B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2028

The autonomous system allows the college to design its own syllabus.
Placements: If you are looking for a college only for academics, then this is the one. So, the electrical department here is actually very strict. If you are looking for them, you need to be flexible with your attendance. Please do not expect this. However, teachers are really great. They really do help you with everything. This year, the placement is 97%. The average package is 3 LPA - 4 LPA with the highest being 11 LPA, and the lowest being 2.5 LPA. I hope this helps you.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are really good. The classrooms are pretty good, and labs are also available. Canteen and mess are also pretty good, and food is great. The infrastructure is modern, with Wi-Fi-enabled campus. It has well-equipped labs, and a good library.
Faculty: Teachers here are really helpful and nice. They do help you out with everything. They also encourage exploring extracurricular activities. Semester exams are simple as what is taught during college hours comes in exams. Faculty members are supportive and well-qualified, with many professors being approachable and knowledgeable.
Other: Only one event is held annually, which is also not that good, so do not expect anything more. Sports events are also held during the two semesters of the term.

It's an average college, but it's not worth the money.
Placements: Fake placement offers are shown. One student from the mechanical department got a 1 crore package shown, but I don't think that's right. Our college has very low placements. In electrical engineering, we get a very average type of package, starting from 2 LPA to a maxm of 7.5 LPA, and the average is 3-4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are decent, and the mess food is decent. The rooms are big, but with three-sharing and all, it becomes a problem. We have a very strict guard, and the timings are also strict, which means we don't get to have outside time after 9.
Faculty: Faculty in all the different departments are different. The faculty in our department of electrical engineering is very strict, and it feels like school life. The faculty also acts as if we don't know how to study. Even if we are 5 minutes late, we have to pay a big amount.

It's a pretty decent college.
Placements: 70% of students are placed with the highest package of 27 LPA and the lowest of 3 LPA. The top recruiter is TCS. Around 40% got internships. Roles offered are junior engineer and related staff. You can get a decent placement if you work hard, as it's in Pune, so you know.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, labs, and a library. There are no medical facilities available, apart from an ambulance. We also don't have our own playground, so we share one with a school affiliated with our college. Additionally, there's a sports festival. While we do have a hostel, the rooms are small and can't accommodate all students.
Faculty: As of the first year, the faculty are not that good, more like average, they are qualified but not that knowledgeable. No help from the guardian faculty member. She is just there to shout at you and just call for attendance. Exams are moderate and require 40% of total marks to pass.
Other: I chose this course because I thought it would be best for future scope.

Good campus and all instruments are available.
Placements: As per the records, we have seen in the college. The average package is about 3 LPA, but this year. There is about a 97% placement in electrical engineering. And the remaining 3 are gone for higher studies. Our HOD is very concerned about placement and does all things that are required for students.
Infrastructure: In the department, the course we are studying is good. The instruments are in good condition. If any are defective, they will replace/repair them. They strictly monitor the food quality and cleanliness in the hostel, and an external person is not allowed.
Faculty: Faculty is nice and ready to solve out after college also. Courses are planned properly. They are motivated to do research and innovate new ideas in projects. All subjects are pre-planned, and exams are also pre-planned. So we get time to study as well as to innovate new ideas.
Other: The campus is large. And all study instruments are available. And have done all extra activities, and they provide a platform for that. But college does not have a dedicated ground for playing. They have permitted us to use the Blossom School Ground. But it is not big enough to play properly.

This college can satisfy the dream and also higher placement jobs.
Placements: As per last year, now this branch has recorded a placement rate of 96% placement and all in the top-notch companies, including the IT sector. Also, it's best for M.Tech, as it also sends its students to other countries, where Taiwan is the most famous. The roles also given are the ground manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the course is one of the best and one of the important courses and the hostel is also good, and it also has a food court and cafeteria. The hospital is near the hostel, and it also has a ground connected to the hostel to play. Also, the college supports the physical growth of students.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are highly qualified and also have a Ph.D. in literature, and the faculty have teaching experience of more than 8-10 years. The course curriculum is relevant, and makes students industry-ready through their knowledge and efforts, and the support of the college faculty.
Other: I chose electric engineering because it has a growing demand in the market, and also by taking this course. I have an open option to go to the government sector also, so I guess this is very helpful to me. This college conducts events and programs every week by taking a guest lecture from alumni or an industry expert.

It's an average college, but its autonomous system makes it good.
Placements: Percentage of students that got placed was almost 60%. Companies like TCS, Mahindra, etc., hired them. Almost 70% of students got internships, both paid and unpaid. Roles offered are CNC Operator, Part Designer, etc. The minimum package from my department is around 4 LPA, and the maximum went to 18 LPA from a German-based company. Few students got internships in Mercedes and TATA.
Infrastructure: College hostel is quite poor, with strict rules, no parcels or hot water, and abusive staff, leading many to leave after a year, theatre is also not allowed.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are really helpful. They treat you like their own. But some just get annoyed and don't even try to listen to the students. The course is constantly updating every semester. It is quite relevant for some departments, but for a couple of departments, it's not very useful for today's industry work. The exams are pretty easy, The passing percentage is 40% in total from internal, practical, and written exams. The average of all the exams and practical projects is taken, and if it's above 40, it's considered passed.
Other: Main reason I joined the college was because of its autonomy, as I was interested in learning the process of designing and manufacturing products. The best thing about the course is that you can do anything; there are no limitations for using the equipment and doing projects. The few things I wish were better are personal connectivity with the subjects and faculty support, more practical-based application of the knowledge given on PPTs, and a little less use of PPTs. There are very few events in college, hardly three events.
