This college is the safest plan B for any student.

Placements: 75% of students got placed. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA. Capgemini, Accenture, and TCS are the top recruiting companies, but getting a placement is easy. However, the company has told the students that they are not capable enough, and more than 60% of students have been fired within one year.

Infrastructure: The library is good. Wi-Fi is provided at selected locations. The hostel is below average with very high fees. Facilities like mess, canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are good, but you need to find time to utilize these facilities, and the gym is also available, but the equipment is very average.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and the course curriculum is relevant, but we should be selecting good teachers. Semester exams are good, but we have to study to pass, otherwise, you can fail. Some teachers may have some issues with you.

Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College is really the best engineering college.

Placements: Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College is a reputed placement college in Coimbatore. Every year, more than 95 percent of students get placed in well-known companies such as Wipro, Infotech, IBM, TCS, Infosys, etc. This college has a separate placement training cell, which facilitates more campus interviews. Salary packages range from INR 3-12 LPA.

Infrastructure: Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College has excellent infrastructure facilities. More spacious classrooms are available, especially many computer laboratories equipped with internet facilities. The library is well-equipped as well. The college's sports ground facilities are also very good. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls, with a variety of food options.

Faculty: The faculty members at this college are very experienced. They teach very well and also offer additional computer courses, which are helpful for placements. The department staff are friendly and supportive, leading to a 95 percent pass rate in all semester exams.

Other: Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College provides good transportation facilities to all students. The college management conducts various sports events every month, and students frequently win trophies in these competitions. The course and curriculum are excellent, and the management also organizes several cultural events each semester.

It has good faculty members with PhD. It has helpful teaching and average placements.

Placements: Mostly 72-75% of students got placed in the college. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. A lot of companies visit our campus like Cognizant, Kovai. Co, Accenture. etc. This time, only 78% of students of students get placed. A lot of seniors passed from the college and got placed in good companies and also higher companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Infrastructure: The hostel is okay and the food is not good. Students are not satisfied with the college. The food available in the canteen is not that much of good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They do not have a lot of knowledge about it nowadays. Internal exams are easy, and semester exams are normal. Many teachers in this college are PhD holders. The principal is also very good. They take action if students say anything. They solve students' problems.

Everything is fine except the out-of-town bus facilities, infrastructure, and placement.

Placements: 80 percent of the students are getting placed, and the highest package is 24 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA. Swiggy, Zoho, Capgemini, and Delta. In Accenture, Zoho students got a 6-month internship and got an offer letter too. Overall, Coimbatore Engineering College, SREC, has the least feel, with an assured number of placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very simple, but the facilities have no compromises as they have clean drainage for both the college and hostel. Immediate action is taken if any issue is raised. Labs, classrooms, and libraries are fully ventilated and air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available throughout the college and hostel. The food is fine, and the snacks provided there are healthy and hygiene-friendly. The college has a health centre with 3 nurses and 1 doctor. Ambulance is also available for the hostel students in case of any emergency at night.

Faculty: Faculty members are so friendly, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is always in a practical mode. As a computer science student, I learned about databases, four languages, operating systems, and algorithms. It is not difficult, but the exams are quite different from school. For example, the question will be given in school, but at the college level, we should create a question. So that is quite a challenging part.

Other: As I'm a NEET aspirant, except for this, I had no knowledge at the last moment, so I chose this CSE. In CSE, there is an assured future for skilled students. It doesn't mean that other departments have no value, but up to me, CSE was good, and I chose it. The improvement is that there would have been a real-time application there. Club activities and department activities are conducted, and scholarships are provided. Extracurricular activities are encouraged.

My thoughts about Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College.

Placements: Mostly, 80%–90% will be placed in my course. The highest package last year was 18 Lacs, and the lowest package was 4.5 Lacs. Mostly everyone will have an average package of 4.5 Lacs. Our college's top recurring companies are Amazon, Zoho, Capgemini, and many more. About 60% of the students got internships, and the companies in which they got them are Cognizant, Capgemini, and Zoho.

Infrastructure: We have many Wi-Fi labs for each subject, and our library has more than 3,000 books that can be accessed online. The classrooms will be clean, but the infrastructure is old. The quality of the food will be good, but the taste may not be so good in the food court as well as in the hostel. There is a medical center at our college. Every day, there will be practice sessions for sports players after 6 p.m.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, as they clear all doubts at any time, even after classes. They are so well qualified that most of the teachers are doctorates. The teachers mostly teach many concepts practically so that we get practiced to get ready for the industry environment. The semester exams will be average here, but mostly easy; about 90–95% of the students will clear all the exams.

Other: In this college, CSE is the best course to choose, as most of the students are placed. There is nothing to improve in this course, as we get all kinds of knowledge from all domains in this course.
