The college tour of MGR University.

Placements: In my college placements are so worst. They say they will provide placements in big companies but they end up offering placements in random unknown companies that are not relevant to our studies and offer low packages like Rs. 10,000 to 12,000 per month. The placement percentage of students is 20 percent.

Infrastructure: My college's infrastructure is very good. They clean the building every week and every classroom has Wi Fi facility. The lab is super good with air conditioning and classrooms are spacious and very clean. The library has a lots of collection of books and comfortable chairs for reading. Our college canteen is also super good with a lots of variety of food that is super tasty and yummy.

Faculty: The college faculty members are very good. They are very knowledgeable and provide to us. They are super friendly and don't seem like teachers they feel like our friends. This course is making students industry-ready. The semester exams in college are quite difficult, but the faculty members makes it easier to study. The minimum passing mark is 35.

Other: I chose this course to pursue my career in the computer sector. The course is super good, and I don't want to change it, it's totally fine. But, in my college, events, fests, and cultural activities happen less. My college also offers sports scholarships.

I was good in the 2nd and 3rd years because I got a good friend.

Placements: About the placement, the placements showed up in the 3rd year of the course, which is probably the 5th semester. They created a group for the placement and added students, then started sending the details of the companies that were hiring, and students could use that information to attend the interviews in the companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the course that I took was quite average. I didn't concentrate on it in the first year because of COVID. I started concentrating on the course in the 2nd year. As for the hostel, I have nothing to say since I am a day scholar.

Faculty: Faculty and exams were good. Faculty were 50/50, depending on the subject. There were different faculty members with different attitudes. Some were nice and kind to students, while others were strict, reacting based on how their students behaved. But, exams were quite strict, with the squad checking around.

Other: I chose it because my friends were admitted there in different departments and campuses. They celebrated every traditional festival like Pongal, Diwali, Onam, Christmas, and Ramanavami, etc. But the most grandly celebrated festivals were Pongal and Onam.

Good to study if you can study you can able to score.

Placements: 40 % of students, 15000 as intern Tcs, Wipro, Sutherland. Many roles Many companies offer many roles, so we can't pick from the max salary offered 4 LPA, and the minimum is 1.5 LPA. We need to have some skills to join the company.

Infrastructure: The classroom will be a good canteen and will have good food and sports they have good grounds. More sports activities are there. If you need to eat on a budget. Parrota will be good, and if you need an expensive dish, it will also be there you can choose according

Faculty: Teachers are good. For the second question, it's a 50/50 chance. If you learn, you can pass easily. Mostly, we can pass just by listening to what they are teaching, and we can even get good marks. The teachers are generally good, except for a few.

Placements: Our college provides excellent placements. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Our college has collaborations with many companies. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, Tata, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like a computer lab, programming labs, the best high-speed Wi-Fi, and a digital and non-digital library. The infrastructure of the hostel is average.

Faculty: Teachers are good. They have the best work experience. Their teaching quality is good. We will be excited to listen to them. Their classes are not boring. We have semester exams. The pass percentage is 40% out of 100%.

Other: Our college conducts events. Our college offers a lot of courses. Our course is the best. It is the best college for students as it provides good placements.

I am averagely satisfied but still need to be improved.

Placements: Placements have always been great due to tier tie-ups and their placements have been always full of jobs and internships updates. The highest salary offered is Rs 35,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs 15,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are Microsoft, HCL, and many more.

Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled and laboratories are well-equipped. The classrooms are average, the quality of food is good, and hostel facilities are incomparable. Medical facilities are not available and sports activities are there but unnoticed. The canteens are good.

Faculty: Teachers do tier duty as given to them. All are well versed in tier subject but give more attention to the sound-minded students. Curriculum practically related to the future. Semester exams have always been mediocre, and students cannot predict the difficulty percent.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the IT field. There need to be more computer or laptop based and less note book based they have to improve that. This college has been known for its co-curricular activities because there are lots of them.

This is the place where I enjoyed a lot, and the staff and infrastructure are good.

Placements: Nearly 560 students were placed in the companies, and the aim of the placement management is 1000 so that they can achieve their goals. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Google, TCS, HCl etc. These are the tier-1 companies. The top roles offered in my course is software engineer etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good. The labs include lots of computers so that there is no shortage for students. The classrooms are well-maintained. Students must have a pleasant feeling while they study. The library has a lot of books.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, and some of the staff are PhD holders. Their teaching quality is good and easy to understand the subject. Semester exams in college are much easier. Students can easily pass all the subjects if they are listening to the staff.

The college has good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: 60 students got placed. 40,000 is the highest salary offered. Many students got internships in many companies. Mr. Cooper, Equity India, IT companies, DLF, etc., companies came here. HR, data entry operator, software testing, game developer, application developer, hackers, software code developer, etc., roles are offered.

Infrastructure: The facilities are superb. AC, good quality food, and medical facilities are available. Labs, classrooms, and library, have AC. There is free Wi-Fi in labs. 100 computers are available in the lab.

Faculty: The teaching quality is good. They are helpful to us in solving different problems. They help us gain skills to crack the interview. Semester exams are easy. 35% is the passing percentage. The teachers are friendly, and they are well-trained.

Other: I am interested in computer science, that's why I chose this course. Everything in our college is perfect. Events, crowd, and connectivity are good and enjoyable.
