I am satisfied studying in this college with such good educational facilities, safety, and events.
Placements: Under UG, about 50% of students got placed from my college and some chose to pursue a post-graduation degree. The highest package is about Rs. 75,000 and the lowest package is about Rs. 20,000. The average package is about Rs. 50,000. Wipro, TCS, and Accenture are top companies where students got internships through course. Top roles offered are HR, management roles, code developer, and more.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good. We have classrooms with two big windows for less suffocation, proper tables, chairs, proper fans, and light. We even have our own department's computer laboratory. The variety of food in canteen is less, but it's cooked with quality. My college is well known for its events, culture, and sports. Hostel rooms and pretty good too. We have Apollo Shine on our campus for medical emergencies.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are extremely good at English and experienced. They conduct 2 CAs before semester for our practice. In our upcoming computer and AI generation, this course is perfect. Semester exams are difficult, but you can crack them once you learn everything. Pass mark is above 40%.
Other: I chose this course as I was a commerce student, but didn't want to pursue B.Com and liked computers and code. They teach code and graphics and make us understand easily. To improve this course is to increase the laboratory period. There are two main cultural events in our college, enormous scholarship facilities, and extracurricular activities are awesome and provide us certificates.

I am very satisfied with this college.
Placements: Almost 50% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Accenture, Zoho, CGI, and LTI. Top roles offered are associate analyst, trainee, and technical support engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are well-ventilated. Many computer laboratories are available. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There is a decent library in this college. We can also borrow any book at free of cost.
Faculty: Teachers are talented and knowledgeable. They have many years of experience. The teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. We can also learn new computer languages. Our college should improve its practical knowledge. Events and fests are conducted in this college. Students who score 85% of marks are eligible for scholarships. Our college provides good atmosphere for study purposes.

Our college is the hub of learning and opportunities.
Placements: Few students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Mindtree, Verizon, De Shaw, etc. Our college provides excellent placements.
Infrastructure: Laboratories are well-equipped. Classrooms are spacious. Our campus provides an excellent environment for studies. Hostel is very good. We have a sports team. Our college promotes physical fitness.
Faculty: Teachers are not knowledgeable. They are friendly and approachable. They also create a conducive learning environment. Semester exams are not difficult. The syllabus is good. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course to become a software developer. This college organises a wide range of events like Srishti. Our campus surroundings are good. Our college provides scholarships to merit students.

Review of Ethiraj College for Women.
Placements: Placements are based on students' skills. You should have good communication skills for recruitment. Many students got placed in this course. I recommend students participate in every activity at this college to learn more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. I am a day scholar. I do not know about hostel facilities. The playground is small.
Faculty: Faculty members are decent. They will guide you, but you should be the one pushing yourself hard. All staff members are not friendly. Semester exams are moderate. If we study well, we can easily score good marks.
Other: Extracurricular activities are conducted in this college. Many opportunities are available in this course.

The best part of our college is that they encourage all the students to take part in cultural events
Placements: Nearly 60% of the students got placed on behalf of our campus interviews. Our semester fee is Rs. 36,000, exam fees charged is Rs. 1,300 and it is increasing each semester. Companies like CTS, TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, etc., and some other small group of companies visit our campus for interviews.
Infrastructure: Enough amount of classrooms are available. In the labs, there are above 70 computers in working condition. The food served in the hostel is a little worst. Even the rooms are not quite neat. In our college, all the sports players are encouraged well, and the college supports them to shine in their respective games.
Faculty: All the faculty members in our college are quite good. They won't let students in a disappointment manner. But there are some prejudiced people. It is quite normal that in every place there is a mixture of people. So it is on our ability to handle those kinds of people. Mostly all the staff members are supportive and encouraging.
Other: I opted for this course because B.Sc computer science is a good course and it is very popular in IT fields.

    No, you can't apply to BCA in Ethiraj College for Women without Maths in 12th. Candidates who have passed in +2 Board exams with Mathematics / Business Mathematics may apply. The duration of the course will be 3 years.

    Yes, you can go for BCA if you have completed 12th from commerce stream. But you need to work hard in Mathematics.
