Placements: According to recent statistics, the placement scenario is quite impressive. Most of the students in the passing-out batch got a pre-placement offer during their Practice School 2. About % of students have been placed. The top recruiting companies for the ongoing year were Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Visa, Adobe, and Cisco. The highest package was around 60 Lacs while the lowest package was around 8 Lacs. The median package was about 30 Lacs. Our college offers internships in the 2nd and 3rd years which are called Practice School 1 and 2 respectively. Every student gets exposure to work and opportunities to do projects through these internships. Top roles offered in CSE were SDE, Software Engineer, Data Scientist, and full-stack developer.

Infrastructure: Labs are pretty good and well-maintained. BITS Wi-Fi also works efficiently. Classrooms are spacious and air-conditioned. The library is a very nice place to study at during summers as hostel rooms essentially do not have air-conditioning. Food in the mess is vegetarian with non-veg available on Sundays.

Faculty: Professors at BITS are well qualified and knowledgeable, most of them known to be doing or have done research work in their field. Students can also consult with them or ask doubts at their chambers. The course curriculum is relevant and updated. These courses make students industry-ready. Semester exams are very competitive due to the relatively grading system.

Bits Pilani is a great college.

Placements: You can become eligible for campus placements from the fourth year's first semester, but you can also get pre-placement offers in the third year's summer internship if the company likes you. About 97% of students were placed. The highest package was 60 LPA, the lowest was 12 LPA, and the average was 30 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course were Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, etc. Top roles offered were Software Engineer (SWE) and Software Development Engineer (SDE). Our college has three internship opportunities - PS1, PS2, and SI - and almost all students get internships in companies like Google, Tata Steel, etc.

Infrastructure: The room is well-equipped with a B.Ed drawer, table, chair, cupboard, whiteboards, etc. It has 24/7 electricity and water and well-lit rooms. The mess serves three meals, and the food in the mess is very good, with the menu provided to us on a monthly basis. Sports facilities are excellent as we have a lot of sports and activities, including snooker, gym, skating, squash, etc. Medical facilities are also great with BIRLA HOSPITAL and MEDC on campus. If you fall sick, they take you to the hospital in an ambulance and treat you free of charge.

Faculty: The course curriculum of Computer Science at BITS is highly regarded for its well-structured and comprehensive approach to learning. The faculty is well-qualified, supportive, and approachable, with teachers holding PhD degrees and research scholars available to assist and evaluate us in the course subjects. The course curriculum is very relevant to what is required in the industry as it is updated regularly. They also teach about artificial intelligence, etc. The evaluation process includes tests, midterms, and comprehensive exams, which were fairly tough. The grading at BITS is very tough compared to other colleges, like even IIT. The pass percentage is not public, as relatively grading is done.

Other: I chose this course due to my deep interest in computer programming since childhood and my aspirations to work as a software engineer in companies like Google, Microsoft, etc. BITS has three fests - Oasis, Bosm, Apogee. It has a lot of student-run clubs and departments like the astrology club, mountains adventuring club, gaming club, etc. You can join any club which suits your interests and bond with people with similar interests. The campus is close to the railway station which can be used to travel to Delhi / your home.

It is a fantastic college with lots of opportunities.

Placements: An impressive 90% of students got placed in top notch companies. The highest package on campus was 60 LPA and a student got 80 LPA package from outside. Average package is 21 LPA approximately. Top recruiters are Google, Amazon, Microsoft, JP Morgan and many more. Almost every students gets a decent package. There are two types of internships , school and summer internships, School internship is necessary for all the students and summer internship is optional. There are 30% pre placement offers in summer internship.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not very good but every essential thing is available like bed, chair, table, and almirah. Every sport is played. Everyone gets Wi-Fi. There is a decently big library with 2 lakh plus books from every field.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and amazing as my Physics instructor founded heat engineering as a plan in 1999. Course curriculum is 50% relevant to real life experiences. Semester exams are very easy and also there is relative grading so grading is also very easy.

I'm satisfied with this college.

Placements: The placement criterion of our college was very high. The recruiting company was Infosys. The highest salary package offered was 1 CPA. The lowest salary package was 5 LPA. Many roles like technician, etc., were offered in our course.

Infrastructure: The hostel mess and rooms were very good. Sports activities were satisfactory. Many entertaining places like amphitheater, seminar halls, canteen, etc., were provided in our college. Medical facilities were good.

Faculty: Teachers and mentors at our college were helpful. They guided students well. The difficulty level of exams was good. The pass percentage was 40%. The course curriculum was relevant and exciting.

One of the best engineering college for overall development of individual.

Placements: Almost every student in BITS Pilani got placed in top companies last year. Average package of top branches like Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, and Electrical is very high (around 20 LPA) whereas average packages of lower branches like chemical, civil and metullargy are less (8-10 LPA). Top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, TCS, IBM, Infosys, and many more. Around 80% of students got internship in third year in 2022.

Infrastructure: There are 13 hostels in our campus of out which 12 are boys hostels and 1 is girls hostel. Hostels are well developed and have all necessary facilities. Hostels have high security and no outsiders are allowed. Mess food does not taste good and quite boring also.

Faculty: Faculty members of our department are little strict. It is mandatory to have 75% attendance otherwise you will be in great trouble. Teaching style of professors is good, English is the medium of delivering the lecture and professors use slides to explain things. Semester exams are not very difficult for those who attend classes regularly.

It is a reputed private college and provides decent placements.

Placements: Placements are top-notch in our college. Almost 95% of students got placed in our college. The highest international salary package offered is 1.33 CPA. The average salary package offered for the CS course is 22 LPA. The salary package offered for the electrical course is 16 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google. Many students avail of finance placements. Our college provides fewer core placements. The salary package offered for the civil course is 10 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our classrooms and labs are decent and good. Some old and new labs available in our college are well-maintained. Our college has a huge library. Our campus is beautiful. The food served in the mess is good. Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, electricity, medical facilities, a small medical center, a hospital, and an ambulance. All indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available in our college.

Faculty: Our teachers are good, knowledgeable, and well-qualified. The course curriculum is decent, and it is based on industry standards. The difficult level of exams is easy to difficult. The pass percentage is above 90%.

Other: It is a demanding course. BITS Pilani is a reputed institute. Around three fests are held every year in our college. Our college is connected by railways from Delhi or by road from Jaipur. The nearest railway station is about 25 km from campus. The campus surroundings are average. Our college provides scholarships to students based on their CGPA.

It is one of the best colleges for CSE after IIT and NIT.

Placements: Our college is well known for its placements. The placement drive starts at the beginning of the 4th year. More than 200 companies visit our college to offer placements. Around 90% of students get placed in good companies with good salary packages. The highest salary package offered is 40 LPA, the lowest salary package is 6 LPA, and the average salary package is 9 LPA. Some recruiting companies are Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Cognizant, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has a huge library. Classrooms have air-conditioners, projectors, and all the required equipment. Many clubs and societies are provided which interested students can join. Hostels are very good that are available inside the campus. Food served in the mess is good for health and hygiene.

Faculty: The faculty-to- student ratio is 1:25. Teachers in our college are Ph.D. holders and are well-educated. Two exams are conducted every semester, one is mid-semester and the other is end semester. Mid sem is good but end sem is difficult to pass. Students have to be good in every subject to pass. The course curriculum is based on practical work and guides students to become industry-ready.

Other: A lot of annual fests and tech fests are organised in our college. Some of them are Apogee and Oasis. Oasis is an annual fest that is conducted in October or November every year which is a 5-day program. Apogee is a technical fest conducted in March every year. They provide some scholarships based on parents' annual income which should be less than 12 LPA.

Placements: The placement percentage for computer science students is almost 100 percent and according to the 2022 placement stats the major recruiters were Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft and Google. The highest CTC offered was around INR 1.30 CPA and the average CTC was around INR 28.99 LPA.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and library all are in good condition and the infrastructure is also way good and the hostel rooms are also way better when compared to other colleges but the only thing is that over here we have irregular power cuts and they don't even have any backup for that.

Faculty: The teachers over here are so good and helping and some of them are of very friendly nature but similar to other institutes it too have some professors whom students find kinda boring. While talking about exams we have exams at regular intervals and by attending classes regularly you can easily score above average.
