Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2024.
Placements: In our college, 10 percentage of students are placed. This course only offers the graduation degree, not other extra facilities for jobs or placement. There is no such type of recruiting facilities available in any company. Practical learned only in college lab, no internship facility available.
Infrastructure: Course facilities are quite impressive, not perfect, but all practicals are performed dedicatedly and equipment is managed and available properly. The library of our college is well-managed and has a good stock of books. Hostels are not present in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are dedicated and very helpful if students show interest in study and learning. This course gives the basic knowledge of the industry but does not make them very expert in their work. Semester exams are a little difficult. The pass percentage is 50 percent.
Other: I chose it because I was interested in paramedicals. If students, management, and teachers show some more interest in the dull students, then it can be better. Events and festivals are gracefully managed in our college.

My college and college life.
Placements: There are no placements available as it was just a regular course I was pursuing. But other departments, like computer application honours, provide placements in companies like TCS, Wipro and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: Our college does not have any hostels. If anyone wants, they can take PGs near the college. There is a huge library available, with so many books available for different departments. AC is also available in some departments, like computer rooms, libraries, etc. The area of the classroom depends on the department; different departments have different numbers. For students, that's why they provide different sizes of rooms.
Faculty: Our faculty is really very qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. They must have at least a Ph.D. degree in their own field. The exams are easy to pass if we study.
Other: My course was mathematics honours. I pursued this course because I had an extra interest in mathematics, like calculation. They also organize so many events, like the Holi party, freshmen party, farewell cultural fest, etc. We enjoyed our college life.

Cheap cost, great study+.
Placements: Firstly, the courses provided in B.Sc. . ( Hons) stream are Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, and other subjects. The highest salary for Physics is Rs.2500 each semester. The lowest salary offered in Mathematics at Rs.2200 each semester. There are a total of 15 students who got internships in B.Sc. (Hons) Physics they are Gurgaon. Lab assistant is the job role offered in our college.
Infrastructure: Each classroom, departmental lab, and library for academic purposes is available on campus. The canteen provides good food products. We have a central library in college which provides new book for reading. The departmental labs are designed for advanced study for the vast education programme and policy.
Faculty: The high-level difficulty for students to pass out from this college. Professors are very professional in their studies and teaching. The previous year's examination was very tough as it was a hard paper and tough practical to clear out because professors need an honest environment with no cheating.
Other: Best indoor and outdoor sports activities and picnics were conducted in our college each semester.

It is a good institution to build a bright future.
Placements: In my course, 60% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 10 LPA, and the average package offered was 3.2 LPA. The top roles offered for students were tech executive, manager, coaching instructor etc. Few students were offered internships in freelance writing companies and tech companies.
Infrastructure: The college is in front of Naihati Junction. So, it has better road connectivity. The membership fee for the library is too low because our library is quite big. Our canteen always serves fresh food at nominal rates. Kitchen is very hygienic. Our college organizes cricket and football tournaments yearly.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and friendly. The teaching quality is fantastic. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: This college has a very peaceful environment for study. Professors and teachers are very friendly. I like Maths. So, I chose Maths honors. The campus is huge and has a canteen with hygiene. An annual cultural fest is celebrated here.

It is one of the great colleges with a good location and outstanding environment.
Placements: Almost 41% of the students got placed in our course. In our course, the minimum salary offered is Rs. 6,100 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 7,300 per month, and the highest salary offered is Rs. 14,300 per month. Students who are good in studies got government jobs or private jobs. Almost 16% of the students got internships. Top roles offered to the students are teachers, employees and managers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is great. Wi-Fi is not free for everyone on the campus, and it is only used for official purposes. A new lab was added in the last two years with excellent infrastructure, and they also updated the old labs with new equipment. Classrooms are very clean with a better condition of blackboards, smartboards, etc. There is a huge library with the latest, newly and updated books. We don't have a hostel nor a mess, but there is a canteen with good quality food. Medical facilities are also available for everyone, and sports and games are common here.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and caring. They also help us after the lecture if we face any problems. They are professionally trained with outstanding skills and talent. This course curriculum is relevant, and it is well-followed. Our seniors directly got jobs in companies or industries, which is a good part of this college. Semester exams are not that difficult, and students who maintain their studies can get an excellent percentage.
Other: Students who opt for B.Sc have a good chance of getting jobs. I don't think anything needs to be changed. All things are maintained properly. Events, fests, socials, campus surroundings, etc., are well-taken care of by the management teams. We had the best memories of this college.

Review of Rishi Bankim Chandra College.
Placements: Placements are not so attractive. Some major top IT and pharmaceutical companies like TCS, Mother Dairy, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Divis laboratories, etc., visit our campus for placements. I sharply remembered that twelve of my classmates got an opportunity from them. Many of them got quality analysts role at Mother Dairy, and some got chemical analysts roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Wi-Fi facility is limited, and labs are good. Classrooms are good, and the most attractive thing is it has a departmental library, which has good. The library has expensive books to access all year, which helped me to study. The college provides a ladies hostel also a general hostel. It provides a nice tiny playground. I do not like the canteen food because it does not offers healthy and protein food, so I avoid it. The fees structure is very standard when compared to any college in this university. Labs have all modern equipment of good quantity for practical classes.
Faculty: Our college has very good and friendly teachers. They provide good lectures in practice as well as in theory classes. Practical labs experience is good, as I heard from our seniors.
Other: It conducts several extracurricular activities all the year. It also conducts an annual function with sports, dance, award function, picnic, etc. For my poor financial conditions, I have got a fee concession from the college office, which was helpful for me. The campus also offers night sessions for students who worked in the morning. Basically, I pursued Microbiology in this college as this college has some reputation and a good lab.
