Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottayam.
Placements: Almost all the students get placed. About 95% of students get passed and a good percentage of placement is also received by students. The top package offered to the student from the college was about 14 LPA. I must say, good placements are provided by the college.
Infrastructure: As I am a day scholar, I don't know about hostel facilities and all. But from my friends I heard that they changed to PGs because of health issues and all. They also said that fee charges are quite high and not many facilities are provided by the hostel.
Faculty: Exams are conducted by the college as it is autonomous college. Teachers are very good so that students do not get bored in any of the periods. In CCC, they teach only the required things for externals. They are looking for the future and teaching us what is needed in the future.
Other: I wish the college internet connection get much faster. Many problems are faced because of internet issues. It is the only thing required for improvement in college facilities.

Satisfied with the college.
Placements: I am a student of B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics. It's a good course with a lot of future opportunities. Around 50% of passing out students get placed in different fields, such as core sectors, banks, or IT companies. The top recruiting companies like Tata Power.
Infrastructure: The campus has well infrastructure, with average classrooms with projectors. There is a central library with specific departmental libraries. The campus also has three canteens and sports grounds for football, cricket, volleyball, and basketball. The hostel facilities are available separately for both boys and girls, with the girls’ hostel inside the premises of the college campus. The food and accommodation are good.
Faculty: The curriculum is relevant to ongoing trends in education, only on industry-needed topics are taught. Faculty members are highly qualified, with good interaction and manners. Each semester conducts two internal tests and a semester exam at the end. There is a high pass percentage due to the less topics.

Placements: The college provides the best placements in large companies like Tata Power and many other IT industries. More than 50% of students get placement after completing their courses. The college also provides internships across the world, such as in Taiwan.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, high-tech labs, a common library with separate departmental libraries, three canteens, well-conditioned classrooms, and washrooms for both teachers and staff. The hostel, food, and accommodation for both boys and girls separately, along with good-conditioned rooms.
Faculty: Well-qualified teachers are both helpful and supportive. There are good interactions with students. The existing curriculum was proposed this year and is very helpful and convenient. The curriculum is based on ongoing technologies and teaches what is important for a particular session.

I am satisfied well enough till now.
Placements: At Saintgits College of Engineering, a significant portion of students are placed, with placement rates varying by course. The highest package offered can reach 10 LPA, the lowest is around 3.6 LPA, and the average is around 4 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, UST, and Global.
Infrastructure: We get all these things like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, drinking water supply, transportation. I am a dayscolar, so I don't know much about the details on how the hostels are, but from my friends it not that good, the food, and all are not that good.
Faculty: All the teachers I got till now are very helpful. They all are qualified well enough for the job and they have a waste of knowledge of the subject. The course curriculum is relevant but not that industrial-ready. It's not that difficult to pass the exam, as the pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I am passionate about being an electrical engineer so I thought of the best way would be this, so I do this, mainly about the control system and the measurement systems and other more.

It is a good college. Teachers were very helpful to academics.
Placements: There have 54 students placed in class. There have many companies placement opportunity is in there. Above 90 percentage of students get internship. The top roles offers like in KSEB, high electric infrastructure companies and high electric using malls buildings .
Infrastructure: There are well-maintained labs and facilities. The hostel is very good and the food is also good and also there are sports activities. The infrastructure and facilities are good. There are many good libraries, labs, classrooms, gardens, a canteen, and good infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful to academics. Semester exams are not that difficult. There are many curriculum-relevant programs. The teaching quality and behavior are very good. The curriculum events make the students industry-ready.
Other: There are many job opportunities in electrical engineering and it's all about electrical. There are events, festivals, campus crowds, and scholarships.

Overall college is good. All are friendly. I'm satisfied with college life, academics, and friends.
Placements: About 72% of students got placed, in the year 2023-2024. Our college had 208 final offers from 59 placement drives. Major recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Experion, and Federal Bank. There are also more companies, which are listed in the college website, so for further placement, company information, you can check it at there. The average package is 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The Infrastructure of Saintgits is fabulous. College has Wi-Fi for all the blocks and each department has its library, we do have one main big library in which we can take books for reference. The food available in the canteen is affordable and good for the price they are serving it. College has 3 main areas for having snacks/ food, each of these has soft drinks and coffee outlets. The college has a medical room. Sports and games are there, but you can access them after the regular classes so if you are a day scholar you should stay at college.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. They help us with our doubts and clarify them. Their teaching qualities are good. Course curriculum is good it is prepared on basis of industrial needs and it does make students industry-ready. Semester exams for a average student are moderate.
Other: I chose this course because it's a core branch and has many opportunities ahead The best thing is the job is still in demand The thing I wish to improve is giving more practical experience than theoretical as it is good for understanding things. College has 3 main events Srishti, Pradithya, and Nakshatra. These events last for a week and students from neighboring colleges attend the events. There are scholarships available like total fee waivers for students who have good marks on their boards.

Best faculty and facilities in the college.
Placements: Around 60-70% students gets on campus placements every year. From the 7th semester students starts getting placements opportunities. Many students gets internships too. Companies like ZOHO, IBM, Axis Bank, Wipro etc. Comes the college for the placements. The average package given in the college is 4-6lpa.
Infrastructure: College has a decent infrastructure. There are all necessary facilities are available in the college like Wi-Fi, Labs, Library, Canteen, sports ground etc. There is Wi-Fi connectivity in whole campus accessible to the students. Canteen has food in the low price. The labs are developed and have all the required equipments. College has no hostel facility.
Faculty: The faculty of the college are supportive and helpful. All the teachers have Masters in their fields from the recognised institutes. The teaching quality is also top notch. The course curriculum is relevant to the present industry. Teachers used to focus on the skill developments. The exams are semester basis.
Other: College has a friendly environment. All the teachers are qualified and trained. There are various events and fests organized in the college.

I am satisfied with the campus, college life, and the faculty.
Placements: Saintgits really does care a lot about placements, and their dedicated placement department ensures that top companies come to this campus during the recruitment days. It begins during the fourth year of the course you choose.
Infrastructure: The hostel is pretty decent. There are 4 buildings in total, and one of them is dedicated just to the first years. There is also an international hostel which features single rooms with attached bathrooms and everything. The food here is good.
Faculty: Teachers are pretty good. They are qualified, and they try their best to help you understand the topics, for the most part. They are also very open to asking doubts and are always welcoming to clearing them. Some even offer to take classes after hours to help students who fail.
