A college with good infrastructure, facilities and Low fees.

Placements: College have a well developed placement cell. A lot of students places each year. Many companies recruit students. Major companies recruiting students are from it and banking back ground. From our course about 15 students placed last year. Main company recruited was aventor, tutor, ZIFO etc. All of the students are eligible to do a internship from the college. Main roles for us includes lab technician, quality analyst, data analyst etc.

Infrastructure: College hostel is available for both girls and boys. The hostel services other than food is awesome. Food is tasty but not hygeinic. The food in canteen is far better than hostel mess. Our classrooms are wide and facilitated. We have projector facilities. Comouter lab is occupied with free Wi-Fi. College does not any kind medical facilities. Vatious sports and games are encouraged the students like football, cricket, volleyball etc.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, some of them teach us and some of them are below average. Curriculum and syllabus are upto date and have the power to make students ready for the industry. Exams are conducted in each semesters and Minimum pass percentage is 50.

Other: I completed B.Sc. in biochemistry, so decided to continue with biochemistry for PG. I suggest my college to bring new teachers. Various events are conducted in each year such as culturals, department programmes and college day etc. College campus and surroundings are well maintained and covered with trees and shrubs. The college donot have any kind connectivity issues. Various extracurricular activities such as workshops, seminars and webinars are conducted regularly.

A budget friendly college to pursue M.Sc. in biochemistry.

Placements: The college has a well-developed placement cell under the leadership of Dr. Manju. The college also has a great network of alumni, which provides a large number of job opportunities for the students. The placement cell provides training opportunities from the first year onward. Many companies hire students from our senior batch. The main companies are ziffo, avantor, KMC, etc. The college is providing internship opportunities to all students in the college itself, in collaboration with DBT and other institutions. The average salary last year was found to be INR 20,000. The top roles for the students include lab technician, analyst, tutor, etc.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are average. Wi-Fi is available in labs only. The library is vast and has a huge collection of books. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. Food and other facilities are average. The canteen also provides food at a reasonable price. The college does not provide any kind of medical facility. Various sports and games are encouraged here. Mainly cricket, football, volleyball, etc.

Faculty: Faculty members are average. Some of the teachers are highly talented and some of them are terrible. I apply a self-study strategy utilising the library and peers. The quality of teachers is not good. However, the curriculum and syllabus are relevant, and they have the potential to make the students ready for the industry. Exams are conducted each semester. I felt the third-semester exams were a little bit tough. The minimum pass percentage is 50.

Other: I am keenly interested in lab-rotary-based jobs. So I joined for an M.Sc. in biochemistry. I strongly suggest that my college bring in good faculty members. Various events and programmes are conducted each year, which include both cultural and departmental programs. The campus is always moderately crowded and enjoyable. There are no connectivity issues since auto stands and bus stands are available near the college. The surroundings and the ambience inside the campus are awesome. Various scholarship schemes, both by the government and by several trusts, are available here. Various extracurricular activities, like seminars and workshops, are conducted here.

It is one of the best colleges in Coimbatore.

Placements: Our college has a well-developed placement cell and a well-organised alumni network. Almost 60% of students got placed in various companies. The highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Avantor, Biocon, etc. Top roles offered are research analyst, data analyst, quality analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Our college has Wi-Fi, computer labs, a library, etc. Classrooms are good and spacious. The hostel facility is available in our college. The hostel rooms are good. The hostel fee is affordable. The canteen is spacious. Around 300 students can be accommodated in the canteen. The food served in the canteen is good. They provide sports and games facilities. We play cricket and badminton.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. They have an experience of more than 5 years. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It has the potential to make the students ready for the industry. Semester exams are conducted in our college. The pass percentage is 50%.

Other: I completed B.Sc. in biochemistry the previous year, so I decided to continue my PG in biochemistry. Many events are conducted throughout the year. Onam is celebrated in August. Various cultural events and the annual days are celebrated in our college.

One of the best colleges to pursue PG in biochemistry.

Placements: I am a first year college student in rvs college of arts and Science. In my enquiry understood that last year 13 of 18 students were placed in different companies from M.Sc. biochemistry. They were placed in research based and teaching companies. Major roles includes research analyst and tutor. Average salary package was 15000. Major companies includes avantor, eduport etc.

Infrastructure: College is average in case of facilities and infrastructure. Wi-Fi facility is in the laboratory, computer labs and library. Classrooms are vast and each student have separate seats. Projector ventilation facility also available. Hostel is average. Food is not much tasty. Cleanliness and quality is not good. Various sports and games available. Mainly cricket is encouraged.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and helpful. They have minimum experience of more than 5 years in teaching field. They are helpful in each activities related to academics. Curriculum and syllabus is relavent and it have the potential to make the students ready for the industry. Exam are conducted in each semesters. Minimum pass percentage is 50.

Other: I completed B.Sc. in biochemistry. So decided to pursue M.Sc. in same subject. Various events are conducted in the college. Recently onam was celebrated. Other cultural programmes like pongal etc. are also celebrated in the college. Annual day is also there. College is located in sulur town. Hence no connectivity issue persist. Various scheme by trust itself and by government etc. are availed here.

My college and campus are just average when compared to the nearest colleges.

Placements: About 50% students are placed after the completion of course through the college placement cell. The placed students are recieving a minimum salary of 13000. I came to know that one of the student is placed with a salary of 30000. The major companies recruiting from our college includes sun Pharma, cipla, dexico lab, etc. The most of the students are placed as biochemical analysts and lab technicians.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available for our department. It is available only for computer students. Classrooms are vast, well-equipped, painted and with clean walls and floors Library is so vast and have a collection of about 1lakh books, Major books relevant in biochmistry field are available in the library. Canteen named yummy tummy is the favourite space for the students. They serve better and healthy food at reasonable price. There is no medical facilities available in the college. Various sports including cricket, football, badminton etc. Are encouraged in the college. Vast well maintained grounds and equipments are available for the students.

Faculty: The faculty members are good enough for teaching. They are so supportive, encouraging and motivating However I felt that they have to improve their English speaking skills. They took classes in Tamil and it is hard understand some of the topics. Invigilation during exams are so strict. Duration of each theory exams are 3 hours and to get a good score it is required to write a lot. Curriculum in my subject is above average and suitable for a PG student.

Other: I chose this course due to the vast opportunities in various fields including labs, research etc. There were many events taken place in the college campus. I have noticed that atleast 3 programmes are held in the campus each week. College is so crowded, because it offers course on various disciplines. College is situated near the bus stand and taxi stand. Mqny restaurants, hospitals are also situated near. Railway station is available within 20kms. Campus surrounding are occupied with trees and gardens. Various extracurricular activities including yoga, workshops etc. Are held here.

Cheap and best college for M.Sc. biochemistry in tamilnadu.

Placements: I am currently a first year student. I know many of my seniors who got placement in previous years. Placements are the one of the main reasons why I took the admission in this college. Many of my seniors are placed in pharmaceutical companies like sun Pharma, cipla etc. Most of the students are placed in the clinical laboratories in different states in India and abroad.

Infrastructure: The campus gives us a perfect atmosphere for learning. A vast library with huge collection of required books are available for our discipline. The college canteen named "yummy tummy provides us NEET hygienic and tasty food at a reasonable price. The students sitting corner known as "fourth corner" is available which we utilise for discussions. The college campus is filled with different types of trees that will refreshes us one every breath we take. A well-equipped laboratory facility is available for our researches. Gymenesium is available only for hostlers, Currently I found that it is not active much. Vast Play ground is there. Those who are interested in sports and games are trained there.

Faculty: The college is affiliated to baharathiyar university tamilnadu. We have a well structured syllabus which keep a standered, but it is not much difficult in my view. Internal exams, model exams, practicals and sem end exams are conducted precisely and accurately according to college calender. Examination results are also published according to the pre published academic calender. The minimum pass mark is 50%. Total marks for TE is 75 and CE is 25. The course is relevant and is job oriented .

Other: I found that the course M.Sc. biochemistry in this college is so cheap compared to other colleges across India. When talking about campus life, the college is ragging free, no politics, no religious or caste marginilasations. Most of the students are from tamilnadu itself and they behave with us ( I am from kerela)with respect and honestly. I haven't faced anything bad from their side. I got outside room close to the college I found that outside rooms with average facilities are available here with cheap rate. Only onam celebrations are allowed for kerela students here. Sulur new bus stand is situated near and there is no connectivity issues in transportation. Autos and taxis are also available in plenty. We have a placement cell which train us to improve our skills and prepare us for placements.
