My journey at SIET Allahabad.
Placements: My batch at SIET Allahabad 2027 B.Tech CSE was good, around 7-8 students got internships this year, and the majority got a 3-4 LPA package. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Tata are there, and many startups have also come here to hire students and give them jobs. Some offer remote internships also.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are also available for different subjects, like DS, DAA, and OS. The central library is also available. The quality of sports is also there, like volleyball, football, cricket, and kho kabaddi, to play. The canteen is also very good.
Faculty: Faculty is quite familiar, they teach about theory and give guidance on life, career and how to pass the exam and maintain a high CGPA and score in the government exam. The curriculum is quite old but relevant to the standard syllabus, and the papers are balanced and have very good questions.
Other: Sports fest and college fest are available.

Review of Shambhunath Group of Institution.
Placements: 60 percent of students get placement in the campus drive. 7.1 LPA is the highest package, 2.8 LPA is the average package, and 1.4 LPA is the lowest package. TCS, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, Pyramid, and Aadhaar Finance are the companies that recruit the most in the college. They offer the Junior Engineer role.
Infrastructure: They provide a fan, chair, towel, table, almirah, and blanket. The meals are overall good and hygienic, and the food menu is updated each month. The hostel admission process is smooth. PG accommodations are available near the college. They provide Wi-Fi and a 24/7 water facility.
Other: I chose the Computer Science course because I am interested in coding and mathematics. There is a lot of competition to chose this course, and the CS field is highly competitive. The teaching method is excellent, but they need to improve the learning pattern. They provide scholarships and organize many fests like Eureka, other tech fests, and poetry events. I do not apply to any other college. I get direct admission from this college. I chose this college because it feels affordable. The admission process is simple. you can apply for direct admission or through counseling. A basic entrance test and some questions are asked.

Placement opportunities are too low. Teachers are highly supportive.
Placements: Talking about the internship and placement, I want to say that there are very few opportunities for getting on-campus placements, as it is a tier 3 college. Only 10-15 percent of students are placed every year. The highest package offered here is 11 LPA, and the lowest is around 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, and all classrooms are fully air-conditioned. There are also proper labs and a library. I must say that the food quality provided in the hostel is very good. There is a separate menu each day, and the hostel also has a canteen. There is a large ground for sports.
Faculty: Here I must say, the faculty at Shambhunath is well-qualified and very supportive. They are always available to assist students regarding exams or any other problems. Exams are conducted according to AKTU guidelines, and if you study a little bit, you will pass. Semester exams are not hard.
Other: Any person from a middle-class family who wants to pursue this course should consider it value for money because, as we know, in tier 3 colleges, we do not depend too much on the college. Talking about scholarships, if you come from AKTU counseling, you will definitely receive one.

Mechanical of the 2026 batch from Jaunpur.
Placements: They provide campus placement and provide the best skills for the interview. The highest package is 7.1 LPA, and the lowest is 1.4 LPA.
The top recruiters are Pyramid, Aadhar Housing Finance, and DLF.
They provide UX and CAD roles for the job. They provide an outside internship.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good. The class are good and highly well maintained, with new types of seats, uses whiteboards with attached projectors for smart view and has a big library, 2 Lacs plus books are available in the library. They have medical facilities and a cafeteria.
Faculty: This campus provides well-educated teachers from IIT and NIT. The teaching method is good of all teachers. They have 2 semesters per year, as per the rule of AKTU Lucknow, which is affiliated with this university. The mechanical engineering course is not good for this college.

Shambhunath is a place where a student can develop his skill.
Placements: About 80% of the students got placed in multinational companies like Deloitte, Infosys, and TCS. The highest package was offered by TCS, which was 7.2 LPA, the recruiting companies were mainly from the IT field, and the roles offered included software developer, manual tester, and technical support.
Infrastructure: In Shambhunath, all facilities like hostel, library, music room, Wi-Fi, and classrooms are available. Especially if I talk about the quality of food, it was very tasty, and the cleanliness was excellent, In the hostel, there was also a doctor available 24 hours every day for students.
Faculty: Teachers were postgraduates from different universities and had fabulous skills in their subjects. The courses were relevant to job requirements, and if you have the right skills, you can easily get a job in the future. If you study regularly, the exams never become difficult. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose Computer Science and Engineering because I had an interest in coding. The best thing about the course is that the more a student practices coding, the more they enjoy it, just like a game.

Review of Shambhunath Group of Institution.
Placements: In my course, about 58-60 percent of students are placed. The highest package is around 7.5 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA and the average package stayed near 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini and a few local IT firms. Around 45-50 percent of students secured internships in companies like Infosys, startups and small tech firms. The most common roles offered are software developer, web developer, system analyst, technical support and QA engineer.
Infrastructure: Our department has basic but sufficient facilities like Wi-Fi, computer labs, smart classrooms and a library with reference books and journals. Labs are equipped for practical sessions, though some systems could be upgraded. Hostel facilities are average, with adequate space but limited maintenance. Mess food is simple and repetitive, while the canteen provides better options. Medical facilities are available for emergencies with a doctor on call. Sports facilities include a playground, indoor games, and annual sports events that keep students active.
Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful, qualified, and have good subject knowledge. The teaching quality is decent, with clear explanations and support for doubts. Course curriculum is relevant at the basic level but needs more modern and industry-focused subjects to fully prepare students for jobs. Semester exams are moderately difficult, testing both theory and practical understanding. With regular study, most students manage to pass. The overall pass percentage usually remains around 85-90% in college.
Other: I opted for this course as it aligned with my strengths and gave me a clear career direction. The most valuable part of the course is that it focuses on skill development through projects and assignments, which makes learning engaging. I would like to see more industry tie-ups and guest lectures to bridge the gap between academics and real-world practices. College organizes cultural events and technical fests. The campus atmosphere is vibrant. Connectivity is fair, and extracurricular activities plus scholarships provide good support for students.
