In India, a pediatric nurse can become a paediatrician. Here are a few steps that you can follow -

• Attending Medical School: After completing the pre medical requirements, you need to enrol in a medical school (MBBS or related course) to get a medical degree.

• PG Training in Pediatrics: After medical school, you must undergo PG training or residency in Paediatrics. 

• Licensing and Certification: After that you need to obtain a license to practice medicine in India by clearing the licensing exams conducted by the MCI or the NBE. 

To score well in your curriculum exams you need to have understanding of the fundamental concepts and strengthen core basics and foundation of nursing. Along with theoretical knowledge, have experience in practical applications too and don't open your books or study material at the last moments. Prepare well in hand and keep giving mock tests for personal improvement

The highest lucrative nursing position bearer is the Senior Staff Nurse.
They supervises and directs junior staff nurses and nursing students to ensure patients get the best care possible. These nurses will also be in charge of managing nursing care to such patients.
Senior registered nurses are also called upon to liaise with doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists on behalf of the patients. They oversee a team of registered nurses and care assistants to ensure that they work in accordance with standards set for best practice care by the hospital.
