I am satisfied because of faculty, infrastructure and good placements in 2019.
Placements: Around 75% of students got placed on our campus. The highest salary offered was Rs.30,000 per month, and the lowest salary package offered was Rs.20,000 per month. The top recruiting companies were Zoho, Accenture and other top media companies. Everybody is getting a good salary. Almost 100% of the students went to an internship. Most of them went to companies like News channels and entertainment channel. Some of them went to Print media like newspaper and magazines.
Infrastructure: SRM has well-equipped labs, classrooms, good library but not more books found. A Wi-Fi available but there is no speed. The food served in the hostels is good, but the mess fee is too high. Canteen of the college looks good and provides good food, but the price is too high. The medical facility is very good, giving concession is appreciable. There is a big playground in the college.
Faculty: Teachers were more helpful during the period of course time. All of them are knowledgeable. Each one has their way of teaching, and most of the time are approachable. The quality of teaching is good. They have good knowledge and experience in teaching.
Other: I was interested in media so I've selected the course.
