MHT CET 2022 counselling and seat allotment for vacant seats after round 3 was held from November 13 to 20. All registered candidates are advised to check the websites of the respective colleges for institute-level counselling.

MHT CET counselling and seat allotment for rounds 1 to 3 are completed. Candidates can check their MHT CET 2022 seat allotment using the direct link given below. There were a total of 3 rounds of MHT CET seat allotment. The complete schedule of MHT CET  2022 seat allotment and reporting to the institute can be checked below on this page. The MHT CET counselling registration process is closed. The registration process was open from September 21 to October 4.

The complete process of MHT CET counselling includes registering online, uploading scanned documents and paying the required counselling fee to participate in the counselling. The documents of students will be verified online by the counselling authority. After document verification, choice filling for MHT CET counselling 2022 will start and seat allotment will be made in three rounds. Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to confirm their admission online by paying the seat confirmation fees and reporting to the allotted institute. MHT CET 2022 Choice Filling 

The web options entry for MHT CET 2022 counselling round 3 seat allotment started on November 5. The candidates had to fill out their choice of colleges and courses online from November 5 to 7. The selection of choices has to be done in the order of preference. Since the allotment of seats will be done based on the choice-filling process, the candidates are advised to carefully fill out the option form.

MHT CET 2022 Seat Allotment

MHT CET seat allotment results will be declared in the three rounds. The seat allotment will be done online based on the ranks acquired by students in the merit list and students' preferences and availability of seats. The MHT CET merit list will be released online. Candidates who will be allotted seats need to report at their allotted institute for confirmation of seats. They also need to pay the tuition fees to confirm admission.

MHT CET 2022 Counselling Process

The complete MHT CET counselling process is online. Candidates can check all the procedures related to MHT CET 2022 counselling below which includes the following steps:

1. Registration:

The first step is to register on the official website and submit your personal, communication and security details. After filling in all the details, a password needs to be generated. Once the password is generated, other remaining details need to be filled in.

After entering the above details, aspirants need to register their qualification details (subject-wise and overall marks in 10th and 12th standard along with the name of the board) and examination details.

2. Uploading Scanned Images

At this step, aspirants will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature of file size 4KB to 100KB and dimensions 3.5*4.5cm and 1KB to 30KB and 3.5*1.5cm respectively.

3. Payment of Counselling Fees

Lastly, aspirants will be required to pay the counselling fees online basis their category.

  • General Category, Outside Maharashtra State Applicant and Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries: Rs 800 (Tentative)
  • Reserved Category from Maharashtra State and Persons with Disability applicants from Maharashtra would be: Rs 600 (Tentative)
  • Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Foreign National: Rs. 5000 (Tentative)

MHT CET 2022 Counselling Reservation Policy

Only the candidates belonging to Maharashtra will be eligible for reservation in the MHT CTE 2022 counselling process. The seats available in engineering/pharmacy courses in various colleges across the state will be filled as per the reservation policy of the state government. These reservations are only applicable for MHT CET 2022 Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The division of seats across various categories are as below

MHT CET Merit List 2022

The counselling authority has released the MHT CET final merit list 2022 online at fe2022.mahacet.org. The authority had earlier released the provisional merit list on October 7 which was also open for a challenge from October 8 to 10. The final MHT CET merit list has been released after reviewing the grievances submitted by students. The allotment of seats will be based on candidates' rank in the MHT CET merit list.

Last year i.e in 2021 cutoff for CS in Coep was 186 (open.. 1st round) whereas for VJTI it was 189(open 1st round)..but I think this year paper 2 was bit hard than last year's so, cutoff may go 5 to 10 marks down. Hope this will help you

23.99percentile is Low for CSE branch, but you can get admission in private colleges in civil or mechanical branch or you can get CS branch by management quota but it can be too costly. Or you can try best in next year exam to get in government colleges of Pune.
