and the infrastructure is very advanced. Wardens and librarians are too good. There are too many labs like IoT lab, Idea lab, LiFi lab, etc. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is very good. There is different food on different days.

Faculty: Very best faculty ever seen. Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The curriculum is set to the latest. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy to pass if you study during the sessions. The curriculum makes you industrial fit.

Other: There are two big fests in a year and many small fests also.

I am strongly satisfied with my college.

Placements: In our college 25% of students are placed. The highest package is -42 LPA Average package -15 LPA the lowest package -4 LPA Google is top recruiting company. B.Teach (IT) and B.Teach (CSE) and B.Teach (AI ML) and B.Teach (AI this) and BBA and BCA (Cloud Computing)and B.Com.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department and classes are good. We have many labs and classroom and each lab has Wi-Fi. We have a library onnour department for preparing exam well. The food available in the mess is best food in all colleges mess. Medical facilities are also good.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, with good teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant and helps build industry-ready skills. Semester exams are moderate difficult, and the pass percentage is generally good. Semester exam are good.

Piet College is an average institute with good teaching and basic facilities.

Placements: Placement in my college is very low compared to expectations. Out of almost 80% of eligible students, only around 5% get placed through campus recruitment. Most companies visiting are limited, offering average packages. Students often have to look for off-campus jobs. College must work harder on industry tie-ups, training, and career guidance.

Infrastructure: Classrooms in my college are generally good and provide a comfortable learning environment, but some AC units do not work properly, which causes inconvenience during the summer. The hostel is decent with basic facilities, though it could be improved in terms of maintenance and cleanliness for a better student experience.

Faculty: Teachers in my college are really good, supportive, and knowledgeable. They explain concepts clearly and are always ready to help students with doubts. Their teaching methods are simple and effective, making subjects easier to understand. They also guide us in academics and career-related matters, which is very helpful.

Decent placements, supportive faculty, and good campus facilities for ECE.

Placements: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Placement Percentage is around 65% of students are placed from our course. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, the lowest Package offered is 3 LPA, and the average package offered is 5 LPA. Top Recruiting Companies are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, L&T, and a few core electronics companies like Bharat Electronics Limited BEL and VVDN Technologies. Internships: Around 50% of students received internships from our course. Companies offering internships included Infosys, VVDN Technologies, TCS, L&T, and a few electronics based startups. Top roles offered are Embedded Systems Engineer, VLSI Design Engineer, Network Engineer, IoT Developer, and Software Developer.

Infrastructure: The ECE department has well equipped laboratories for Embedded Systems, VLSI, Communication, and IoT projects. Classrooms are spacious with projectors and Wi-Fi support. The library has good reference books and e resources for technical studies. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, basic furnishings, and 24/7 water and electricity. Mess food is average but hygienic, and the canteen offers better options. Medical facilities are available on campus along with a first aid center. Sports grounds for cricket, football, and indoor games are maintained regularly, encouraging recreational activities.

Faculty: The faculty in the ECE department is well qualified, with most holding postgraduate degrees and some with industry experience. Teachers are approachable, conduct doubt sessions, and use practical examples to explain concepts. The curriculum is moderately updated and includes industry relevant subjects like IoT, VLSI, and Embedded Systems, though more hands on training could be added. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, focusing on both theory and practical knowledge. The pass percentage is around 85 to 90%, with regular internal assessment helping students prepare well.

Other: I am from the B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. I chose this course for its mix of electronics and IT career opportunities. The best aspects include practical lab sessions, minor projects, and exposure to IoT and Embedded Systems however, more industry oriented training and advanced tools could be added to the curriculum. The college hosts annual tech fests, cultural events, and sports activities, creating a vibrant campus life. The crowd is diverse, scholarships are available for meritorious students, and the campus is well connected to the city. Overall, the experience is balanced with good learning and opportunities.

Placements: Only 70-80% of students get placed in my college. The highest package is around 45 LPA. The lowest package is around 4 LPA. The average package ranges from 10-15 LPA. The top companies that come to my college are Google and Infosys.

Infrastructure: Many facilities and infrastructure are available in my course. Labs are neat and clean. The classroom environment is very nice. The library is very big and there are many books in it. Facilities of hostels are medium, but the mess food is good. Medical facilities are also available here.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All teachers are PhD holders. Their teaching quality is good. It is based on the student's performance to become industry-ready or not. If they have knowledge, then the company hires them.

Other: I chose this course because I find that there is a lot of scope in this course.

Placements: PIET has a good reputation for placement and academic support. For our batch of 2025 in B.Tech, around 80% of students are placed in reputed companies. The highest salary package offered is 38 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5.25 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies included Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, TCS, Infogain, Virtusa, etc., providing excellent career opportunities. Approximately 90% of students from our batch secured internships in companies like Cognizant, Solitaire, Infosys Pvt. Ltd., Gate, etc. The top roles offered included software developer and data analyst.

Infrastructure: Department provides excellent facilities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, modern computer labs, well-equipped classrooms with projectors and LED screens, and access to a vast library with a variety of books and e-resources. Hostel facilities are comfortable, with clean and spacious rooms available for students. Mess serves hygienic and nutritious food with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. Medical facilities include a dedicated health center in the pharmacy block. For recreation, the PIET campus provides ample sports facilities, including grounds for cricket, volleyball, basketball, football, and indoor games like table tennis, chess, and foosball.

Faculty: Teachers are approachable and provide valuable guidance to help students understand complex concepts, both in theory and practical application. The teaching quality is commendable, with a mix of traditional and modern teaching methods, including the use of technology and real-world examples to enhance learning.

Other: I am part of the 2025 batch in the B.Tech (IT) program at PIET. I chose this course because of my interest in programming and the growing demand for IT professionals in the industry. The best things about the IT course include the strong focus on practical learning through coding labs and live project work. It could be improved with more opportunities for live projects and internships tied directly to industry collaboration. The campus hosts events and fests (like Freshers, and Maestros). It offers scholarships based on merit and financial assistance, which motivate students to perform well.
