Great infrastructure and supportive faculty members with good placements.
Placements: Many companies come for the students' placements, where 50% of them are recruited. These companies do not provide basic pay at the start. Rather they help students to train for a particular period of time. This helps them to develop themselves even more.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good. They encourage students to play, communicate, and talk with other people as well. The mess is also good where variety of food is given to students. We have a library in college which has many books and a seating area. Wi-Fi is a bit of a problem here.
Faculty: There are qualified plus helpful teachers, who help students build a good education. There are exams called MST every semester, therefore encourage kids to make their knowledge more advanced. These exams help the students prepare for the finals.
Other: There are a lot of students in the college. The college is crowded even on Saturday. Many fests are organized every year, 1-2 fests per month.

Review of Post Graduate Government College For Girls, Sector 11.
Placements: Placements are not the responsibility of this college. Students have to explore for themselves and apply by themselves. The college creates awareness about the opportunities that are available though. Teachers and supporting staff are excellent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is old and has many leaks here and there but it is functional. Constant repairs are underway all the time but there has certainly been improvement over the years. Classrooms are well-maintained and clean. There are halls and staircases.
Faculty: The faculty here is top-notch. Teachers are friendly and understanding. The curriculum includes various activities and other projects. NEP is followed. It helps students acquire skills for many potential careers. Exams are conducted twice per semester, that too in an orderly manner.
Other: The college organises various fests and parties for every occasion like Lohri, etc. The student crowd is excellent. Everybody is helpful and kind. Freshers are treated with respect and care.

Review of Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector-11, Chandigarh
Placements: My batch was 2019-2022 in B.Sc. Non M.Ed. There were almost 200 students in my batch. Talking about placements, there are zero placements in the college. The professors don't care what you're doing and what job opportunities you are going to have. You are all alone in that college. So beware.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were fine, but the labs were in poor condition. There is no proper practical and sometimes even the chemicals are not available. Most of the machines and apparatus are non-functioning. The lab attendants are rude, and they don't have the basic knowledge of chemicals.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified, but if you ask them a different question out of the book, then they won't be able to answer that. Teachers will teach you just about the books, and no industry knowledge is given to you. Just prepare for the exams, and that is it.
Other: I chose my course because I was interested in Chemistry but after getting into that college, I lost all my interest and curiosity.

    Absolutely satisfied with my college.
Placements: There are no such placements at my college. Just 10% of placements are there. No company is coming to our college. The top package offered in my course is just INR 3–4 lacs per annum. 90% of above-average students got internships from our course. In fact, in many companies, more than 90% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at my college is too good. Wi-Fi facilities are available, the library is too good with full AC facilities, and there are so many books, novels, and magazines. Hostel infrastructure is also very good. The rooms are neat and clean. Proper sanitation and mess are also neat and clean.
Faculty: The faculty is so good at our college. The teachers are very helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching style is very good. Their tricks and methods are excellent. Semester exams are average. It is not very tough or easy, and the pass percentage is 33%.

I am absolutely satisfied with this college.
Placements: About 20%-30% of students were placed in our course. Not many companies have visited our college. Only 1 or 2 companies came here. They didn't offer great salary packages. The salary package offered was 2 LPA to 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were good. The library was good. Wi-Fi facilities were provided to all students. The hostel rooms were neat and clean. The mess was proper, neat, and clean. There was a canteen. Students could eat anything they wanted. There were many sports and games competitions.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. They were well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching styles were good. They provided some tricks so that students could learn easily. Semester exams at this college were average. The pass percentage was 33%. Academics were good.
Other: I chose this course to become a teacher. Campus life should be improved so that students can enjoy it.

Teachers are knowledgeable and well qualified in our college.
Placements: Students with good knowledge can get placed, and more than 70% is enough to draw the attention of recruiters. The highest package offered in our course is 6-7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There are smart classrooms, and libraries with all the necessary books, but there is no Wi-Fi for students. The canteen is not good and is unhygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and well qualified, and they know their subjects very well. But they do not teach according to their capabilities, and thus concepts are not easily understood by most of the students. Teachers fail to complete the syllabus before exams.
