Those who actually want to study can join the institute and explore a lot.

Placements: Very few placements were done in my batch; 6-7 students were placed in different cities of India. They were placed in IT companies. The top recruiting company was Artisan Software Technology, an IT company. The highest average package was 4 LPA with a two-year bond.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. It is a government college, and the building and infrastructure were like any other government building. Computer labs are available for students during college hours. There are four hostels in the college. The food is also okay, and all other facilities are also there.

Faculty: The teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams vary according to different semesters; some semesters are easy, and some are difficult. The teaching quality was very good; teachers paid a lot of attention and were very determined.

Other: This college is always awarded first position in Youthfest. Many competitions are conducted. Sports Day is also celebrated. Hostel events such as farewell, freshers, and annual day are organized.

College is best for comp Science.

Placements: More than 95% of well-educated students with computer skills are recruited from college. Our college provides good knowledge. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The top recruiting company is Amazon. Most students get fixed but due to covid 19 pandemic most students do not go outside, but many students are doing online internships. In GCG 11 computer science is the best course but it has many other courses also.

Infrastructure: All the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are available for students. The library has updated books. The canteen and medical facilities are also good. But the negative point about the college is that they are very much strict in the curriculum. So if a student joins this college for enjoyment then this college is not for him.

Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified and experienced. The course curriculum is very much relevant because it provides many other courses at the time to infancy our drafting skills and also our communication skills for survival in the environment. Semester exams are not difficult and it depends on the hard work of a student.

Other: I opted for this college because it provides us with a good amount of knowledge and extra courses also for our better future.

Teachers here are very qualified and knowledgeable.

Placements: Students generally are inclined more towards pursing Masters degree after graduation from this college. However, almost 42% are willing to get placed through campus placements. NACT exam is conducted by Nasscom to get hold of the students and their soft skill knowledge. College also organizes job fest where multiple leading companies like Dell, IBM, Wipro, Infosys etc. recruit the students. Even though the packages aren't much. The students still succeed in getting a pack of 1 to 2 lacs.

Infrastructure: Internet is a real problem in most of the areas in the campus but luckily not in or near labs. Otherwise the infrastructure is neat, nicely bifurcated into different blocks, tidy. The hostels are very clean. They have the lift facility and a waiting room for parents and relatives. PGGCG11 has been bestowed with the tag of best and cleanliest canteen in the tricity. College provide medical facilities and other day to day facilities.

Faculty: Teachers here are very qualified and knowledgeable. Very less courses focus on making students- industry ready and hence they tend to join Masters after their graduations. Quality of teaching in B.Sc. department is really good and insightful. Teachers help to learn things outside the syllabus.

Other: The college has a good reputation. College provides with different add on courses for Diploma which would help students hone their soft skills. Events and Fests are really great and girls in the college enjoy taking part in every fest and programmes .

Good for research and studies, but average for jobs and internships.

Placements: At PGGC 11, around 40–50% of B.Sc. Computer Science students who look for jobs get placed. The average package ranges from 3.1–5 LPA, and it can go up to 10 LPA. Companies like TCS and Wipro regularly hire students. Around half of the batch also gets internships in local companies as software trainees.

Infrastructure: College has labs, classrooms, and a library, but there is no Wi-Fi. I am a day scholar, so I do not know much about hostels. But I have heard they are decent and affordable. Canteen and sports facilities are also available. I do not know much about the medical facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are good and polite. The teaching quality is quite good as they adapt technology according to changing times. However, the course is mostly theory-based. Exams are moderate to tough, and the passing percentage in each subject is 40%.
