Faculty members are good, and I am satisfied with the college.

Placements: 10% of students are placed in my course. The lowest package is 2 LPA, and the highest package is 10 LPA. MSME and IT companies are the top recruiting companies for the course. On average, 20 to 25% of students got internships from my course in IT companies and startups.

Infrastructure: The college has classrooms, laboratories, and a library, but there is no Wi-Fi. A hostel is available only for girls, so I don't know the quality and facilities in the hostel. There is no hostel for boys. The food in the mess and canteen is very bad. We also have sports and yoga.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. But the teachers are a bit rude. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are very difficult. There are very difficult questions in semester exams. Students get many assignments for each subject. The pass percentage is 35%.

Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about electronics and instrumentation. Better syllabus and faculty members would improve the course. There are some events organised by the student union in the college. Scholarships are available.

College life here is great.

Placements: Some companies came in 2019 before COVID. After COVID, some companies took online interviews for students, and a few students got selected. Another preview is good for companies. After passing out, junior students are also given campusing.

Infrastructure: The boys' hostel is not available, but there is a girls' hostel. The boys' hostel is built at other places, but maybe after 2-3, the boys' hostel is also available. The hostel building is good, and all hostel facilities are available.

Faculty: All teachers are helpful. Every student is trying to make everyone come up with some things for college and the development of the college. The studies are good, and the teachers are very friendly and help everyone. They solved every doubt if you did not understand, and they were very helpful.

Other: Everyone is celebrating every occasion.

Review of Siliguri Government Polytechnic College.

Placements: Placements are very good in this college. The salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, but you need to score 60%. Top recruiting companies of our college are L&T, TCS, and many other biomedical companies. The minimum parentage for internships in our college is 60%. The top role in our college is a junior engineer.

Infrastructure: Classrooms, library, and canteen infrastructure are very good. Wi-Fi facilities are not available for students. Library facilities are available for all students. Labs are very good in our college. Medical facilities are not available, but the mess is available.

Faculty: Teaching quality is excellent, and sirs and madams of the college are very helpful. In this course, the future is very bright, but you have to study very well because the subject is very difficult. Semester exams are very easy. The minimum parentage scored by every student is 65%.

Other: The electronic and instrumentation engineering course in this college has good placements.

SGP is not only a Institute, it is an Emotion of us.

Placements: About placement our college is not very good from last 2 or 3 years. The Big Company is visited here like L&T, Wipro, Caterpillar and enough local companies are visited here but the student does get in interested to do the Job because of the average salary package offered by these companies.

Infrastructure: Yes all the necessary infrastructure, facilities are available. Large well decorated classroom, labs are present and Good Library facility also available. Clean hygienic washroom. The cantine is closed from 2 or 3yrs but out side of college lots of cheap cost very good hotel and food stalls are available and Hostel infrastructure is very good. Hostel is closed from last 3 years but nearby PG rooms and mess rooms available here.

Faculty: The teaching faculty are really good and very helpful. The teachers work really hard to teach the students. They give full time to the students to make them good at their studies. The student are well prepared for the industry related work because of the well teaching provided by the teachers and semester examinations are held normally under the strict security of the teachers.

Other: This is a Government College and it's have lots of negative and positive points to give but overall it's a really good compared than others government colleges. My College life was very good here and I miss my college days and I was in the department of electronics and instrumentation engineering I have chosen this department because of my passion about electronics but the college is not ver suitable for this department the college is great for CE & CSE department. Every year the cultural programme and other curriculum activities held here with a joyful atmosphere.

I had the best days when I studied in college.

Placements: The college does provide placements. So, students have to apply for off-campus jobs. The college makes students worthy of getting jobs in various fields.

Infrastructure: The college is situated in the heart of the city. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and labs are average. It provides classrooms and facilities for the students like girls common room and boys common room, waiting room, co-operative store, etc. All the latest editions of books, both for reference and text, are available in the library.

Faculty: Dedicated students are subjected to improve extra technical skills despite academics. Good and experienced professors are recruited for students, so there is no difficulty in becoming job-ready. They have good academic knowledge. Teachers in our college are very good and helpful. The courses are very good, and if anyone reads and attends the class properly, then no one fails. The pass percentage is different according to the courses.
