Review of Seth Anandram Jaipuria College (Morning), Kolkata.

Placements: The placement policy is amazing. The students are always encouraged to do better. You can opt for higher studies or look for jobs in the corporate sector or prepare for government sector jobs. The teachers always guide you to which will be the best fit for you.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great, but it has no hostel. The classrooms are old school but airy, and the ambiance of learning is well preserved. The infrastructure is overall well maintained. As I am a bookworm, the very well-stocked library has always been an attraction to me.

Faculty: The faculty members in our B.A. English Hons (morning) course are really amazing. The teachers are very interactive and care for the academic records of individual students. The teachers always assign students with research assignments, which are very interesting.

It is an average college, and I won't recommend due to infrastructure issues and faculty members.

Placements: Around 20% to 30% of the students got placed in banks and NBFC, including a few small companies. I would never recommend this college for placements. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Many students, i.e., around 70% of the students got internships from our college. Roles were offered in accounting, finance tax law and audit assurance.

Infrastructure: The canteen was below average here. I won't recommend this campus as the infrastructure is not at all good, and even it doesn't give importance to sports. I suggest you don't choose this college if you are enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic in sports and placements.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were not highly qualified and below average. Courses offered were average. Teachers were not at all helpful, but a few were very good. Students will averagely get ready for the industry. However, teachers are qualified and excellent, except for a few.

Other: Very few events were held in our college, and they were not much interactive and socialised.
