RCM Bangalore has superb infrastructure, good placements in 2022, and good faculty members.
Placements: In my college, placements are there but depend on your skills. The average package is 2.5 Lacs and the highest package is 4 Lacs for BBA. Now, placements are being offered for BBA, but MBA students at RCM got good placements in banks and private companies.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is superb, and the faculty members are good. Classrooms and the library are awesome. The canteen is also available. Sports and the medical room are available as well. They don't have their own hostels, but they recommend hostels in the city because it would be too far to commute to the college from other areas. They just recommend the hostels.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good, and the pass percentage is 92%. The teachers are very helpful to the students. The teachers are friendly with the students, and they make the students industry-ready. Yes, the semester is difficult at this college.
Other: I chose BBA because I am interested in business, so I chose it. This course will be helpful for my next step, MBA. It is easier to do an MBA after this course.

The college is absolutely good in terms of faculty, placements and infrastructure.
Placements: More than 50% of the students get placed every year. One of my seniors got placed in a multinational company, and they offered him a salary package of 24 Lacs per annum. I think that is the highest salary package offered by a company through on-campus placements. In RCMB, the placement cells are very efficient. They play a vital role in the future of students.
Infrastructure: According to me, the college is providing the best quality services. Wi-Fi is enabled all over the campus, which gives a better experience to the students. For getting relief from the academic sections, RCMB management provides us with a great environment for sports and games.
Faculty: All the faculty members in RCMB are well-experienced in both industry and academics, and so the students will get a better knowledge of both industry and academics. Teachers not only teach the content present in the books but also share their life experiences with us.
Other: RCMB not only concentrates on academics but also on a lot of extracurricular activities like inter-college debates, seminars, workshops, etc. This type of activities will increase the leadership qualities of the students.

It is the best B-school for management.
Placements: As a student, you mainly think that where I will get a job. In RCMB, the first thing is they make us understand about that. Our college provides more than just making us attend interviews. Preparation is always the key to what I learned from the beginning of our course. Our college arranged outstanding orientation, conferences and addressed placements excellently. Our college prepares you for them. RCMB has the best placement record as most of our batchmates got jobs.
Infrastructure: Having the privilege to be part of this prestigious college, you see the amount of time, effort and work did by them to establish such a place. The infrastructure is magnificent, and you almost feel like you are in a palace. There are lush green gardens around you, and sometimes our classes will be arranged in the fresh air. The availability of diverse books of the present and past in the library makes you want to put more effort. If you are tired of studying, you can feel refreshing by playing sports or doing work out in the gym.
Faculty: Some of the most experienced people in the world of business visit our college and teach you, which you can't expect. The amount of effort put by these professors so that students can benefit extraordinarily is impressive. Faculty members allow us to learn from the best and take valuable job advice from each of them, who are more than willing to share their past experiences.
