Not so much good, I think there are better options too at this budget and range.
Placements: About 30% of students are placed. Average package is 4 LPA, and they show the highest package of 50 LPA which is all fake. This year, the highest package is 12 LPA only, and not everyone is placed. Placement cell doesn't support that much to students and for everything they charge money.
Infrastructure: Food is not so much good. There are so much restrictions on food. They use low quality paneer, and provide only small amount per serve. Only breakfast is good, and dinner is not good heavy oil and spices are used. At the end of dinner time, they also mix water into the pulse.
Faculty: Teachers are not highly experienced in the field of what they are teaching. They appoint a fresh teacher who serves for 2 to 3 years only, and has much knowledge of the field. A teacher of digital electronics is appointed to teach DBMS, and they are not able to explain it properly.

To summarize: The college is good if you don't have high expectations.
Placements: 95% of students are placed in B.Tech CSE and other branches. Highest placement is 43 LPA. The companies like IBM, Amazon, and other companies visit the campus. Roles offered for B.Tech CSE are the best.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, but infrastructure is very poor. All the departments are good. Quality of the facilities in my hostel is poor. Food quality is bad in the mess, but canteen is very good. Medical facilities are also provided.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and their qualifications are very good for teaching. Lectures are very good, as they explain everything. The course curriculum activities are also held for students. Students also visit companies from campus for industry visits
Other: Best thing about my course is we gain good technical and software knowledge. If you want the software side, then you can visit the college. You also clearly experience all. All events are held in my college, like fests, campus crowd, and extra activities.

You will get the B.Teach degree at a low fee, but the placements are difficult.
Placements: There is a very low placement ratio at the Roorkee Institute of Technology, but the institute is working on improving placements. This college has strict rules, similar to a school. Copy checking from the university is challenging, making it somewhat difficult to score an 8 or 9 CGPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is not very good; the campus contains two buildings. In one building, technology and management classes are held, while the other hosts paramedical classes, known as the Himalayan Institute. The campus is small and not very large. *
Faculty: The faculty is good, but the curriculum could be improved, as the institute assigns a lot of work, which students are required to complete. If assignments are not submitted, faculty members reduce our internal grades. There is no air conditioning for students, making summer quite difficult.

To summarize, the college is good if you don't have expectations too high.
Placements: This year, my college has 95% students placed. Companies are coming to my college, and placements are good. The percentage of students got internships at companies like IBM and so on.
Infrastructure: Hostel is average. Hostel is not good because food is really bad poor. The quality of the facilities in my hostel is good. Quality of food is poor. Mess and canteen are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, well-educated, and disciplined. Semester exams are not difficult if you can study and clear your exam easily. Semester exams are not difficult. The percentage of students is 95% minimum back in college but college is good. Faculty members have friendly behavior and good at explaining any doubts.

If I have to summarize it, then it is a good college if your expectations are not too high.
Placements: 100% of students got placed this year from our college. Highest package was 13 LPA. Average package was 9 LPA. Lowest package was 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, Amazon, IBM, etc. Roles offered are software engineer, intern, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the building is above average. It has good canteen facilities. A good library with a good Wi-Fi connection. Classrooms are above average. Hostel facilities are average. Mess food is also average. Medical facilities and sports facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers have perfect knowledge of their subject, but some teachers lack in expressing their knowledge. Course curriculum is relevant, but it does not make us fully ready for industry. Semester examinations are quite tough, but with good preparation, they can be cleared easily.
Other: I had chosen this course because of my interest in coding as well as the growing demand for this course. Best thing about this course is that even if you don't get a placement from college, you can start your own startup. For improvement, I would say the syllabus needs to be changed a little bit. Events are rare in this college, it all depends on the club members. Campus crowd is average.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the campus and hostel life.
Placements: This year I think 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest is 18 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Mass recruiters are top recruiters in our college. Internships are something that you have to take on your own potential. I think the top roles offered are sales, etc.
Infrastructure: We have fully Wi-Fi campus but Wi-Fi speed is too poor. Library is not that good. Classrooms are good and clean. Hostel is the worst. Mess food is also the worst. Sports and games like badminton, volleyball, cricket, kabbdi, and gym are available. So I think some things are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most teachers are Ph.D. holders. Course curriculum is relevant as most colleges follow the same curriculum. Semester exams are difficult in our college as our college exam is taken by VMBSUTU making it a little difficult.
Other: I am interested in software engineering. The best thing about computer science and engineering is the immense potential for creativity and innovation. It allows you to develop cutting-edge technologies and solutions that can impact various industries while offering a wide range of career paths with high job security due to the ever-growing demand for teaching professionals globally. Additional courses like web and overall development course. Events and other things are okay.
