Exceptional campus, strong faculty, vibrant social life and outstanding placement opportunities.

Placements: In my batch as a civil student, about 65 percent got placed. Salary ranges between INR 3.2 LPA - 6 LPA, the maximum package was given by a company named Shree Cement. 45 percent of students got internships for this course which Shree Cement also contributed by giving internships to students.

Infrastructure: The college spreads over 30 acres and has a vast infrastructure. The whole campus is internet-friendly and has smart classrooms. The college has a workshop and 4 laboratories for civil engineering students. The laboratories have a structural engineering lab, hydraulic and fluid mechanics lab, concrete technology lab, and surveying lab. .

Faculty: Faculties are highly qualified having a doctorate with a minimum of five years of experience. The teaching was commendable and they were highly supportive. We had industrial visits st Ambuja Cements and BHEL. The pass percentage is usually 50 percent, although the odd semesters were quite tough.

Other: Scope in civil engineering at my time was very high in demand. Tech fests were organized from time to time at the campus to enhance our technical skills.

Overall, the college is good for B.Tech, and the fees are reasonable.

Placements: Very few to none of the students got placed in the civil department. Usually, the average civil package offered is less than 2 LPA. There are no top recruiting companies; here are a few mass-hiring companies like Chetu, etc. No internship for CE from the college side. Other B.Tech courses are quite good as compared to civil.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are quite good. Proper Wi-Fi and lab facilities are provided, and a smart classroom with projectors is available. The library is also quite decently built. Hostel food is strictly vegetarian but of good quality; yes, proper medical facilities and sports items are available.

Faculty: Faculty members are quite good and qualified, mostly with Ph.D.s completed or currently. The course curriculum is relevant, as according to Uttarakhand Technical University, exam patterns are quite good. The difficulty level is quite average; the pass percentage can be said to be 70%.

Review of Roorkee institute of technology.

Placements: Placements are not very good here. Still, our college is active in improving the placement cell. However, it's surprising that on the record book and on different websites, it is maintained that the highest salary package offered to a student was 56 LPA. We hope we will also get a good package.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure for our course are progressively improving. Instead of that, there is an iOS Apple lab that facilitates Computer Science students. In the hostel, the quality of food, sports, and games provided is quite impressive. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled.

Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant. It helps students in various fields. Teachers here are quite helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, particularly in the computer science branch. Since teachers are experienced and knowledgeable, so their teaching quality is impressive, which helps students to understand things quite easily.

I was absolutely satisfied with infrastructure, facilities, and good placements.

Placements: Placements were 100% in our college. The offered salary package varied from 1.5 LPA to 10 LPA. Byjus did the campus recruitment. Companies are less for core branches but it would work for freshers. The top roles offered were for business development executives in Byjus which was an excellent opportunity.

Infrastructure: The hostel was the best in terms of infrastructure. It was offered at a low fee and all the facilities were available. The quality of food was good it may vary on some seasons. Sports and games were held regularly. They organised inter-college competitions which were successful and joyous.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful and supportive to guide. The course was also good and helpful but still, to make industry-ready, you need to study on your own. The head of the department was very helpful and knowledgeable. You could learn a lot from him.

Other: I liked the construction field as I could use my imagination to build in reality. More qualified teachers were required. The college had all the events and fests. They offered scholarships too. The connectivity was good.

Roorkee Institute of Technology is the best technical institute.

Placements: Our college provides the best placements as compared to many other private technical institutes in this area. The average salary package offered ranges between 3-5 LPA. Almost 90% of the students get placed in companies like Byju's, TCS, Rubico and Mahindra.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs in our department are world-class. Our college provides all the required facilities like projectors, equipment required for the practicals. Our college provides hands-on experience for students. The college provides high-speed internet facility. There are a separate mess and canteen in the college premises.

Faculty: Faculty members in our course are well educated, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their teaching quality is good, and it varies from teacher to teacher. The course curriculum is relevant, and it is designed in a way to makes students industry-ready.
