It is a good college with memory space.

Placements: 70% of students get placed in our college. The top companies for our course are IBM, HCL, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Accenture, and Wipro. The lowest package offered is 4 LPA and the highest package is 12 LPA. Nearly 80% of students got internships there. Roles offered are software developer and data analyst.

Infrastructure: We have good labs with a Wi-Fi connection. All computers are high in standards. We have a huge library which is helpful for students to learn. We can yearly sports activities to support physical skills.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and highly qualified with PhD degrees. Many teachers published research papers. The syllabus is well-equipped and correlated with current trends. The pass percentage is above 70% in our college. The course is aligned with subject trends. Courses are taught well.

Other: I want to become a data analyst so I chose BCA in the college. We have many tech-related festivals which encourage students technical skills.

Vels institute of Science and technology College review .

Placements: The placements are pretty good. Even the Student getting average package are very happy. The college is very supportive in this matter. Almost Every student gets a placement and is happy with it. The quality of the placements in the college has been good. Almost all students get great placements from the college. The highest salary is unknown, but placements from amazon, Infosys and tata is present.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is pretty great. The classrooms have A/C's which makes it easier in the summers Classrooms also have Wi-Fi for internet access. The library is big and is very spacious. The canteen food is hygienic Our college building is 6 floored and all the floors are fully air conditioned. There is cafeteria also on the ground floor of college building where you can get clean and hygienic food. All the lecture theatres have smart boards and fully furnished and well cushioned seats. Our library is 3 floored and it is also fully air conditioned. On the 2nd and 3rd floor of library you can get books of different well knowned Indian and Foreign authors. Ground floor of library is for self study.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and supportive of the students They attend to every query of the class and explain it. Monthly Assignments and presentations are there to keep the students along with the class without backlogs Teachers are very well optimistic about teaching the subjects to the students. The curriculum is well updated. But what we study in college does not make us job ready. An extra mile has to be taken by taking online courses.

The college is not worth the money. Poor infrastructure and worse campus life.

Placements: I am still studying in 2nd year now but my seniors have told me that the placements are very poor, most of the students do not get selected. The placement companies are also not big ones. I have not heard any great thing about placement. They need to improve it.

Infrastructure: We do not have a proper lab to practice coding. Even though our main subject is programming, we still programme in notebooks only. The hostel’s rooms are average and its food is very poor, if you are lucky enough then you will get to see insects on the food. The Wi-Fi signal is also very poor.

Faculty: The teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching wise, there is no problem in the college, is the only problem is its infrastructure. Exams are a little tough. The passing percentage is more than 50. If they give us practical exposure then it would have been better, but they do not have proper labs.

Other: I chose this course to be a developer. I enjoy developing new things. I wish the topics and concepts of my course could match with the current trends like topics about today's development, meta, blockchain development, web 3.0, etc. Events are average in the college.

Review of Vels University.

Placements: About 70-80% of students are getting placed if you participate in the campus interview and online interview. I am highly influenced by the placement facility of this college. I have seen students getting hired by corporates. Faculty members motivate and encourage regularly to apply for good opportunities and they discuss your areas of improvement if you are not selected. Students are placed with high salary packages. They are placed according to the area of their interest.

Infrastructure: The library is good in our college but I never went inside it.

Faculty: It is not that difficult if you learn and understand the teaching, The professors are very experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are adept at spotting students' potential. The university updates the curriculum in response to market demands. Regarding education quality, it is among the top colleges.

Other: Our college provides some events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, etc. The college community is upbeat in addition to academics where you can spot your talent. The campus crowd is cheerful and you will surely enjoy yourself as opportunities are open for all students on the basis of their talent. Trust me this will add a lot to your personality and career. There are different societies like drama, fashion, dance, music, arts, and debate in the college for students to explore their interests and capabilities.

It is good compared with other colleges and has good infrastructure.

Placements: Our college has a placement cell. Every year, many renowned companies come and recruit our students. The career-building workshops are there. Our placements are of high quality, and our principal works very hard to place students in the best companies. The highest salary package is 7 LPA, and we also get a salary package of 3.6 LPA. Internships are also available.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and the facilities are good. The equipment present in the laboratory is very good. Our college has dedicated classrooms with a smartboard and a projector. It also has a huge library and a huge sports field. Our college has a canteen, and the food is good for us. Our department has air conditioning, and the classrooms were very clean.

Faculty: The experienced staff are good. Their classes are interesting and fun to attend. Everything is good. Proper study materials are available.

You can join our college, and it has a good infrastructure.

Placements: Students who have a minimum academic percentage of above 60% in both 10th and 12th are eligible to attend campus interviews in our college. Around one to two reputed companies like Infosys, HTL and many more also visit here to hire freshers. They offer a salary package of around 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The lab facilities are good here, but the hostel rent is high. The food served is not worth eating. Classrooms are fine, and the library looks very nice. The library has LAN with high-speed internet. A medical room is also available to take rest if you face any problem.

Faculty: Teachers here are good and qualified to do their work and are well knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very nice, and the teaching subjects are good. Teachers are good to take care of their students and help them to score high marks in their course.

Other: I have chosen BCA because it has more value than other courses. Many events are organised in our college to encourage students. Mass events are also organised in our college. So, I recommend this college.

This college has a good infrastructure and good staff members to teach.

Placements: Around 60% to 70% of the students have been placed from our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 23,500 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 13,000 per month. Top companies like TCS, Wipro, Sutherland, etc., visit our college for placements. The highest salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.56 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college is located in the city, and facilities are available in the city, so it is easy to travel. Bus facilities are available for all areas of the entire city. All the courses are offered here, and our college also has the marine department and hotel management. Our college has a good library and auditorium, and it celebrates the cultural function named Nakastra.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, and very knowledgeable teachers are appointed as staff members here. They are highly qualified professionals, and they will have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in other colleges. They will teach through projectors, and many other facilities are available to teach.

Placements are assured for every student if you clear all the exams.

Placements: Our batch was from 2016-2020. In our course, everybody got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 19,000 per month, and the lowest salary was Rs. 13,000 per month. We had companies like TCS and Infosys. The top role offered was a trainee developer since we are going to do only internships. Our course is a four-year course, and in the final year, the students should compulsorily do an apprenticeship.

Infrastructure: Our lab is named Infotech. It is air-conditioned. They do not provide Wi-Fi facilities, but every system has a network connection named GNIIT. Our library is one of the finest I have come across. We have all the books related to every course, and we also have some books related to government exams. I do not know about hostels because I was a day scholar.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified. Our course is linked with NIIT, and we had teachers even from NIIT. They clear whatever doubts we ask. Sometimes, they give us some tips to make our task easy. The course curriculum is beneficial, and it makes us industry-ready because we have to do a one-year internship.

Other: I opted for this course because it is a beneficial course. The best thing about our course is that it provides 100% placements. I wish our college should include teaching some languages like Java, etc., from 1st year and also teach students Python. Events are conducted in our college but only once a year.
