This college is good only for the computer science engineering students.
Placements: The placements for the senior batch and our batch (CSE department) were good. Around 50% to 60% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 48,000. Mainly, companies like NIIT, HCL, R Systems, Magic Soft visit the college for the placements. Only ECE students got the internship who had above 70% aggregate in the first year. There is a placement cell in the college, which is of no use.
Infrastructure: The college has labs, classrooms, a library and medical facility. The labs are of average quality. The food isn't nourishing, and the hostel rooms are average. I didn't face any infrastructure related issue. No activities related to games and sports are held, the fest is held once in a year.
Faculty: The faculty members are good. Only a few faculty members are qualified. They teach you well and give you proper notes. They are very helpful to the students. Student to faculty members ratio is quite well. I didn't get any industrial exposure. The curriculum was helpful to me.
Other: The fest is held once in a year. The campus crowd is normal. The campus surroundings are bad. There is a provision of scholarships to the students. There are no extracurricular activities for the students.

Other: The College is only good at making fake promises. It will show you several companies visit our college but believe me they all are just fake people coming with big brand names and they don't give you any offer letter and College publishes this news in local newspaper "AMAR UJALA”, while people think of it as a true placement. I don't understand these people from Press, how can they publish anything rubbish without cross checking the news. The Management, actually there is nothing like management, there's only one man in power so no rules & regulations or guidelines are there under this “Management ".

Great faculty members, average infrastructure.
Placements: For placement in R. D. Engineering College, we must focus on our skills. Mostly 70% of students got placed from campus. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA-4 LPA. But no new companies have come to college for placement. Only a few companies visit our college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good for R. D. Engineering College. In college, there is library, labs, and classrooms in a good manner but Wi-Fi facility is very bad in our college. There is no mobile network in our college. Jammer is always on in our college. Overall, infrastructure is average.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very helpful. All faculty members are always ready to help students with their skills development. The course curriculum is very good. It makes students industry-ready. There is no difficulty in semester exams. If we study well we can easily clear our semester exams.
Other: I chose B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering because I love to study electrons and protons. Events and fests are rarely organized in our college.

Other: There are many colleges in this region but all have same things that regularly apply in this college. So, I cannot distinguish between the best or worst about my college. My college has average Faculty and worst lab. The Library is small and not attractive. Both Canteen and campus are too small, so no extra activities during college time. All over the environment is technical but still it doesn't feel like an engineer. The place of RDEC is not very close to the market so you at hostel will never enjoy or get some expensive item if you needed. The college is good because every college opened in this region excluding NIT or IIT and some famous universities are just same. Not every college is good or bad for your career, all are equal. If you want to enjoy college life you choose another one and for your career go for NIT or IIT.
