Choose the best college for a good journey.
Placements: It does not provide on-campus placement. The college will refer you to go to other colleges for interview. Normally not too many students are placed. It will provide you with some internships also. But not any other company to recruit students for the students.
Infrastructure: The college have not too big campus . The lab section Is good. The library is very big and it provides a variety of books. Canteen space is small as compared to the total number of students. The canteen provides good quality food. There is a sports department that will also give you a chance to participate in national-level games.
Faculty: The faculty is not so good because all faculty are not student-friendly. The exams are comparatively easy and moderate level. The course will only get theoretical knowledge, not practical. If want to get practical knowledge, you have to self-study. The passing percentage is approximately 35%
Other: I am interested in programming and computer science, too; that's why I chose this course. I am a commerce background student, but I got admission in this department. The events are good in college. The college also offers a variety of scholarships in the cast and open categories.

I will just say that it is a better college to take admission in than this.
Placements: They do provide placements, but if the studies are not good, then students change their colleges. The placements at Shailendra College are fine. It seems like I am the topper in my batch. I mean, I have more knowledge than everyone else in the college.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in the college. The computer class is also okay; there are 2 computer classes, and a batch of 30 students can sit in one class. The classrooms are not good, as there is a classroom for 70 students, and it's divided into two batches.
Faculty: The teachers are good, they just teach as much as they can. Some teachers explain things practically for the sake of knowledge, so the teaching staff is good. Teachers are friendly, but if you do not submit the project on time, they don't let it go; we don't say anything.
Other: I haven't passed out from college yet, but a lot of people fail. A lot of people fail in external exams.

There is always room for improvisation. Average faculty for B.Sc. IT.
Placements: There were around 68 students in the whole batch of B.Sc. IT previous year. There is no such placement company that visits the college but students have to go the other specified colleges for placement. Though I am not very sure about how they arrange placements for the students but it’s been said that around 5-6% have got placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is normal and nice. It does not have a very big campus but the insides are built nicely and organised in alignment with the school, adjacent to the college, making it a space saving infrastructure. There are different rooms and labs as per the requirements of courses and students with a stable Wi-Fi along with other equipments like the projector, PCs, electric kits, etc. Sports is very much active part of the college. The flashy sport here is malakham. Players are of great caliber from nationals to even Olympics.
Faculty: Teachers here are average but they are qualified. Very few have the teaching skills though. Main problem here is lack of English speaking and even teachers find it challenging at times. The course curriculum is up to date and relevant, exams conducted here are medium to hard for semesters and relatively easy for unit tests. Importance is given by teachers. Still many students get KTs in some subjects. Overall, they also provide book bank schemes for students so they don't have to spend alot money on books. The college also has connections with NGOs.
Other: B.Sc. IT is a self-financed & widely known course. It has a lot of scope and day by day, its importance is increasing as almost everything in the world works online. A machine without any instruction is of no use that's where IT plays an important role in every aspect of different fields. A person graduated from B.Sc. IT with set of good skills is very demanding in the market. Our college does provide scholarships for the students from open to reserved categories. Extracurriculars are also a good part of the college which have some free certified courses. Recently, our college has been thinking to set up a Robotics lab which will help students to have hands on experiences and learn a number of skills with industry professors. It’s a major turn towards improvement.

This education society is near Borivali bus stand. One can reach easily there by using Google map.
Placements: In the placements, about 6 out of 10 students were placed from the campus. Many times the college management arranges campus interviews for the students. Many companies come and select the students as per their requirements. Therefore, students get the placements before the completion of their graduation. So, I like the placements offered here which is good.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel service for the students owing to the limited area of the campus. Moreover, there are no Masters Programmes too. The expenses incurred on living outside are in the range of Rs2000 to Rs4000, so the students do not really require the hostel on campus. Many senior students provide their help to the junior students for their studies, and for their competitions preparations, and many more activities.
Faculty: The faculty of Shailendra College is very good and very helpful as well. I would score the faculty as 8 out of 10. They are also active in all the activities of the College. Some of them have a PhD in their respective subject and some of them are CA.
Other: Our College provides scholarships to students who belong to the backward class, such as Schedule Cast, OBC and others. The name of the scholarship is Mahadbt. In order to apply for the same, a student needs to fill out an online form. However, the college does not provide any loan facility. Here, the campus life can be scored as 8 out of 10. There are many Extracurricular Activities which are organised every now and then. Such as Drama Competitions, Dance competitions, Quiz competitions, Newspaper making, Rifle shooting, paper Quilling, Diya Decoration, NSS, and so on. We also have a good Gymkhana for the sports student. Many get the admissions based on their 10th percentage and their categories.

Brilliant College and staff is so supportive and great placements .
Placements: In this College many times they arrange the campus interview for the students. Many companies come and select the student as per their requirements. With the help of this, students get the placement before their graduation. From my batch, 60% of students were placed. I am placed too in L&T. This college provides Rs 3-4 LPA as an average package and Rs 5.5 LPA was the highest package.
Infrastructure: There is a huge library for students so that they can study. There is also a good cafeteria and they proved free books for the students to take home for a week. They have a PPT room as well. We can stay after college to study and also there teachers to help out.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful and friendly so that we can easily communicate and solve our doubts. College office is also so good that they help out people and give the best solution as soon as possible. The nature of the faculty is so humble.
