I am dissatisfied because of faculty members. Our college provided good placements in 2020.

Placements: I am from 2020 batch, and I have chosen the electronics and communication engineering stream. In our batch, 75% of the students got placed. The minimum salary package offered is 2.40 LPA, and the maximum salary package offered is 12 LPA in Jaro.

Infrastructure: I am from the ECE department where all the facilities are available like classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, library, etc. In our hostel, medical facilities are available, and sports and games are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They teach us in a very effective way, and they used projectors to teach us in a better way. This course curriculum is relevant to our study. This course makes students industry-ready, so this course is very helpful for the industry environment.

Other: When I was in 10th standard, I like and believe in working with electronic items. This field was one of the interesting areas, so I have chosen it. I want to improve my communication skills. In our course, there are large numbers of events of both technical or non-technical.

Poornima College of Engineering is a leading institute of Rajasthan.

Placements: In our college, 80% of my classmates got placed currently in different MNCs and other companies. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Infosys and Capgemini visit the college for placements. The top role offered is a software development engineer. The highest salary package offered in our course is 3.6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. About 90% of students got an internship in Infosys, Capgemini, Metacube, Innoraft, etc.

Infrastructure: Poornima College of Engineering is one of the leading institutes of Rajasthan. It has five major branches such as EEE, CS ECE, Civil and Mechanical. The college is equipped well with Wi-Fi facility all around the campus, and we also have good labs. Also, library facilities are available here on the campus which contains many books for different courses. Classrooms are kept neat and clean. The student to faculty ratio is good. The hostel has facilities like Wi-Fi in rooms, cooler, air-conditioner and fan. All three choices are available so students can make their choice as per their requirement. Food facilities are also excellent here. We get different varieties of food on weekdays, and they prepare special food on weekends.

Faculty: Faculty members at our college are helpful. Some teachers are qualified while some are not. They make their efforts to satisfy us with the knowledge they possess. The course curriculum is related to the industry. In the ECE department, the subjects of my curriculum give a broader way to enhance my career towards many real projects.

Other: My stream is ECE. I have chosen this because this course provides a wide way in both computer science as well as electrical engineering. Also, this course provides me with job security in IT sector as well as core companies. Our college should focus more on a programming language such as Python, Java, DSA and DBMS. A technical event like Aadhar is held for 1st-year students for awareness of projects and the latest technologies. Also, Aarohan, a cultural programme for all the students is conducted. Many hostel programmes are also held, which are only for hostel students.
